Your Vatakara location service provider has returned without even trying to deliver the package nor trying to call me on the registered phone number provided for shipment.

I have been trying to call your customer care numbers multiple times as well and no one picking it up.

This address is right on the highway and I have multiple other courier services being delivered...

I am ordering the roadster jeans from myntra app but unfortunately they not deliver the product within misbehaving they shows they will deliver the product
But product will not deliver yet...

I have ordered a product on COD terms and waiting for the delivery for more than 10 days after the product reached my town. I have complained about no change of status for more than 5 days. On the 10th day, the status is changed to RTO....

First of all PDD was 7 November 2021,
And now last two days product is showing out for delivery but suddenly it showed Shipment attempted wrong address by DA ChiragVyas without trying.
I have records for it.
He is calling me and did not reply after i received call, And when i try to call back he did not answering my calls.
So please take inquiry of it and please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

Its been more than 3 days and the company niether responding to my mails nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i havent recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further...

I was ordered on oct 22 which was face serum of tribal products but the product didn't delivered and I tried to contact the customer service and they said within 24 hours you will get delivered still didn't delivered and today 10/11/21 i tried to call the customer service but they said that my product went to rto lock and I have to call ship rocket and unlock. But if I track, the status is showing as Customer refused to accept, I haven't got any call from the delivery guy, how can the status be refused to accept. If I call the Delivery executive the call won't connect....

Parcel reached the place Tuticorin before three days. But I didnt get any call from delivery person. However the status changes to undelivered every day.
Today I got a call the person says he will call and deliver it in half an hour. But the status changed to undelivered. We dont know what's happening and whom to contact....

This Company Is A Fraud..my product has been delayed for months and still i did not get my refund. It should be closed down and a fraud case should be filed against it.people don't buy anything from a website or app whose deliver company is Ecom Express.Its A Fraud and Loots Innocent People...

I have ordered a product from a vendor on 20th of October . AWB number is [protected]. the product has been shipped through ecom. It had reached my city 10 days back, yet these ppl didn't attempt for delivery nor contacted me .

I have ordered pack of 3 kurtas in Ecom Express.

I received the product on 6th Nov, 2021 around 5 p.m..

I was shocked after seeing the product which was worst and damaged kurtas.

Kindly take this as complaint and help me to get the money back .
