    Hii below is my AWB no[protected] and my product lies in delivery hub form past 6 days and no one is responsible form ecom express team and all they are providing wrong address of delivery hub when ever I have contacted them I am done contacting them please help In getting delivery as soon as possible

      ECom express is one of the worst logistics services in India all my deliveries are delayed and take a maximum time for more than 10 to 15 days to deliver, Why the hell they are still in logistics business when they are not capable of delivering goods on time,

        Could you please confirm the order delivery status? According to the system, it should be delivered by Dec 1, 2021, but I have yet to receive my order.

        Gurgaon is the delivery address. My parcel arrived in GURGAON-GGE on November 29th, 2021, and then routed to Delhi. On November 30th, my parcel was routed back to Gurgaon, and again it was routed to Delhi. My parcel has now been in Delhi for last one day. My parcel has been traveling between Gurgaon to Delhi to Gurgaon for the past two days.

        If your team is facing the issue at least tell me the location of the delivery center so I could pick it up myself, relay bad experience.

            I have ordered on 15th nov and my order was supposed to be delivered on 19th-20th Nov, 2021 but Ecom Express didnt delivered it on time . I am following up with them since last 10 days but they are only saying that we are raising your complaint and it will deliver to you within 24 hours time.

            Ecom express service is very poor. they are not even informing or updating about the order which they are getting from their customer.

                  I got message like arriving today by 5 pm on 30th of November 2021 with a phone number and pin. The executive called me by 6.30 pm and told that he will deliver the product by next day morning but got the undelivered message by 6.40 pm
                  when i called the number in message, it asks for pin, when I type in pin, it says i am calling from unregistered mobile number and then phone call cuts...
                  but i am calling from registered mobile number.
                  Such a poor and irresponsible customer delivery service by ECOM

                        I bought 2 products from Shopee and they were shipped by ecom express

                        Package is not coming at my location nor any phone call has been made from any delivery boy despit it is showing that my parcel is out for delivery four times. I have contacted to Customer care of ecom express and he told that my order has been in RTO Locked and he also told that if any order is in this state then it will not sent for delivery again.

                        The same problem is there for this order also, just different is that delivery always calls me that he is on the way and will be coming in an hour but after nothing happens neither he calls again nor he arrives. And despite ecom express updated that delivery unsuccessful no response from the customer. How? Not only onetime this happens many times. I contacted to Customer care of ecom express and he told me that your order will be delivered in next 24 hours. But again next the same happened no calls and they updated delivery unsuccessful.
                        Is this joke?

                                Hi,
                                I have ordered a package from hopscotch with Awb- [protected], the delivery executive called me and asked me to come half way and I refused for that as he updated I the ecom portal saying that " I refused to take the package",
                                I have made a order for which hopscotch charged 100/- shipment charge and they say home delivery, but these people asked me to come halfway.
                                Kindly please resolve this as they do this for all the packages, and I have to leave my work running behind them for what I have ordered though I paid for shipment.

I order product from meesho the delivery boy from ecom express tenkasi came to deliver the product but he didn't call me to inform that he is coming and he simply sitting in his bike far away from my house and horns continuously. How I know that he is came and also he blames us and behave rudely so I didn't pick the product. Take action against him otherwise I shall not pick any product from ecom

                                        I have ordered materials from Ajio and delivery person called me and taken OTP and ensured to deliver the material on 25th November, 2021
                                        But, till now he hasn't knock my door and the thing is status shows as delivered
                                        When I tried to call that contact number it is not connected

                                        Kindly track and help me to get the order.
