Please deliver my prepaid order with AWB number [protected]. I didn't get any information since a month...

My order is in nizambad hub on 3rd of November till yet not moving further in pharmeasy when I try tracking it show shipment on hold contact customer care. I hope you resolve my issue....

I have ordered parcel from one of the vendor. The parcel has reached my destination on 25th October. After raising complaint they have scheduled delivery yesterday i.e, on 5th November. As I am not in the city, requested to deliver it on Monday 08th November.
Now the status of parcel is showing as RTO lock.
Please confirm and arrange to deliver the parcel on Monday i.e, 08th November.

Hello i am debangaraj deuri I have ordered from meesho before 10 days ago . why ecom express give so late deliver and your Delivery mans are so bad they did miss behavior with many coustomers in many times . i don't know his / their name but really they are so bad . So please tak action them . Otherwise we will avoid online order for this types of bad 3rd party...

The package was supposed to be delivered on 17th October and it got delayed till 29th October. After 10 days of delay without any reason, they returned the package to the origin without contacting any of the parties. The package is neither delivered to destination nor origin. They have charged double amount for the same but the package is missing. Also, they don't pickup calls and don't even have an email id for contact....

Product was not delivered by delivery boy. Product has reached ecom center but they are not delevering it. I went there to collect it by myself but they refused to search for it....

When I tracked my shipment it showed wrong address undelivered. I returned it through the given link in sms. Then after 1 day it showed shipment in rto lock on 23rd October. And today is 5th November and still showing shipment rto lock.. Pls deliver it to me. Or give it to the seller he will re dispatch it to me.

Worst experience by this courier franchise. From past 10days they holding my parcel and they not able to deliver parcel if we visit personally to office. From 2days they just trying to find out my parcel but status intracking details is updated flase information. They never ever tried to deliver or called. Just updating tracking details as there wish. Manager Mr. Sunil wa very arrogant and rude behaviour with customer who visit to collect...

My order is at delivery center more than 3days, no response from them and there is no response from the customer care....
