My complain against your pickup excutive Mr.Kamlesh Kumar form Azamgarh.As per the company norms the pickup of product that's only cellphone not any other accessories.I already told him to not pick up any accessories of the cellphone instead he takes the battery of cellphone at the time of pick up. When my cellphone relaced at the time of delivery, I didn't get the battery with the cellphone.So kindly concern the urges and do the needful to provide me with the battery and also please trained your employees as regarding norms of your company therefore suggest them to listen what customer says...

      I have received a parcel from Ecom Express last Sunday and since I was waiting for a product delivery from meesho i gave Rs. 598 to the delivery boy and received the parcel and soon after receiving I had found that it was from a fraudulent dealer and the dress was damaged and torned compleately I just contacted the delivery guy bt he already marked it as delivered and I lost my money for no reason and I got the actual product delivery from meesho on the very next day that is why I'm framing this complaint for your attention please do enquire the same and make necessary arrangements for sending my money back through the same channel.

            My parcel delivery date was of 21st october 2021
            And since then each n every day I called and message these delivery executives to deliver my order and they delayed it for 1 week
            And after 1 week one day they said
            That they have returned the parcel because I didn't recieved it

              I created two shipments via Shiprocket on October 18th. Ine to be delivered in Bangalore and the other in Mumbaj. Both have been picked but the status still shows as being scanned in Gurgaon. It's going to be 10 days now and no progress.

                My parcel from Ajio has reached jamshedpur on 16th of october..But I was not given the delivery..I have been continuously following up with them and daily I was given a false commitment that my delivery will be done the next day..It's been 10 day..I have daily visited their office..They say that my parcel is untraceable..It's with them only..iT WAS A PREPAID PARCEL..I will not take money in place of products..As I have ordered the item on sale..I have also paid for the product..Now pls look into the matter..I will be forced to file a complaint in consumer court

                  I ordered a product from flipkart and the delivery date was 18th oct. I could see the product had reached my nearest delivery point on 8th oct. But i received two msgs on 2 days saying that my delivery address was unlocatable and got a miss call from a spam no. As the last date was the 18th of oct, i waited. As my friend had a similar experience earlier with ecom express where his product was returned, i decided to go to the delivery point. On the 18th i went to the delivery point at mankav, calicut. There the staff was reluctant to deliver my product. They were not even looking at me and i waited there for 5-10 min . When i asked if my location was untraceable, i understood that they knew my address, they were very familiar with the address and it was hardly 500 mts from delivery point. When i enquired abt the delay in delivery, they told me that the product was with them and they didn't make any attempt to deliver the product, rather they were skipping each day to deliver other backlog deliveries. (i got msg on two days that the delivery agent attempted for delivery and was unlocatable) there itself anyone could understand that the staff was not promptly servicing. The staff were so arrogant and did not even give a positive sign of servicing their customer. I could also find another customer arguing with the staff with a similar complaint. After speaking much of a time they send me saying that they will deliver the product on that day itself. But they didn't. And after two days i got a message that the product was returned.
                  The product was a returned solely because of their inability to service. I demand to repair the loss that happened to me and the humiliation caused to me by the disrespectful behaviour of the front desk staff. I pity for the service you are providing. And i don't recommend anybody to take the services of ecom express.

                    I have ordered an item on 8th of October through Meesho portal and item was reached my location on 9th of October . But till date (26th of October), my order is not delivered.. On tracking, it was showing "Out for delivery, Cannot be delivered" since then and delivery date is keeping on updated till 21st of October .After that no update on delivery date or any thing. I contacted Meesho customer care and I have been told it would be delivered on 22nd of October but noo.. We directly went to ECom Express service center (24 kms far away) from my place, but we have been said that to go to Ecom Service center which is nearer to our location . It seems it was newly started Courier service center.. We went Yesterday, and they didnt have clue on where the item was and they are looking for the item and we have been told it would be delivered by morning 26th of October. But when we called them for update and they are still searching for the item and we have been told it would be reached by evening of 26th of October.. But we didnt receive the item yet. And when we called again for the update at 7PM on the same day, we were told "All Delivery boys left, it would be delivered by tomorrow morning". I wanted to gift the item to one of my friends who came to India from US and she will be leaving in couple of days.. So, I have to courier the item to her location (Vellore) again once I receive the item.. Because of this Pathetic and Worst Courier service, She may return to US by the time I send the gifts... Clearly I explained these things to the Ecom Express Service center guys, but still no progress... It has been almost 20 days to get the item from the place which is just 1km far away from my home but still "NO". I'm really very disappointed with the service ..WORST .WORST.AWFUL.

                                  Hi my name is ajay lama. today 25/10/21 i received a call from the delivery boy of ecom express near dmart bommasandra, bangalore. all my details were put correctly along with the adress.i was so planned done fraud by ecom express. i was given fake product by this courier service and scamed an amount of rs_1249/- before deliverying the item the call was connecting with the delivery boy but once i paid the money his call became not reachable. ecom express please take back your ### waste item and return back my money..

                                    I have opened a bank account on NiyoX bank(Partnered with Equitas). And I have scheduled for full KYC on 18th August 2021. KYC partner is ECOM Express. On the 18th the ECOM Express called me and said that he will not come on that he will come on the next day. And again on 19th August, he had done the same thing. He is doing this every day since the 30th of August, 2021. Today is 25th October, today also I scheduled KYC but no agent did not come even no one called me. So, now I am very much frustrated.                                     They didn't provide any AWB or tracking I'd for the same. It's just the NiyoX bank(Partnered with Equitas) partnered with Ecom for their Full KYC process. And you guys didn't come to my location. I am scheduling since 2 months. But no one came from your side.

                                      Delivery Agent of Ecom Express Courier, Avinash Mahatre Mob number [protected] didn't deliver my parcel (Consignment number [protected]) on 23 Oct 21. Delivery Agent sent the parcel back to Wardha. In place of coming to my address Delivery Agent Avinash Mahatre went to Koradi and he told me on phone to collect the parcel from Koradi. I am still waiting for my parcel. When I told Delivery Agent Avinash Mahatre that I would complain against him if he doesn't deliver my parcel then he told that he didn't bother for any complaint against him. It was very shocking reply to me. I am waiting for my parcel having medicine for myself and my wife and Delivery Agent didn't bother whether we fall sick without medicine. I don't know how such heartless, careless and negligent Delivery Agent are not removed from job by Ecom Express Courier. Is Ecom Express not having any care for its esteemed Customers ?

                                      Ecom express not delivered my orders since 20 days onwards I am contacted Ecom customer care lot of times They said we are rasing complaint ur orders will be delivered soon but still today it's not delivered yet my orders still at Ecom delivery center still I am waiting from my orders delivery even I am contacted Ecom hub at my home town directly with AWB numbers careless nd negligence staff no value for customers they denined to handover my orders to me still I am waiting for my orders delivery
