I have ordered a product from a vendor on 20th of October . AWB number is [protected]. the product has been shipped through ecom. It had reached my city 10 days back, yet these ppl didn't attempt for delivery nor contacted me .

I have been trying to contact since a week ..no avail . The CUSTOMER care doesn't work . ### courier service . Just fed up trying to reach these ppl . Just take an action regarding delivery asap .

    I have not received my parcel yet, inspite of being texted everyday about days delivery with the pin code.but I am not been called.and in the tracking record it shows customer not available.wherein I am available all the time at my delivery address.but I am not being called to receive it.please deliver the parcel as soon as possible.i am in need of that.

            I have ordered pack of 3 kurtas in Ecom Express.

            I received the product on 6th Nov, 2021 around 5 p.m..

            I was shocked after seeing the product which was worst and damaged kurtas.

            Kindly take this as complaint and help me to get the money back .

            Also I want to return this damaged product.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              delivery boy has refused to place the order. Says I will not give door delivery. Order is out for delivery from 2nd November but not delivered to me yet..
              Today is November 6th but there is no update. Ecom Express Hub is at a distance of 12 kms from my address, still the order has not been delivered to me. The seller has sent this order from Gurugram, Haryana. It is at a distance of 1758 kms. So Why is ecom express not delivering to me at a difference of 12 kms when the seller can accept the order from so far away?

                      I have ordered parcel from one of the vendor. The parcel has reached my destination on 25th October. After raising complaint they have scheduled delivery yesterday i.e, on 5th November. As I am not in the city, requested to deliver it on Monday 08th November.
                      Now the status of parcel is showing as RTO lock.
                      Please confirm and arrange to deliver the parcel on Monday i.e, 08th November.

                        No one came for delivery ..I have received a day before msg for delivery but no one came for delivery...in evening I have received a msg that you were not available at home ...but that full day I was at my home with my parents and I also have holiday bcz of diwali holidays...and no one call me for delivery...and the delivery boy knows my address very well ..so many he came with ny delivery...and every time he was not doing proper delivery...the ecom xpress is full of fraud and lazy people...very bad service ...and he is trying to cheat people's...

                            The package was supposed to be delivered on 17th October and it got delayed till 29th October. After 10 days of delay without any reason, they returned the package to the origin without contacting any of the parties. The package is neither delivered to destination nor origin. They have charged double amount for the same but the package is missing. Also, they don't pickup calls and don't even have an email id for contact.

                                  When I tracked my shipment it showed wrong address undelivered. I returned it through the given link in sms. Then after 1 day it showed shipment in rto lock on 23rd October. And today is 5th November and still showing shipment rto lock.. Pls deliver it to me. Or give it to the seller he will re dispatch it to me.
                                  Pls do it as fast as possible.
