My ecom express delivery number [protected] was not delivered for me. From saturday onwards it is shown as out for delivery but the person is not contacting me and updating the status as no response from customer's side. On calling them back they are not attending the call/ cancelling the call.
After 4 days status is updated as OFD lock applied.
I don't understand what is the problem and without contacting how can...

The ### pickup agent callled from [protected] i couldnt call back because they are asking for a pin. I havent got any pin . They havent snd a message that today they will pickup my product. Last time the pickup agent didnt called me. And i again rescheduled the pickup. Today morning one man came and he didnt even waited at my door step for me to return the product. He just went. Ecom express is the worst of all. They don’t even call. They either simply mark as unsuccessful attempt or mark as delivered without delivering.it’s trash....

Even without attempting the delivery you have marked as unsuccessful delivery and now saying you have ofd lock from the seller. When I contact the seller they say the lock has been removed. I'm traveling on 23th this month and wanted my order before that. I'm sure if I cancel the order I won't get back my return. This is very unorganized and unethical. Please don't run a company with such processes in place....

Still the product is not reached . In Decathlon I raised complaint . But I. Not seeing any action. Pls do the needful And give me the detailed information.
