The [protected] ajio shipment id keeps on getting undelivered without making an attempt to deliver.the guy calls during day and despite me sharing the address, he shows it undelivered.please help

      He tried to call me two times but i couldn't pick up for some reason. One hour later i got the message that my product has been delivered. I tried to call back but i can't get in touch with them. I asked my neighbours just in case but they didn't get it.

        Product not yet delivered and showing undelivered

        I have ordered more than 3 product through ecom express. But the status of tracking the parcel is showing that out for delivery from yesterday and today it is showing that undelivered. How can i get my product?i need my product....

        My order from naaptol did reach the destination but no attempts for delivery was made by the delivery agents. In-fact a received a false message stating that my phone was not reachable. my profession doesn't allow me to keep my phone off and is reachable 24X7. If ecom express cannot handle simple deliveries you may as well stop taking delivery responsibilities cause its the customers who suffer. Its embarrassing to state that services of ecom express at Gangtok (Sikkim State) is well below par.

            The delivery people are not even calling and they mark as 'delivery attempt unsuccessful'. Not even delivering a single product. They are returning the items back to the seller. Some items they mark as delivered without delivering. They are doing fraud all the time.

            Hi

            Why was the shipment returned? Please find it. Your ecom express people did not even call me. They are doing the same for my other products as well. Shopping portal is great. Ecom Express delivery is pathetic. There are products which are marked as delivered without delivering. Ask them to whom they have delivered. Don't give us stupid replies. Do further verification and take action. Shopping portal is fine. Problem is with your delivery people.

                The delivery boy is not delivering my parcel everyday but is keeping it himself and showing me the delivered. When I talked to the customer care, they are also not taking complaints against the delivery boy.

                  Your delivery executive came and find my parcel but he did not find my parcel in his bag and then told me he will come afterwards and then he has not delivered my order yet marked status of order as delivered i want my order back

                        my complaint is that, no any delivery person contacting me about my deliver and Ecom Express sent me the massage that Your FLIPKART order Awb [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable..how it's possible i ordered so many material on my address and thorugh EKart Logistics but i am unhappy with EcomExpress.wihtout customer confirmation they showing wrong statement on massege.
                        and when i tried to call with delivery persong then mobile no not registered msg coming...so kindly deliver my order.

                          But i didn't receive the otp.
                          While i tried to call the executive of Ecom express they continuously tell me to contact my vendor, and my vendor is do the same. They said they provide the otp to the Ecom express and rest is the responsibility of the courier service to send the sms to the customer. What kind of joke is that?

                                      Parcel is out of delivery from 3 days still not recieved. It is showing that wrong address provided but my address is totally correct. " Delhivery" parcels are delivered on time. Problems occur only with ecom express 👎👎👎👎
