I would like to cancel my order as you are not able to deliver it for past 8 days now. Your courier service is all lies lies and lies and nothing else. You never attempted to deliver my product, didn't even contact me. I would like you to return my product to the seller.

      I'am a vendor selling on meesho, shopsee and other platforms . I have several packages awaiting for dispatch.
      They are not coming to my office to pickup the orders .

      I'm tired of waiting for orders to be picked up. My customers are cancelling orders. They are losing faith in our brand. Just because the logistics team is not able to dispatch orders.

      Terrible experience. Customer services is so rude.

      Have had a hard time trying to get somebody to follow up on my dispatches.

      There is nearly 20 Pickups pending to pickup

        AWB: [protected]

        I am a Meesho Supplier. My return package was picked from the customer on 22nd November. I still haven't received it.

        They have updated that an attempt was made on 27th November and that is a lie. Nobody came and nobody called.

        Now they are telling meesho that I am asking for open package delivery and rejecting my package repeatedly and they will dispose it.
        Am i a crazy person that I will reject my own product and then complain about it?
        They keep lieing and giving fake updates!!!

        THEY HAVEN'T CALLED A SINGLE TIME. I HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE EVERYDAY AND I CANNOT HAVE REJECTED MY PACKAGE BECAUSE NOBODY CAME!!

        Its been over a month and my product is either lost or damaged by now!! I want my product back!!

              Hi ECOM Team,
              I have a product with number #[protected] which reached Hyderabad DC on 20th December, as per them it should reach me on 21st December, till now its have not reached us and if we reach customer care they are saying we are escalating to next level. Is this the solution for that. I requested them to share the contact number and they are saying its not reflecting in there application, is this way the ECOM Express will work ? I am notsure my packet will come or not but hope so to get this year.

                I cannot upload the original audio here because o[censored]nsupported format but attached few screenshot, can I get the email address so I can send the details of my issue with Ecom express about their self pickup features like how they are doing harrasment to customers. As per discussion with customer care I wint to their delivery location to pickup but they sent me back to home saying you will get your item ASAP. When I asked about what is self pickup means then, are you guys behaving with all the customer like this first call them to self pickup and then later can bee see that delivery centre is locked and customer care says it is operational and open but physically it is locked. Customer care agent Arun Kumar and escalation lady Diksha are not able to provide the information like when I asked I just need my item and not going to raise complaint about this.                               OFD Lock Applied Shipment Not Delivered

                              My Tracking is [protected] is in the Ecom Express Delivery Center from
                              December 23 2021. Till now nobody from Ecom Express called or came to deliver it. After so many days in the Order Tracking Link it is showing that the order is still in the Delivery Center and OFD Lock is applied to the order. You are requested to please deliver the product at the earliest.

                              The shipper has confirmed that the courier company has applied...

                                  My reverse pickup has been cancelled by ecom express, karakuchi, Barpeta, Assam.I received a wrong product/mis-chipment from meesho. . therefor I contect meesho and tell them about the wrong product received. . they accept their mistake and approved my return request. . . they told me . "no need to worry, courier boy come your location and pick it up, no need to check the product as you received wrong item. .

                                  Next day Ecom delivery boy came, I gave him the product but he refused to pickup. . I asked him what happen, he told me their cluster/manager advised him not to pickup. . . please, help me as it was a wrong product, meesho clearly mentioned there is no need to check the product, then why your courier partner refuse to pick it up. . what's going wrong with you. . please, do some strong action against the cluster/manager of Karakuchi, Barpeta, Assam Ecom express

                                      I have ordered a kurta from Tcns clothing order id:WA[protected]_BANW09452. On 21st i got a message telling it is shipped via Ecom Express and AWB is [protected] and will reach by 26th. The shipment reached waleyar hub on 22nd and till now it is at the same hub and activity 321 is shown. What does that mean? and will it reach on time?

                                      My AWB no is 9045541903.Earlier the delivery date was 26th .Then changed it to 27th and now it is 28th.it's 28 today and it hasn't been delivered yet.The tracking shows activity 321 in waleyar again and again.I want to get the product ASAP.Please do the needful.
