Hello,

Ordered an item worth 5k on flipkart in May 2021. Ecomm express delivery agent called me and asked for OTP saying he is on the way to deliver the item. I have shared the OTP and item was marked delivered. However, product was not delivered till date.

Raised complaint at ecomm express, but there is no update even after almost 7 months time. I have called ecomm express multiple times to get a resolution without any success. Now, they have closed my complaint. Logic behind closure is not clear. They have kept my case pending for 7 months and then closed saying it is old case.

Flipkart order with tracking [protected] marked as delivered on 30.05.2021, but not delivered till date. Please help me in finding a solution to this issue at the earliest.

    This email serves as complaint cum notice for Ecom Express courier service. This email is to complain against Ecom Express Pickup Services in Rajkot, Gujarat.
    We are Rajkot, Gujarat based seller who are connected with many Ecommerce platforms and on everyday basis we get orders which needs to be shipped with Ecom Express, since last 1 month we are facing very difficult doing business with Ecom Express Courier partner in Rajkot as courier executive is not visiting registered pickup address despite of our pickup location is very close to the other sellers from whom they are collecting parcels on regular basis. We have tried to contact the local hub based in Navagam Rajkot. Even after that our courier has not yet been picked up. This is causing huge loss in business as most of the packages are getting canceled and customers are leaving negative feedback.
    We request Ecom Express to look into the issue as the local team is not supporting nor cooperating in operation. Our parcels get ready before 12 noon everyday for every single courier partner. Every courier partner delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpress bees, Ekart Logistics are coming and collecting their parcel while every single package from Ecom Express gets cancelled because of incompetent and lazy behaviour of local pickup team.
    All these hassle in business is becoming big headache for us to do business with ease while every package gets collected from other courier companies why Ecom executive is not even visiting our premises, please do note that our premises are open from 8AM to 10PM 7 days a week and there is no such period where premises is close or someone is not present at the premises. We also have CCTV recordings where we can prove that no one has visited the pickup address nor have we received any communication regarding the same yet they claim that they are visiting our premises and parcels are not ready. We request if their claim is to be true and if they have even visited our pickup address, they give us a proof.
    We request the Ecom team to investigate this issue and give proper solutions for this problem and make pickup operation regular and strictly ask the Ecom Express Rajkot Pickup team to align with rules and guidelines given by their company and do their job with a more professional attitude.
    All these compulsions and non-cooperative behaviour of Rajkot- Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd (Ruda Transport Nagar, Rajkot, Gujarat 360003) is causing us huge lose in business. Business lose is occurring in means of orders getting cancelled and our reputation as seller is getting damaged which will cause us long term damage in upcoming months. I here by request that either Ecom Express take responsibility of this issue and address this issue within next 48 hours or we will file legal complaint against Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd, Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd (Rajkot Hub Manager) for the reason stated below.
    1. Not following company guidelines.
    2. Fake and False Marketing.
    3. Wrong information provided on customer care.
    4. Not following ecommerce partner guidelines and not coming for pickup
    5. Updating false information about seller on Ecommerce partner

      The name mentioned in delivery was Ananthi but teared in near of letter 'i' and visible as Ananth.We paid ₹130.But we didn't order this.This is a masala box we are no use for it.Please refund our charges

        Recently I ordered a new gaming mouse (glorious model o glossy black) on december 17 2021 via "meckeys.com" . the delivery partner was "ecom express" and the expected delivery date was dec 27 . the awb number is [protected] . i was tracking the product and found out that it was shipped to the desired location and by 27 dec 2021 it showed that the product was out for delivery .no one contacted me ever since . it has been three days and the delivery people keep on cancelling without calling me or arriving at my location and it shows "undelivered" every day, i track my shipment. how much time you guys think to hold my product? someone please help me with a solution. the resolution that i expect is my product to be delivered ASAP

            All ###, only business promotions but no commitment in service... delivery guys no attempts made but passing remarks stating that they could not reach the CUSTOMER over phone and delivery failed...
            Despite complained to CUSTOMER care no developments and the issue is being dragging/prolonging for last 1 week... shame to promote with service in place...
            Either change the delivery guy and your customer care relation team who have attended my calls or warn them seriously..

                  I ordered 2 items from shopee app supposed to be delivered on the 24th and 28th of Dec. both the items have been received at the destination courier office.
                  Problem 1) When they tried to contact me the call is going to a different person.
                  2) Delivery team came to my office, however, I was not able to provide them delivery code, because that code never came to my phone.

                  This morning I received my 3rd order from the same app via Delhivery, I did get the message and call. and my first 2 orders from ECOM are still pending. I have been chasing these orders since the 23rd. called both ecom and the app more than 15times and multiple mails still not solved

                  They say I have given them the wrong number. which is not possible. I

                              I'am a vendor selling on meesho, shopsee and other platforms . I have several packages awaiting for dispatch.
                              They are not coming to my office to pickup the orders .

                              I'm tired of waiting for orders to be picked up. My customers are cancelling orders. They are losing faith in our brand. Just because the logistics team is not able to dispatch orders.

                              Terrible experience. Customer services is so rude.

                              Have had a hard time trying to get somebody to follow up on my dispatches.

                                I am a Meesho Supplier. My return package was picked from the customer on 22nd November. I still haven't received it.

                                They have updated that an attempt was made on 27th November and that is a lie. Nobody came and nobody called.

                                Now they are telling meesho that I am asking for open package delivery and rejecting my package repeatedly and they will dispose it.
                                Am i a crazy person that I will reject my own product and then complain about it?
                                They keep lieing and giving fake updates!!!

                                THEY HAVEN'T CALLED A SINGLE TIME. I HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE EVERYDAY AND I CANNOT HAVE REJECTED MY PACKAGE BECAUSE NOBODY CAME!!

                                Its been over a month and my product is either lost or damaged by now!! I want my product back!!

                                    Some days ago delivery boys was called in my no. He told that today I forget for delivering this shipment... So sure I will be delivered tomorrow... But no any call by delivery boy and cancelled my order without my permission... Please arrange my delivery if possible otherwise I will be rating 0in google app.

                                      Hi ECOM Team,
                                      I have a product with number #[protected] which reached Hyderabad DC on 20th December, as per them it should reach me on 21st December, till now its have not reached us and if we reach customer care they are saying we are escalating to next level. Is this the solution for that. I requested them to share the contact number and they are saying its not reflecting in there application, is this way the ECOM Express will work ? I am notsure my packet will come or not but hope so to get this year.

                                        I cannot upload the original audio here because o[censored]nsupported format but attached few screenshot, can I get the email address so I can send the details of my issue with Ecom express about their self pickup features like how they are doing harrasment to customers. As per discussion with customer care I wint to their delivery location to pickup but they sent me back to home saying you will get your item ASAP. When I asked about what is self pickup means then, are you guys behaving with all the customer like this first call them to self pickup and then later can bee see that delivery centre is locked and customer care says it is operational and open but physically it is locked. Customer care agent Arun Kumar and escalation lady Diksha are not able to provide the information like when I asked I just need my item and not going to raise complaint about this. I have the conversation audio proof with me and I can explain in detail. Thanks firoz [protected]
