I ordered a product from meesho and they shipped the product by ecom express.
My tracking number is[protected].
When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery...
I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery...
I didn't even got any call or any prior information... Then how could i tell them for future delivery...
I contacted their helping number for clarification.. but they couldn't response.

    I have purchase a product from AMAZON site which was pre paid and sent through Ecom Express .on last 19/10/2021 I received a SMS from Ecom site that my product has been delivered to me and asking for feed back .But said package was not delivered to me. I made complaint on the issue, but till the date issue has not solved .please check

      I was ordered a product from meesho... And also I was put return request also ... Ur ecom delivery person only picked my product next day... But I have not received any sms from ur side for return pickuped... ur ecom delivery person also spoke me very rood... Talking very bad laugeuage... Till now not updated my return... Meesho also did not get ur side intimation... I spoke meesho customer support... That team also told me ur not updated any information for that pickup... Pls resolve my issues..as soon as possible...

              FRAUD WITH AWB :[protected]
              COURIER COMPANY DOING FRAUD

              BEEN 12 DAYS SHIPMENT AT DELIVERY CENTER
              SHOWS FAKE REMARKS THAT OUT FOR DELIVERY, BUT ALWAYS NOT DELIVERED

              ORDER ALREADY ESCALATED 7 TIMES BUT NOT BEEN SOLVED

              WHEN COURIER COMPANY SHOWS OUT FOR DELIVERY, ESCALATED ON NDR SHOWS RESOLVED BUT THEY DONT DELIVER IT.

              On 21st fake remarks were mentioned by courier team and after that everyday they playing games

              Ecom express customer support care executives always make fake promises to deliver tomorrow, and their tomorrow never comes.

              WORST COMPANY WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANY1 FOR ECOM EXPRESS IN MY LIFE

                    My order not delivered because of OTP issue. As delivery boy informed, OTP already sent to registered mobile number but i did not received. Please solve this issue as soon. Some times we are waiting for order for urgent cases but we cannot get because OTP missing. Please also use alternative way to send the OTP also to Email.

                      I am Jeganraj from Tamilnadu. I owned my menswear showroom showroom. I got shirt order from facebook market place. So I booked shipment on Ecomm Express through Shiprocket on 28.10.2021 AWB number is [protected] l, but till now they are not picked up my shipment. When I chat with customer service there is no proper response from their side. Every day they are saying today will pickup but no progress in my shipment. My customer asking every day about their order. This is mental torcher to me.Its shows negative impact on my business. If customer reject my order its loss to me. Ecomm express and Shiprocket customer service is very very very poor. For every message I need to wait for more than 5 minutes after they response they saying same anwer apologies and today will clear the concern. So please take immediate action and suggest pick my shipment as soon as possible.

                      Ecom Express always copy paste messages. They are not try solve the problem. Just answering like copy paste whatever complaints about them. Is this customer care service or any other. They taking 12 days for delivering shipment till now not delivered. Customer order for Deepavali celebration but I think they deliver for 2022 Deepavali. This is ridiculous.

                        I am having a pre-paid order AWB number [protected]. The product held at DC since 22nd October 2021 without any delivery attempt was made. As on 30th October the status shown as Shipment Un-delivered delivery attempt to be made. Even it was showing Out of delivery on 23rd October 2021 without any delivery attempt or contacted for delivery and shown as Un-delivered can't be delivered.
                        It's not the first time I'm facing such issues with ecom express.
                        deliverydont give any request to reshdule the delivery but the site shown delivery is reschdule as per customer request I feel this like earlier from this service So request to take neccessary steps to improve their service...

                          Company neither responding to my calls nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i havent recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further replies from them. I tried to contact to customer care service but it did not worked.

                              I had ordered products from purple app and I'm yet to receive it. My two packages shows scanned at ponani in the ecom tracker and it has been 2 days ever since that and nothing more. Amazon delivery people are far more responsible and ecom people doesn't even provide phone number. This is very irresponsible and disappointing. Make sure my 2 packages be delivered as soon as possible.

On October 27, I got a call from an executive from Abu Road which is not my pin code area, he said that your parcel has come, then I said that you send us to the tehsil where the address is, then he said it is fine, I will come. But till today no one of your officer came to deliver my parcel, delayed my parcel by 3 days and till date my parcel has not arrived while I have received all other orders, I would like to tell you that this is your poor service even after so much time They are not being shipped, the product has not even arrived in our area from above, till today the product should have come at least in our serviceable area.                                     The product was picked up by the courier boy who was from ecom express on 15th october and i also received a call from ecom express in which the was asking my address, where to pick up the product..the product i wanted to return was from meesho ...when i didn't get any update of my pickup and refund, , i contacted meesho customer care..they don't find about my pickup..please i request you to find the courier boy, who picked up my product and don't give any update..i don't know where is the product, but the boy picked up the product

                                      AWB xxx646872 dt 02.10.2021

                                      Shipment details:
                                      booked on 01.10.2021
                                      picked up on 02.10.2021
                                      reached delivery city on 04.10.2021
                                      but did not deliver and since 15.10.2021 you people are giving new expected delivery dates every day.
                                      On 27.10.2021 the package reached a city in Gujarat @ 06:44 hrs and since then it is lying there only.

                                      current city to delivery city is hardly 150 km. The vendor sent first on 02.10.2021 that you people might have misplaced and he arranged another dispatch that you people are holding with you since 06:44 hrs 27.10.2021.
