I got message like arriving today by 5 pm on 30th of November 2021 with a phone number and pin. The executive called me by 6.30 pm and told that he will deliver the product by next day morning but got the undelivered message by 6.40 pm
when i called the number in message, it asks for pin, when I type in pin, it says i am calling from unregistered mobile number and then phone call cuts...
but i am calling from registered mobile number.
Such a poor and irresponsible customer delivery service by ECOM

        I bought 2 products from Shopee and they were shipped by ecom express

        Package is not coming at my location nor any phone call has been made from any delivery boy despit it is showing that my parcel is out for delivery four times. I have contacted to Customer care of ecom express and he told that my order has been in RTO Locked and he also told that if any order is in this state then it will not sent for delivery again.

        The same problem is there for this order also, just different is that delivery always calls me that he is on the way and will be coming in an hour but after nothing happens neither he calls again nor he arrives. And despite ecom express updated that delivery unsuccessful no response from the customer. How? Not only onetime this happens many times. I contacted to Customer care of ecom express and he told me that your order will be delivered in next 24 hours. But again next the same happened no calls and they updated delivery unsuccessful.
        Is this joke?

        Both order were on COD Payment.

Still nobody has responded. Please find attached tracking details and item dis from Axis bank. My father Mr. Shashikant Sheth called one of the agents, he told that he would arrange the delivery at the correct address. Then after still today showing the same wrong address on tracking.               I am a seller on Meesho, I had an order returned, The return was also due to the delivery boy of ecomexpress because he did not deliver the shipment, and gave the wrong update in the office saying "customer not available".Now he did not even return the shipment to me, and did this show in the office, the shipment was delivered.

                Hi,
                I have ordered a package from hopscotch with Awb- [protected], the delivery executive called me and asked me to come half way and I refused for that as he updated I the ecom portal saying that " I refused to take the package",
                I have made a order for which hopscotch charged 100/- shipment charge and they say home delivery, but these people asked me to come halfway.
                Kindly please resolve this as they do this for all the packages, and I have to leave my work running behind them for what I have ordered though I paid for shipment.
                Thank you hopefully you people resolve the issue soon.

I order product from meesho the delivery boy from ecom express tenkasi came to deliver the product but he didn't call me to inform that he is coming and he simply sitting in his bike far away from my house and horns continuously. How I know that he is came and also he blames us and behave rudely so I didn't pick the product. Take action against him otherwise I shall not pick any product from ecom

                          I ordered 3 suitcases though Flipkart and it has been reached to Narsampet ecom express, Waranagal Rural. Ecom express executive called me on today morning. He took my number and otp and logged into my flipkart account and cancelled all my 3 suitcases. Useless service by ecom express. If you have proof I have call recording also. Who will bare that loss now that product rate is increased alot and my valuable time is wasted. That is my urgent product. He is cunningly cancelled my products from my account only. So I can't put a complaint to Flipkart on this.

                            I placed this order Nov 13 and the package is not yet delivered because of the OTP issue. I contacted the shopping portal 2-3 times to update my new number but still I'm facing the same issue. When I contacted you, you informed me that we have not received the mobile number update notification. Also you can't even check and confirm my mobile number.
                            From Nov 18, the package is out for delivery 3 times but it is not being delivered. So I have purchased the products from the local store. So now I do not want the package .To cancel the order, when I contacted Ecom Express, they asked me to contact the shopping portal. And When I contacted the shopping portal, they told me to reject the parcel. But how could I reject the parcel if I'm not receiving any call or delivery agent visiting my home at the given address?
                            Can't you just cancel the package? I am suffering because of all this. I shouldn't have done the payment in the first place. Worst experience with both of you. I just want the package to get cancelled and money to be refunded in my account.
