    I have ordered certain medicines through Appollo 24 7 on 8.12.2021 for my autistic child, and paid online. The expected delivery date was on 14.12.2021. On 14.12.2021, when I checked the status it was seen that, the shippment reached at delivery location (Kottayam) on 13.12.2021 at 8: 07 am, and I waited for delivery till 16.12.2021. Even after the elapse of four working days, the staff of delivery location (Kottayam) has not contacted me, and I compelled to collect it from courier office. So pathetic service.

          Tracking[protected] not delivered from 19 days. Not getting proper response from Ecom express. Kindly escalate the case. Daily status it will show out for delivery, but no one is calling.

              The delivery person dosent deliver the parcel since three days I am getting out for delivery when called to the delivery executive he says he will deliver but dosent deliver and mentions as door lock

              Useless service from ecom express

              Do you deliver based on parcel or based on the convenience of the delivery person

              When person is at home how can he mention daily status as attempt failed and it’s happening since three days

                  Dear Sir,
                  1. I had ordered 8246158 Black Men Basic - Leathershoes size 060 for my son and BATA4116389 Black Unisex Kids Shoes for my daughter a over a fortnight ago at the bata store Gomti Nager Lucknow. I received the latter 2 days ago but the gents shoes are yet to be delivered.
                  2. I tried tracking the shipment using the provided tracking ID [protected] but it shows that the item is at the delivery centre since 09 Dec 2021. Copy of the tracking attached for reference.
                  3. May I request that the ordered shoes be delivered asap for they are needed urgently due to opening of school.

                    Yesterday your delivery guy called me for return pickup of one of the Myntra product. I personally gave that product to him but my order status is saying pickup failed. What is this irresponsibility???? Resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm gonna sue you. I'll go to consumer forum.. I want my refund money back!!!

                          I ordered four products with the four Awb no [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I did not received any SMS from them about dispatch or delivery and i have verified from Shopee that my address and phone number is correct. It’s been 3 days i have been continuously contacting them on their customer care who gave me wrong address of M2/32, Model Town 3, Delhi-09 and when i went their it was a house and no such office was there. 3 of my orders have been marked as unsuccessful delivery when there has been no such delivery. I am suffering from mental agony.
