Very poor notification service. No notification was received before arrival of my shipment hence i was out of reach. The service provider thereon kept redirecting the shipment date and ultimately returned the item to the seller stating in the status that: CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT ORDER. What? On the first place the order never came to me and on the second place, how they can put up a unjustified explanation to their fault o[censored]ndelivered...

I haven't received my parcel yet its been more than one month, I had booked 24th Sept it supposed to be delivered 1 oct still I haven't received it. Will I get or not my parcel ....

Parcel booked by my son in law from USA to Trichy Srirangam still this date it is running but not received. My son in law booked prepaid delivery. But it was not delivered still now. It is rounding from October 5 to till date.

I have raised return request for the product, the Ecom express delivery person picked product from me and he did not updated the status that he picked up the product. it has been 5 days that they took product from me. I called the superviser they are telling delivery person is on leave I cant update without him every day. from yesterday Iam calling him to update the status on that product they are not even lifting my call. very bad service...
