I ordered a mobile from flipkart with order id: OD[protected]. They shipped through ecom express with awb no: [protected]. When they try to deliver it on sunday, i was not present in my home and o am unable to pick the call from the agent. After i noticed the call, i called him back and said, ' sorry, i am unable to puck the call. Can you deliver me tomorrow please?'. He said ok. Then, the day after around 12'0 clock i received the call from the agent saying, 'sorry brother it is raining here, we will deliver the item evening. Now please tell the otp sent your number for reference'. For your note, i trusted him because they delivered the items correctly in all previous orders. I said the otp. They logged in my account and cancelled my order without my knowledge. Now i have to order back. Why they have to do this. If they not able to make the delivery, they shall have try to deliver the items in the next day or the other day. Now i lost the complete trust on the ecom express because of this one incident!.
