I have ordered a product from GoMechanic and the shipment has been started on 14th December 2021 via Ecom Express.
The Guaranteed delivery date was 18th December 2021. Due to some issues the delivery date has been changed to 20th December 2021 by Ecom Express. However, the parcel has reached Final Delivery center on 18th December 2021 itself.

Till today (24th December 2021), I haven't received the product. When I call the customer care executives, they have provided the address and asking me to go there and collect instead of attempting delivery at least once till now.

Can you please help.

As per your comments above, the said AWB shipment is out for delivery on 27th December 2021.

Today is 29th December 2021, however the shipment is still not delivered.

Do you really think it should be Out for delivery since 2 working days? just to travel 3-4 kilometers?

Hi ECOM Team,
I have a product with number #[protected] which reached Hyderabad DC on 20th December, as per them it should reach me on 21st December, till now its have not reached us and if we reach customer care they are saying we are escalating to next level. Is this the solution for that. I requested them to share the contact number and they are saying its not reflecting in there application, is this way the ECOM Express will work ? I am notsure my packet will come or not but hope so to get this year.

      I am a supplier and i want to know about the status of my return products. in your panel it shows that it got delivered but i haven't received it yet. it results me huge loss. i asked many times in ecom branch in my nearest town but they are saying that haven't received it yet.             Both the above parcels was not delivered to me with no communication made by the delivery guy. But still They was marked as delivered on 21/12/2021 and 23/12/2021 respectively.

            Both the products was purchased from shopee.in
            It seems delivery guy is taking the products himself/herself due to huge discount on products and Ecom Express is taking no action.

            Kindly deliver my products as soon as possible.

            Another parcel with awb number [protected] was not delivered by Ecom express with no communication and marked as delivered. Again it was ordered from Shopee.

            It seems this illegal act of marking delivered has support from higher officials of Ecom Express.

            Delivery is able to deliver parcels ordered from shopee without any problem at the same shipping address.

            Result of the complaints : Ecom Express is a fraud company. They have made no communication with me and taking the parcels of the recipients whenever they find it beneficial seems to be their normal way of working.

                        This morning(23-DEC-2021) i have received a message from e-com express with my product details like tracking no. PIN etc. along with a delivery boy contact no. when i try to call him it is saying "Invalid Number". After that i called customer care number but no use. My motive is just to verify my address delivery state. I think this is too poor management.

                          I have ordered a product from Shopee that is supposed to be delivered by Ecomexpress. This is the AWB or ID of the order to track the parcel [protected].

                          I have received a call from the delivery agent on the expected date but when I attend the call, they are not speaking anything and the call is getting disconnected. This doesn't happen 1 time but 3 times throughout all the attempts made. I do not think this is a technical issue but rather negligence of the delivery agent.

                          I have got many other products delivered perfectly by Ecom Express without any issue but this one has really made my experience terrible.

                          Even after 3 times of call, I am daily monitoring the parcel status thinking that they should either re-attempt or return but nothing happened. It still says the delivery attempt will be made on 14/12 which is a week back.

                          Also, another challenge is that I am not able to call back your number that I am receiving on my SMS. When I try to call, it asks me to call from my registered mobile number and I am already calling from my registered mobile number where I received the SMS. If I am missing something, let me know.

                          I would really appreciate it if someone can look into this on priority. I had many good experiences with Ecom express and I am not sure what is wrong with this one.

My order reached before the expected date of delivery today the product came out for delivery.but delivery executive person was talking very rudely and he is telling your not saying correct address I said proper address I received many orders through Ecom express for this address.I never face any issues with the other delivery persons but this time I faced the issue with delivery person and he will not delivered the product he knows correct address also he talking very rudely and using vulgar language and nearest Eco express official also responded about the issue but they are trying to forcefully refuse my order. And they cancelled the order with out my interuuption.But I did not refused it.so please take action on delivery person as soon as possible.and I am requesting the don't send the these type of delivery persons.

                                    I had a package with AWB number- [protected]. Which had to be delivered in 18th of December, the customer care called and asked OTP and changed the status as delivered but unfortunately package was not delivered. Followed up with customer care- inspite of them confirming a resolution by 72 hours, we have not received the package. They are yet to confirm me the status of delivery. Not sure their customer care is going respond the issue addressed.
                                    Bad service yet unresolved.

                                      My Order # [protected] is in the Ecom Express Delivery Center from
                                      19-12-21 Till now nobody from Ecom Express called or came to deliver it. After one week also in the Order Tracking Link it is showing that the order is still in the Delivery Center and OFD Lock is applied to the order. It is a Prepaid Order, so if you are not going to deliver it, please Cancel the Order and return it to the Supplier, so that I will get the Refund for the Order.
