I have complained to the customer care of ecom express regarding the delay in delivery for three times. They ask me to wait for two days everytime and do not tell me a deadline. The package tracking shows its in local city Nellore DC -003 from 5th november 2021. I asked them to atleast tell me the location of delivery center so i can pickup myself, but they don't give me the information. I am worried if the parcel is lost. Please help me.

Complaint marked as Resolved Ecom express is very slow, they should be transparent about it, if they have a delivery boys shortage, and may be tieup with other courier services. I myself went to collect the package from the delivery center. Anyway hope you improve your services.

Updated by sandeep_kumarbv Yes, the shipment is collected by myself personally, i asked the customer care for the delivery center location and went there, collected the parcel from them, they said they have very few delivery boys and shipments are taking a lot of time. Any way the problem is solved finally.
