I order my product from Amazon on 2 Nov 2021.. thereafter i knew my order was arriving by Ecom express...So on 10th Nov my order arrived nearest delivery centre Chomu 303704 which was 25 kms from my home ...but unfortunately they don't contacted and not even attempt to deliver my product...and they send back to gurugram and haryana from my Jaipur Rajasthan State, ...but after talking to lots of calls on Amazon and Ecom my product again arrived my nearest delivery centre on 19 Nov 2021 which was only 30-25 km from my home...but now this time 21 Nov 2021they themselves don’t deliver the product and later write the reason as wrong address. Seriously? My AWB number[[protected]]. Came out for delivery but never reached me. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery person. Rather i called him up and he said he’ll deliver. showing RTO lock.. Mentioned reason was wrong delivery address (which was right)...look Ecom express i[censored] have problem with my address ...no problem I will reach you at chomu 303704 (my delivery centre)but I need that parcel anyhow... because I got an great deal on great Indian sale...It's Already more than 20 Days of placing order ...and yet it's not delivered...but seriously I think the whole Ecom express is making fool to genuine customer's...i would give 0 stars out of 5 stars...kindly remove the RTo Locked or give me my product at your delivery centre I will pick up from ...I will take off this complaint if my issue resolved🙏🏼🙏🏻🙏🏻

    My order are been stolen by the delivery guy and it's happening continuously. It's your responsibility that the order are been delivers safely. And it's not the app fault. Look into the matter as soon as possible or I will take legal action against it. This is the delivery proof the signature of the delivery guy. I want my order back.

              This shipment was sent via Ecom express on 09th November from Bangalore to Chennai - its been 11 days and still not delivered.

              It was supposed to be delivered on 12th. I called the customer care around 15th and they took a complaint and told that in 72hours (18th) I would receive delivery. Today is 20th and still I havent received the delivery. The shipment reached chennai on 16th and just stays there without delivering.

              What kind of courier service this is?

                Seller ready to sell customer ready to buy in between delivery agent playing with us. I have ordered from meesho for one of my order I got msg as out for delivery I called delivery agent he didn't pick my call and not even he called me end of the day simply he giving msg as customer refused to receive next day I checked status as shipment rto lock and untraceable I was complaint through mails, msg, and calls to customer executive they simply taking complaints not responding for my 2nd order same I got msg as out for delivery I called agent he said I will deliver afternoon end of the day I got msg as consignee requested for future delivery for two days I got same msg without my knowledge they giving message like this, daily I follow this two parcel I felt tired with this courier service please take some action

                  The delivery guy came for delivery to my house and I was not at home, my neighbors told him to come the next day, he didn't come, it has been 3 days since he had come and still I haven't recieved my package.

                        Hi, I had ordered 3 products from a shopping website, it was dispatched through Ecom Express, yesterday I received a message that my parcel has been delivered by a person called dharmend kashyap but i haven't received my 3 parcels and no body even called at my phone number, it simply means that my parcel has been stolen by delivery boy or the office head, please take strict action against this and return my parcel at my home as soon as possible.No response from Ecom Express Customer care.

                            No one went to deliver and noone called customer but every day it was updated that delivery attempt failed with false reason like customer out of station/wrong address
                            This is not just the case in this parcel rto rate for Bluedart/delhivery is 20% where as ecom exp is 75% for the parcels I send for my business, just a fraud company I would recommend all online sellers to boycott this fraud company .

                              We have ordered so many products from Shopee app... The products which are picked up by Ecom express didn't deliver the products to us... We already contacted shoppe platform they told us it was absolutely delivery boy fraud... Because he paid to the products by himself and received the products... He didn't deliver the products to us... Please take the action on that delivery boy ...his name is trinadharao... kindly request you to solve this problem

                                    I have booked the women's tie and dye printed tops, quantity :2 no.'s from meesho app on 17th October and I had received the order on 22nd October. As the quality of product was too poor so I submitted the return request on 22oct. And on 24th ecom express courier boy came for pickup of both the tops and I also received pickup successfully message from ecom express. I was waiting for the payment refund. I tried to contact meesho team for updating on the refund payment status but they denied as they have not received the the order. I have shared the screenshot PDF format with them of successful pick up of order against the tracking ID number[protected]. But they have confirm that it this order ID does not match with the awb number. Requested you to kindly share the a WB number against the tracking ID number as mentioned above. I also tried to contact your customer services from 6th of November. But there are also unable to revert on the same everyday I try to call them they are just reverting me that they are escalated the issue to next level and I will get the response within 24 to 48 hours. But till today I have not received any revert back from your team so request you to kindly e look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      I have complained to the customer care of ecom express regarding the delay in delivery for three times. They ask me to wait for two days everytime and do not tell me a deadline. The package tracking shows its in local city Nellore DC -003 from 5th november 2021. I asked them to atleast tell me the location of delivery center so i can pickup myself, but they don't give me the information. I am worried if the parcel is lost. Please help me.

                                      Ecom express is very slow, they should be transparent about it, if they have a delivery boys shortage, and may be tieup with other courier services. I myself went to collect the package from the delivery center. Anyway hope you improve your services.

                                      Yes, the shipment is collected by myself personally, i asked the customer care for the delivery center location and went there, collected the parcel from them, they said they have very few delivery boys and shipments are taking a lot of time. Any way the problem is solved finally.
