This email serves as complaint cum notice for Ecom Express courier service. This email is to complain against Ecom Express Pickup Services in Rajkot, Gujarat.
We are Rajkot, Gujarat based seller who are connected with many Ecommerce platforms and on everyday basis we get orders which needs to be shipped with Ecom Express, since last 1 month we are facing very difficult doing business with Ecom Express Courier partner in Rajkot as courier executive is not visiting registered pickup address despite of our pickup location is very close to the other sellers from whom they are collecting parcels on regular basis. We have tried to contact the local hub based in Navagam Rajkot. Even after that our courier has not yet been picked up. This is causing huge loss in business as most of the packages are getting canceled and customers are leaving negative feedback.
We request Ecom Express to look into the issue as the local team is not supporting nor cooperating in operation. Our parcels get ready before 12 noon everyday for every single courier partner. Every courier partner delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpress bees, Ekart Logistics are coming and collecting their parcel while every single package from Ecom Express gets cancelled because of incompetent and lazy behaviour of local pickup team.
All these hassle in business is becoming big headache for us to do business with ease while every package gets collected from other courier companies why Ecom executive is not even visiting our premises, please do note that our premises are open from 8AM to 10PM 7 days a week and there is no such period where premises is close or someone is not present at the premises. We also have CCTV recordings where we can prove that no one has visited the pickup address nor have we received any communication regarding the same yet they claim that they are visiting our premises and parcels are not ready. We request if their claim is to be true and if they have even visited our pickup address, they give us a proof.
We request the Ecom team to investigate this issue and give proper solutions for this problem and make pickup operation regular and strictly ask the Ecom Express Rajkot Pickup team to align with rules and guidelines given by their company and do their job with a more professional attitude.
All these compulsions and non-cooperative behaviour of Rajkot- Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd (Ruda Transport Nagar, Rajkot, Gujarat 360003) is causing us huge lose in business. Business lose is occurring in means of orders getting cancelled and our reputation as seller is getting damaged which will cause us long term damage in upcoming months. I here by request that either Ecom Express take responsibility of this issue and address this issue within next 48 hours or we will file legal complaint against Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd, Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd (Rajkot Hub Manager) for the reason stated below.
1. Not following company guidelines.
2. Fake and False Marketing.
3. Wrong information provided on customer care.
4. Not following ecommerce partner guidelines and not coming for pickup
5. Updating false information about seller on Ecommerce partner
