    The estimated delivery date given to me by ecom- express was 5th November 2021 for my order with (AWB No: [protected] ) The package reached the destination location the same day but an attempt to deliver the package wasn’t made at all I waited for another day but the package still wasn’t delivered to me so I wrote an email explaining my problem but received a very automated response providing no solution. I called their customer service several times but was told each time that my order would be delivered within 24hrs it’s been OVER 10 DAYS and my order is still being held by them for no reason at all . This courier service is very unreliable and unprofessional. Please look into this issue as soon as possible

        Address: ecom express, ballia

        The ecom has made falsified commitment to delivered my product on 12/11/2021. Even after many calls they have showed negligence regarding the delivery of product with AWB No.[protected].

        The delivery person neither pick up my call even after several attempts nor did he try to reach me. He just made false claim of delivering the products by 8 o' clock.

        When he neglected his assigned duty the ecom send message stating "wrong address" which is unjustified claim. The colony mentioned in address is quite well known and can be easily located on google map.

        I am attaching photo of ecom message and the location of google map which proves that the mentioned status is wrong. further i am attaching the details of the call i made to ecom and delivery person.

        This type activity is unjustified in business ethics and the concerned person/s should be sacked immediately.

          Its been more than 5days and the company niether responding to my mails nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have sent an otp to my number. But i havent recieved any otp till now. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further replies from them. I tried to contact to customer care service but its not connected to the customer service officer. My awb number: [[protected]]
          Please help me out so that i can get my order as soon as possible. Its urgent.i dont knw how to get my product.

            I have a purchased a product from flipkart and received an SMS yesterday with a contact number and PIN and it was mentioned that the agent will contact - ecom express Rajakumari. I have not received any call from anyone from ecom and received an SMS in the evening 'the package was undelivered as the address was unlocatable'.
            I have received multiple packages from amazon and flipkart in the past through ecom and now the address is vanished into thin air?

            Although ECOM hasn't responded and being very irresponsible, Flipkart resolved the issue.

              I shipped a package with AWB number - [protected] to go to Gurgaon before 4th November. My buyer received a message on 6th November that the order is out for delivery. Next, he gets a message that the shipment has been labeled as undelivered due to the reason - Residence closed. My buyer has confirmed that the residence was open and he was ready to receive the shipment but the delivery person did not even contact him and labeled the shipment as undelivered. It is 11th November today and my buyer is still awaiting the shipment. He is constantly asking me for a refund on his order. It is a complete loss from my side. It is very bad service. I have been calling customer service daily but the status has not changed. I need my problem resolved as soon as possible. I want my shipment delivered to my client as soon as possible.

                Ecom Express executive is refusing to deliver my Zomato assets in my home address he has asking to collect from the Hebbgodi office in Bangalore & Asking for delivery Pin but I have not shared him

                He is very unprofessional last time same Zomato shipment without delivery to me it's mentioned as a delivered because of that I'm facing problem from Zomato they have deducted Rs 1600 for T shirt & Bag now I'm not able to do the duty also because Zomato app asking for Selfie with bag & T Shirt how I can give with out received assets to me This mistake done by Your executive please take proper action against him & give me the assets to my home address on priority

                  This is regarding AWB - [protected].
                  Your Vatakara location service provider has returned without even trying to deliver the package nor trying to call me on the registered phone number provided for shipment.

                  I have been trying to call your customer care numbers multiple times as well and no one picking it up.

                  This address is right on the highway and I have multiple other courier services being delivered seamlessly.
                  I need this package delivered to the same destination address.
                  Note: this is a corporate package and is this the standard maintained from Ecom express for delivery?

                        And now last two days product is showing out for delivery but suddenly it showed Shipment attempted wrong address by DA ChiragVyas without trying.

                            I was ordered on oct 22 which was face serum of tribal products but the product didn't delivered and I tried to contact the customer service and they said within 24 hours you will get delivered still didn't delivered and today 10/11/21 i tried to call the customer service but they said that my product went to rto lock and I have to call ship rocket and unlock. But I asked him to how to unlock because I don't know he was rude and he didn't replied and I tried to call some number which was shown searched and it went like it was fraud number and they tried to access my phone with the app "anydesk" and I recalled Ecom customer service number and they said it was my mistake. At any cost I want my product should be delivered at any cost. And this was my AWB number[protected].

                              I'm Sneha. AWB number is [protected]. Item is not delivered but I got a message that my order will be delivered on November 8th 2021. But if I track, the status is showing as Customer refused to accept, I haven't got any call from the delivery guy, how can the status be refused to accept. If I call the Delivery executive the call won't connect.

                                Parcel reached the place Tuticorin before three days. But I didnt get any call from delivery person. However the status changes to undelivered every day.
                                Today I got a call the person says he will call and deliver it in half an hour. But the status changed to undelivered. We dont know what's happening and whom to contact.

                                    Sir, I have been cheated by this greedy ecom express company.i had ordered a battery for my mobile and paid earlier an. Amount of rs469.i ordered it on 28th of October & I was supposed to get the parcel on 4th of november.my AWB nois-[protected], name-rbiswal..sir, main issue is neither my product was given to me nor refund but each and every time I lodge a complaints I would be said that my problem will be solved soon & also in 1/2an hour.but sir see today i.e 9th of november.just count the days 5 more days from 4/11/2021 .but still now no solution.why sir, is this the new style of cheating and stealing money from innocent customer.how thief like activities is being done by the delivery boy.sir, please give my parcel as soon as possible please

                                      I ordered a mobile from flipkart with order id: OD[protected]. They shipped through ecom express with awb no: [protected]. When they try to deliver it on sunday, i was not present in my home and o am unable to pick the call from the agent. After i noticed the call, i called him back and said, ' sorry, i am unable to puck the call. Can you deliver me tomorrow please?'. He said ok. Then, the day after around 12'0 clock i received the call from the agent saying, 'sorry brother it is raining here, we will deliver the item evening. Now please tell the otp sent your number for reference'. For your note, i trusted him because they delivered the items correctly in all previous orders. I said the otp. They logged in my account and cancelled my order without my knowledge. Now i have to order back. Why they have to do this. If they not able to make the delivery, they shall have try to deliver the items in the next day or the other day. Now i lost the complete trust on the ecom express because of this one incident!.

                                        This Company Is A Fraud..my product has been delayed for months and still i did not get my refund. It should be closed down and a fraud case should be filed against it.people don't buy anything from a website or app whose deliver company is Ecom Express.Its A Fraud and Loots Innocent People
