Company neither responding to my calls nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i havent recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further replies from them. I tried to contact to customer care service but it did not worked.
Please help me out so that i can get my order as soon as possible. Its urgent.

      I had ordered products from purple app and I'm yet to receive it. My two packages shows scanned at ponani in the ecom tracker and it has been 2 days ever since that and nothing more. Amazon delivery people are far more responsible and ecom people doesn't even provide phone number. This is very irresponsible and disappointing. Make sure my 2 packages be delivered as soon as possible.

        I am having a pre-paid order AWB number [protected]. The product held at DC since 22nd October 2021 without any delivery attempt was made. As on 30th October the status shown as Shipment Un-delivered delivery attempt to be made. Even it was showing Out of delivery on 23rd October 2021 without any delivery attempt or contacted for delivery and shown as Un-delivered can't be delivered.
        It's not the first time I'm facing such issues with ecom express delivery and my delivery was returned to seller. But, this time I'm not going to loose it by any extent. So, try to deliver the order asap.

On October 27, I got a call from an executive from Abu Road which is not my pin code area, he said that your parcel has come, then I said that you send us to the tehsil where the address is, then he said it is fine, I will come. But till today no one of your officer came to deliver my parcel, delayed my parcel by 3 days and till date my parcel has not arrived while I have received all other orders, I would like to tell you that this is your poor service even after so much time They are not being shipped, the product has not even arrived in our area from above, till today the product should have come at least in our serviceable area. Will be requested to send me my parcel tomorrow, otherwise keep it with you, we do not want such wasteful and rubbish service. Tomorrow please contact me once on this mobile number [protected].

            The product was picked up by the courier boy who was from ecom express on 15th october and i also received a call from ecom express in which the was asking my address, where to pick up the product..the product i wanted to return was from meesho ...when i didn't get any update of my pickup and refund, , i contacted meesho customer care..they don't find about my pickup..please i request you to find the courier boy, who picked up my product and don't give any update..i don't know where is the product, but the boy picked up the product

              AWB xxx646872 dt 02.10.2021

              Shipment details:
              booked on 01.10.2021
              picked up on 02.10.2021
              reached delivery city on 04.10.2021
              but did not deliver and since 15.10.2021 you people are giving new expected delivery dates every day.
              On 27.10.2021 the package reached a city in Gujarat @ 06:44 hrs and since then it is lying there only.

              current city to delivery city is hardly 150 km. The vendor sent first on 02.10.2021 that you people might have misplaced and he arranged another dispatch that you people are holding with you since 06:44 hrs 27.10.2021.

                    My parcel was packed on 18th October and it has been more than 10 days but it was never send out. It always shows pickup failed and now it only shows parcel packed. It has been so long. Do something about it...it is from mumbai and it's destination is churachandpur.

                      This is Jothibasu from Erode, Tamilnadu. On 8th October 2021, I made transaction in the jio mart, my money has been debited from my account but transaction failed. Still now I didn't receive any amount from the ecom express.

                        Dear team,
                        I ordered and item pick up from the seller 6th oct 2021, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 14th oct 2021. 16Th oct at 5.33pm delivery boy call and say today is not possible to delivery due some reason and i agreed with him.After that there was no phn call and no contact. 27Th oct, mailed them regarding my issue. After that day on 28th oct again one call came but this time they never say any word just put the call on hold and the time duration was more than 1 mint. Same thing happend again same dy.
                        After that on 29th oct 2021 now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.
                        I need my ordered product as soon as possible.

                          I ordered phone from Amazon and they provided a 10 digit ecom express tracking I'd but when I tried to trace my product on ecom express's site, it shows invalid AWB.
                          Clearly there is something fishy.

                                Every time when I order something on flipkart, it delivers through Ecom Express. Delivery boys of it, do not come to door step and ask us to go to end of our town which is more feasible for them to return back from that location. Its not feasible for me to do so. Simply why we order online, because we do not need to go out to buy it. when we ask them to deliver at home they deny and deliver the prepaid parcels on anyshop in my town.
                                This is rediculous.

                                  I got out for delivery package sms at 21 oct morning. I called delivery agent and request him to deliver it as soon as possible..then he said he has product and deliver it today(21oct)...but after that he didn't call me back or nor he delivered product until i call him back then he told that he did not have my product..and then ask Me for delivering it on next day..i said ok to it..but after sometime he send me below sms...

                                    I have ordered a product on 12 October 2021 and till now since 18th oct there is not a single update that where my product is it’s prepaid and whenever I called CUSTOMER care they only said to wait wait and wait and now today on 28th October 2021 it showed it will be delivered but no I did not received a single notification or a message from ECOM regarding its delivery

                                    This is the worst delivery service.. I ve been ordering online always I receive my orders and package very easy from other couriers.. But here they didn't even cal me when my package was out for delivery.. they also returned my package without attempting a single time..

                                      Your service is soo poor! I'm trying to return my product from myntra. (It's been 7 days). Your courier boy didn't call me first and i got a message that my pic up has been failed!! And then I tried many times but no response and just a message of not picking up my package! Then one day a boy from ecom called me and said he was on his way for pick up but he didn't come. Then I tried to contact ecom's customer care number but failed. Then I found a number of their and called them many times. Every time they are saying that today we will pick up your package and ending up with an stupid excuse for not coming over here.
