I have ordered a product from Shopee that is supposed to be delivered by Ecomexpress. This is the AWB or ID of the order to track the parcel [protected].
I have received a call from the delivery agent on the expected date but when I attend the call, they are not speaking anything and the call is getting disconnected. This doesn't happen 1 time but 3 times throughout all the attempts made. I do not think this is a technical issue but rather negligence of the delivery agent.
I have got many other products delivered perfectly by Ecom Express without any issue but this one has really made my experience terrible.
Even after 3 times of call, I am daily monitoring the parcel status thinking that they should either re-attempt or return but nothing happened. It still says the delivery attempt will be made on 14/12 which is a week back.
Also, another challenge is that I am not able to call back your number that I am receiving on my SMS. When I try to call, it asks me to call from my registered mobile number and I am already calling from my registered mobile number where I received the SMS. If I am missing something, let me know.
I would really appreciate it if someone can look into this on priority. I had many good experiences with Ecom express and I am not sure what is wrong with this one.

Updated by Vigneshm1063 Again same thing happened. I received call today 27/12 and when I attended the call no one spoke and they disconnected the call. Planning to return the order due to poor delivery service
