I didn't get the call from your delivery executive but it shows customer refused to accept.
Called your call center and explained the same., they informed me to remove the calls from spam list. Still I am waiting it's status remain unaltered.

    I paid for my order through google pay but the payment was stuck. Later I paid the delivery agent through cash.
    Now my google pay payment got processed so I have paid twice for my order .how can I get a refund

      My shipment was delayed for 2 weeks and today they are showing out for delivery and then the product was undelivered . Why they are making excuses without making any effort. It has been 15 days and they could not deliver the parcel. If they are not able to do so then send it back. I dont want any further delay.

        Respected sir,
        My AWB NO. [protected] I got 6th time out for delivery message. but not attempt any delivery by the delivery boy. and update wrong information regarding my my address.
        after 6 day. Ecom express impose OFD lock to my product I am still waiting of delivery of my product.
        please take action against delivery boy who again and again update wrong information regarding my product.
        three time I call Ecom customer support they told me your product is blocked by Flipkart OFD lock so communicate them to remove your lock. on the behalf of of your statement I communicate with Flipkart they told this type of information regarding OFD lock is not available oR no lock is imposed to your product kindly tell them this is a wrong information.
        what we have to do? please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            Company is a total fraud. they never came to pickup my order. I am a meesho seller and even after continued calls to them they have been ignoring my complains. because of them I have been facing huge losses.

              My tacking number [protected]. the parcel reached destination place on 11th Nov 2021 itself. But later it was changed that it reached only on 13th Nov 2021. Ecom express always do the same. i experienced same problem some years back at least at that time they call me and asked to collect the parcel. If they can't deliver to a particular location why they accept the shipping.My shipment is from flipkart. Still the parcel not delivered. Customer care is only one number and it always say all executives busy. fortunately once i reached ecom express customer care and they told me problem will be resolved in 48 hrs.Nothing happened. My scheduled delivery according to ecom express is 11th Nov 2021.
              Repeated insufficient service from ecom express.

                Hii...I have ordered some item on 31st October and scheduled delivery date was 6th November. But Ecom Express employee Krishnendu Mondal, didn't even call me and reported my location not found even though I receive a lot of parcels at this address. From 10th November I have been calling their customer care number every day and they are saying within 24 hours delivery will be made. Till today nothing is received. Today it is showing OFD lock is applied..just what the hell is this.

                    I have ordered 3 products namely mens watch, mens wallet and neck gaiter in shopee app's offers of Rs.24, Rs.24 and Rs.9 respectively. Which are scheduled to delivered by ecom express courier company on 11 November, 8 November and 14 November respectively.
                    In status it is showing all 3 products are delivered but I have not received any one of them. I have talked both (shopee and ecom express) customer care both told me that He have raised my complaint and next time this will not happen...But next time same thing happens means product not delivered instead in status shows product have delivered.
                    Address is correct because I have received another product by delhivery courier company correctly.

                    On the basis of above situation I am 95% sure that delivery boy himself have taken my product. there are three strong reasons behind this -
                    1. Products has very low price rs 24 only for each and 9 rs.
                    2. Both product are useful to any men
                    3. For delivery he will have to come to my house which is quite unfavorable. ( Hence it's better to marked parcels have delivered and take the product for himself by doing this he have completed his task and have got product)

                    ABOVE IS PROVEN IN PROOF OF DELIVERY (Which I have added attachment in this )...in all three there are only straight line not signature have done .

                    I have not received any product. how many times I have to tell this. I know in status it is showing parcels have delivered but I have not received all three products.

                    If you can't do anything then directly tell me. I will leave it. But don't frustrated me asking same Questions again and again...there are many other courier companies, not only you

                      First I want to tell you what pathetic services offered by your ground level staff and there is no coordination between your customer care and ground staff .Last three days I am receiving a message in the morning that my packet will delivered today and and at evening when check the status is was undelivered.I have not received any call from your field executive and your field executive without visited address update the status it is undelivered .did you assign any other the packet which is not delivered for any reason can contact the customer and ask for reason why packed is not delivered.If I am least concern about that packed then why I called up every evening to your customer care for rescheduling my delivery.how my packed will delivered by tomorrow ensure it.I have not received any call from these 3 day from your field executive.worring about their packet is customer responsibility, from your side left on God.Iam very disappointed from your pathetic customer services.

                            The estimated delivery date given to me by ecom- express was 5th November 2021 for my order with (AWB No: [protected] ) The package reached the destination location the same day but an attempt to deliver the package wasn’t made at all I waited for another day but the package still wasn’t delivered to me so I wrote an email explaining my problem but received a very automated response providing no solution. I called their customer service several times but was told each time that my order would be delivered within 24hrs it’s been OVER 10 DAYS and my order is still being held by them for no reason at all . This courier service is very unreliable and unprofessional. Please look into this issue as soon as possible

                                The ecom has made falsified commitment to delivered my product on 12/11/2021. Even after many calls they have showed negligence regarding the delivery of product with AWB No.[protected].

                                The delivery person neither pick up my call even after several attempts nor did he try to reach me. He just made false claim of delivering the products by 8 o' clock.

                                When he neglected his assigned duty the ecom send message stating "wrong address" which is unjustified claim. The colony mentioned in address is quite well known and can be easily located on google map.

                                I am attaching photo of ecom message and the location of google map which proves that the mentioned status is wrong. further i am attaching the details of the call i made to ecom and delivery person.

                                This type activity is unjustified in business ethics and the concerned person/s should be sacked immediately.

                                  Its been more than 5days and the company niether responding to my mails nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have sent an otp to my number. But i havent recieved any otp till now. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further replies from them.                                     I have a purchased a product from flipkart and received an SMS yesterday with a contact number and PIN and it was mentioned that the agent will contact - ecom express Rajakumari. I have not received any call from anyone from ecom and received an SMS in the evening 'the package was undelivered as the address was unlocatable'.
                                    I have received multiple packages from amazon and flipkart in the past through ecom and now the address is vanished into thin air?

                                      I shipped a package with AWB number - [protected] to go to Gurgaon before 4th November. My buyer received a message on 6th November that the order is out for delivery. Next, he gets a message that the shipment has been labeled as undelivered due to the reason - Residence closed. My buyer has confirmed that the residence was open and he was ready to receive the shipment but the delivery person did not even contact him and labeled the shipment as undelivered. It is 11th November today and my buyer is still awaiting the shipment. He is constantly asking me for a refund on his order. It is a complete loss from my side. It is very bad service. I have been calling customer service daily but the status has not changed. I need my problem resolved as soon as possible. I want my shipment delivered to my client as soon as possible.

                                        Ecom Express executive is refusing to deliver my Zomato assets in my home address he has asking to collect from the Hebbgodi office in Bangalore & Asking for delivery Pin but I have not shared him

                                        He is very unprofessional last time same Zomato shipment without delivery to me it's mentioned as a delivered because of that I'm facing problem from Zomato they have deducted Rs 1600 for T shirt & Bag now I'm not able to do the duty also because Zomato app asking for Selfie with bag & T Shirt how I can give with out received assets to me This mistake done by Your executive please take proper action against him & give me the assets to my home address on priority
