I ordered 3 suitcases though Flipkart and it has been reached to Narsampet ecom express, Waranagal Rural. Ecom express executive called me on today morning. He took my number and otp and logged into my flipkart account and cancelled all my 3 suitcases. Useless service by ecom express. If you have proof I have call recording also. Who will bare that loss now that product rate is increased alot and my valuable time is wasted. That is my urgent product. He is cunningly cancelled my products from my account only. So I can't put a complaint to Flipkart on this.

    I placed this order Nov 13 and the package is not yet delivered because of the OTP issue. I contacted the shopping portal 2-3 times to update my new number but still I'm facing the same issue. When I contacted you, you informed me that we have not received the mobile number update notification. Also you can't even check and confirm my mobile number.
    From Nov 18, the package is out for delivery 3 times but it is not being delivered. So I have purchased the products from the local store. So now I do not want the package .To cancel the order, when I contacted Ecom Express, they asked me to contact the shopping portal. And When I contacted the shopping portal, they told me to reject the parcel. But how could I reject the parcel if I'm not receiving any call or delivery agent visiting my home at the given address?
    Can't you just cancel the package? I am suffering because of all this. I shouldn't have done the payment in the first place. Worst experience with both of you. I just want the package to get cancelled and money to be refunded in my account.

                    I have placed the order on 20th November from Flipkart... And it was expected to deliver by 26th November. Although it reached in my town nagod district satna on 22nd and company tried to contact me on that day but I was not reachable... And then I tried to contact them and told about my address, it was written in the order but they still were confused I guess... And when I confirmed my address after that neither they contacted me nor tried to deliver my product and on 26th November they cancelled my order saying I was not reachable. If they don't know about the localities of the town they are.. better they should resign from there job or they should use Google map... Such a irresponsible and rude behaviour from the company side. Never expected such horrible service .

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I was complaint about exchange dress.. I was placed the order on 26th October in meesho. I got delivery on 31st October.. Dress had some damage so I replaced the dress on 1st November and 2nd November delivery boy called me for exchange the dress.. Delivery boy picked the dress after picking I didn't get pickup message. I was complaint to meesho and ecom express customer service also there is no use still am waiting only...delivery boy(His name is Manjunath)are playing over here...Pls I need your help for rescue my dress or refund amount.

                              I ordered a product from Shopee which was marked as delivered, but I didn't get it, upon asking the delivery boy, he told me that the parcel was lost and on the next day he said that I would give you another one.
                              Even after so many days, I still haven't received my parcel, and that guy's rude behaviour is not acceptable.
                              Also, the lack of support and carelessness of ECOM EXPRESS is what I am more concerned about. They say that " we don't care ", it is your parcel, you can order another, but they keep it time after time.

                                        I had ordered an product from meesho and they couried through ecom express but still now i didnt got my product.i called to customer care and informed about the timmings which i will be available everything they told will get it on time but still not received i called to the concern person but he given me the fake information that their people are on the way but i didnt receive..worstttttt service and delivery persons...saying fake reasons...i am going to cancel all products from meesho due to ur worst services..i want to raise an complain on ur services...imediate response on priority.
