Dear Sir,
1. I had ordered 8246158 Black Men Basic - Leathershoes size 060 for my son and BATA4116389 Black Unisex Kids Shoes for my daughter a over a fortnight ago at the bata store Gomti Nager Lucknow. I received the latter 2 days ago but the gents shoes are yet to be delivered.
2. I tried tracking the shipment using the provided tracking ID [protected] but it shows that the item is at the delivery centre since 09 Dec 2021. Copy of the tracking attached for reference.
3. May I request that the ordered shoes be delivered asap for they are needed urgently due to opening of school.

    Yesterday your delivery guy called me for return pickup of one of the Myntra product. I personally gave that product to him but my order status is saying pickup failed. What is this irresponsibility???? Resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm gonna sue you. I'll go to consumer forum.. I want my refund money back!!!

      Today i received my order from meesho through ecom express ... i forgot to change my name and address and put it as nuii maubawk near taxi stand..so my order have to reach in someone else address ...the main problem is that i place the order in cod and the owner tell me that the delivery boy charge rs 1040 instead of rs.938 so i have to pay extra 102 rupees...idont get it why it happened like this..can you give me clarification for this matter... my order no. is #[protected]

          I ordered four products with the four Awb no [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I did not received any SMS from them about dispatch or delivery and i have verified from Shopee that my address and phone number is correct. It’s been 3 days i have been continuously contacting them on their customer care who gave me wrong address of M2/32, Model Town 3, Delhi-09 and when i went their it was a house and no such office was there. 3 of my orders have been marked as unsuccessful delivery when there has been no such delivery. I am suffering from mental agony.

                    @EcomExpress_Ofc Dear Team - Today I had an worst experience with your logistics in my life time this is the first time I had issue with the ecommerce.

This has happened 2 days consecutively. Both my orders are prepaid. This is real troublesome. Due to non receipt of otp i am not getting my parcel.

                                  Delivery boy has stolen my parcel. I have ordered my book on shopee and delivery courier was ecom express . But after 5 days since ordered but later I have seen that it was Delivered but on wrong address and before delivery thay do not called me also how irresponsible they are and stolen my favourite parcel 😭. Pls I am requesting you to stop this fraud and return my parcel😡😡🤬. Ordered on 5/12/21 and Delivered on 11/12/21 but on wrong address.

                                      I created a return request from amazon on 8th December. the pickup was scheduled on 9th December, but I did not receive any message or call from the company or the delivery agent on 9th, and only received this message:

                                      And I have been creating new retuen requests from that day and it has been 3 days now and I receive the same exact message from the company.
