I have buyed product from shopee and i have return request onn dated 16 dec 2021. But I have not recieved any phone calls froom courier partner and he is showing in shopee delivery detail that pick up attempt was unsucessfull because customer has refuse to handover product. He was showing fake details and i have not recieve any phone call from ecom express courier partner my tracking no is [protected]
Please take strict action on the above matter and please pick up my return oder. I am requesting you & your twam Ecom Express

      I have Champlain about my 9 order which is not delivered me and these are taken by delivery boy when I asked him about my 9 order they telling me call my office when I asked in office they take order tracking number or AWB no after that they said me you can order again and i camplain many time in customer care they pick up phone and say me plz wait 72hours and around 1month my camplain not resolved I have many physical and medical lose i am not sleep good plz help me and refund me they lose my money when they misbehave and i lose 25lakh money which take after sell field for my admission now I have stress plz help me if you can resolve my problem then I take next step i will case on your Ecom express service for section[protected] and156 tomorrow i will talk your CEO ok plz help me

              OFD Lock Applied Shipment Not Delivered

              My Tracking is [protected] is in the Ecom Express Delivery Center from
              December 23 2021. Till now nobody from Ecom Express called or came to deliver it. After so many days in the Order Tracking Link it is showing that the order is still in the Delivery Center and OFD Lock is applied to the order. You are requested to please deliver the product at the earliest.

              The shipper has confirmed that the courier company has applied...

              Cancel my order as they or neither attempting to deliver my order nor contacting me. Cancel it so that i get my money back from the seller. This is the 3rd time you are doing this with my orders. Your service pathetic and the worst there has ever been. Resolve my issue as soon as possible. You don't deserve to be a courier service.

                  My reverse pickup has been cancelled by ecom express, karakuchi, Barpeta, Assam.I received a wrong product/mis-chipment from meesho. . therefor I contect meesho and tell them about the wrong product received. . they accept their mistake and approved my return request. . . they told me . "no need to worry, courier boy come your location and pick it up, no need to check the product as you received wrong item. .

On 21st i got a message telling it is shipped via Ecom Express and AWB is [protected] and will reach by 26th. The shipment reached waleyar hub on 22nd and till now it is at the same hub and activity 321 is shown. What does that mean? and will it reach on time?

                      My AWB no is 9045541903.Earlier the delivery date was 26th .Then changed it to 27th and now it is 28th.it's 28 today and it hasn't been delivered yet.The tracking shows activity 321 in waleyar again and again.I want to get the product ASAP.Please do the needful.

                        Product is not being delivered to me

                        I have ordered a product from GoMechanic and the shipment has been started on 14th December 2021 via Ecom Express.
                        The Guaranteed delivery date was 18th December 2021. Due to some issues the delivery date has been changed to 20th December 2021 by Ecom Express. However, the parcel has reached Final Delivery center on 18th December 2021 itself.

                        Till today (24th December 2021), I haven't received the product. When I call...

                                Both the above parcels was not delivered to me with no communication made by the delivery guy. But still They was marked as delivered on 21/12/2021 and 23/12/2021 respectively.

                                Both the products was purchased from shopee.in
                                It seems delivery guy is taking the products himself/herself due to huge discount on products and Ecom Express is taking no action.

                                Kindly deliver my products as soon as possible.

                                Another parcel with awb number [protected] was not delivered by Ecom express with no communication and marked as delivered. Again it was ordered from Shopee.

                                It seems this illegal act of marking delivered has support from higher officials of Ecom Express.

                                Delivery is able to deliver parcels ordered from shopee without any problem at the same shipping address.

                                Result of the complaints : Ecom Express is a fraud company. They have made no communication with me and taking the parcels of the recipients whenever they find it beneficial seems to be their normal way of working.

Is [protected] when delivery boy comes am not able to pick the parcel so i cancel the parcel now its showing the ofd lock applied on it please cancel my parcel atleast i got my refund otherwise delivered it to me now am able to take the parcel
