        Gave invalid mobile number of a delivery boy.

        This morning(23-DEC-2021) i have received a message from e-com express with my product details like tracking no. PIN etc. along with a delivery boy contact no. when i try to call him it is saying "Invalid Number". After that i called customer care number but no use. My motive is just to verify my address delivery state. I think this is too poor management....

        I have ordered a product from Shopee that is supposed to be delivered by Ecomexpress. This is the AWB or ID of the order to track the parcel [protected].

        I have received a call from the delivery agent on the expected date but when I attend the call, they are not speaking anything and the call is getting disconnected. This doesn't happen 1 time but 3 times throughout all the attempts made. I do not think this is a technical issue but rather negligence of the delivery agent.

        I have got many other products delivered perfectly by Ecom Express without any issue but this one has really made my experience terrible.

        Even after 3 times of call, I am daily monitoring the parcel status thinking that they should either re-attempt or return but nothing happened. It still says the delivery attempt will be made on 14/12 which is a week back.

        Also, another challenge is that I am not able to call back your number that I am receiving on my SMS. When I try to call, it asks me to call from my registered mobile number and I am already calling from my registered mobile number where I received the SMS. If I am missing something, let me know.

        I would really appreciate it if someone can look into this on priority. I had many good experiences with Ecom express and I am not sure what is wrong with this one.

                I ordered the product through the amazon. My order reached before the expected date of delivery today the product came out for delivery.but delivery executive person was talking very rudely and he is telling your not saying correct address I said proper address I received many orders through Ecom express for this address.I never face any issues with the other delivery persons but this time I faced the issue with delivery person and he will not delivered the product he knows correct address also he talking very rudely and using vulgar language and nearest Eco express official also responded about the issue but they are trying to forcefully refuse my order. And they cancelled the order with out my interuuption.But I did not refused it.so please take action on delivery person as soon as possible.and I am requesting the don't send the these type of delivery persons.

                  I had a package with AWB number- [protected]. Which had to be delivered in 18th of December, the customer care called and asked OTP and changed the status as delivered but unfortunately package was not delivered. Followed up with customer care- inspite of them confirming a resolution by 72 hours, we have not received the package. They are yet to confirm me the status of delivery. Not sure their customer care is going respond the issue addressed.
                  Bad service yet unresolved.

                      Hi,
                      My ecom express delivery number [protected] was not delivered for me. From saturday onwards it is shown as out for delivery but the person is not contacting me and updating the status as no response from customer's side. On calling them back they are not attending the call/ cancelling the call.
                      After 4 days status is updated as OFD lock applied.
                      I don't understand what is the problem and without contacting how can they update the status.
                      This is the second time I am having a bad experience from ecom express side.

                                Ecom express is the worst of all. They don’t even call. They either simply mark as unsuccessful attempt or mark as delivered without delivering.it’s trash.

                                Raised a complaint earlier. They did not resolve. They are just covering up with stupid lines and lies. Beware of this (non)delivery express. Do not use this. Use other services like Delhivery

                                  My order''s AWB no. [protected], my order was at the delivery center from past 14days but delivery was not done, have contacted customer care countless number of times but given same stipulated time of 24hrs that's it, and today it's being said that it's being Returned to seller after multiple attempts unsuccessful attempts, firstly your pathetic center wouldn't deliver products even at once multiple words doesn't even imply there, there was no single attempt of delivery was performed. And what the hell you were doing with that parcel by keeping it with yourself from 14days though my other orders were delivered from same delivery center then why this order was not delivered to me, when courier person can bring all other orders of mine why not this. I WANT MY ORDER THATS IT.

                                    I ordered a replacement product from JBL they send me a new product (JBL true wireless earbuds ) via Ecom express after 6 days product is reached to Ecom express office in Kakinada (godarigunta branch) they didn't call
                                    Me or they didn't msg me so I asked JBL company what's the status and i search AWB number it's reached to Kakinada so I went to Ecom express office ( Kakinada branch ) one of the delivery guy who is scanning bags ( receptionist) i asked I have AWB number can plaz tell me where is my package he said yes tell me I given he replied to me product is here in this office only but we didn't scan that but today it will deliver to you please tell me OTP of the package so I trusted him and i said oTP to that guy he noted that oTp evening it will deliver to you sir please go home will call you evening I said no place check and give me now because I already Said OTP to you he replied no sir we didn't do anything to you package please co-operate with us and leave now but 15 dec 2021 i went to he said 15 dec 2021 evening it will deliver to you trust me so I left office and I'm waiting for my package that day evening I didn't receive any call but msg received to me package is delivered to manikant and call to Ecom express office i raised compliant I didn't received my package but msg received to me like package received to me customer care taken compliant and next day I went to office i asked him morning he said still product is not scanned sir 16 -dec -2021 this day evening it definitely delivery to you I said I want now I will wait . He said no sir delivery guys not available right now evening will deliver your package . Okay . But evening also they didn't called me I went office again 3 o clock . He said here is your package I blindly taken that package went outside office. I. Check my package it's not orginal packing it's already opened and re packed with tapes I went office with in seconds I asked. Product is missing and package is opened he said we didn't opened it please go outside and compliant online . We are not responsible to that please compliant outside and leave . I asked cc camera footage in office. They said cc camera is not working from 3 days . I asked why . He rudely behave and go outside compliant online . I given complaint but it's almost 19 Sunday 2021 i still get any response from Ecom express
