Picked my parcel, but not in update and no response

Good morning sir, I have booked a kiaaron saree from meesho. Which was delivered to me on 13th October.On same day I placed a return pick up. Because of product quality. Ecom express courier partner has collected the product on 14 th October, But not updated as picked up.     I order redmi "Mi Earphones Basic (with in-built mic) Blue" on 14th Oct 2021. My order tracking id is [protected] and my order expected delivery date is 20th Oct 2021. On 24th Oct sent me a message undelivered as you were not available (I was available and no call from delivery person). I don't understand why my order is delayed? Here flipkart and amazon services are far better than ecom express courier service. Please contact to ecom courier center

    @Ecom Express Customer Care second time this happened that no one call at the time of delivery and got message that "Undelivered" finally initiated request for full refund. Third class service and i am strongly not satisfied or never recommend to anyone in future. please improve

      I placed an order from meesho app and it's been appx. 25 days. The tracking link of ecom express looks totally fake. They show that order is out for delivery and by the evening the status is updated as undelivered. And this is not the story of only one time, this thing has happened 5-6 times for the same order. They don't have even a person to take complaints or queries of customer about their order . The worst customer care service I ever recieved from anyone. I called so many times and posted so many queries but I got no response from them. I want answer and my order now as soon as possible . This is unbearable behaviour of yours. I am not going to order anymore with this much disappointing service.

                          On 28th Oct I ordered a product but till now I have not received my order and now it's close to one month . On 14th Oct there was a single delivery attempt but unfortunately I was not home so I told to reattempt delivery on 16th Oct . Now it has been more than a week that I have not received my parcel . The delivery boy didn't even contacted me nor tried to deliver my parcel . Now the tracking status shows RTO Initiated ... Wtf a month waiting for my parcel and now it's being returned to origin ?!?! I want my parcel anyhow and should not return back . Atleast you should try to deliver 3 attempts but that also didn't happen . Worst service ever . I am really disappointed . If this ecomexpress really have any kind of responsibility towards the customers then deliver my product by today or tomorrow anyhow and should not return back .

                              Worst courier service. You can see from the tracking the package have received the mother station on 13th and 16th it's shown as out for delivery. on 16th they called me and said that we are not delivering today and will deliver whenever they came this route. All other services except Ecom have given good service till date. It's the worst service and while reading their reviews I have seen it happen to many customers. Now it's showing RTO

                                  Since i am unable to activate my UAN in EPFO portal due to mismatch in Name and Date of Birth.

                                    I ordered products from smytten..4 of the products were delivered on 20.10.2021. 1Product ([protected]) was to be delivered on 21.10.2021 bt i received a msg that i refused to accept the product.. bt i didnt even receive any call or msg from the alloted delivery person. I notified tat i didnt refuse the product. I got msg tat delivery has been planned t other day.. bt still didnt get any call from their alloted employee. The shipment has not yet delivered and nw it shows as OFD locked. How is it right to state that i refused the product when t employee has not even contacted me. Kindly resolve the issue and deliver the product as soon as possible.

                                      On 7/10/2021 I ordered a shirt. The estimated delivery date was 18/ 10 . On 12/ 10 delivery boy called me but I was unable to take a call. After that I asked for reschedule delivery. But after that no one called me from ecom express . They are showing wrong status that customer refused to accept the delivery and they are but the truth is that no one called me . I used to get message from ecom express that u will get ur delivery today and I kept waiting but no one called me. When I used to call them for filing a complaint they are saying that all our executives are busy. This is so unsatisfactory. Service is not good at all. And today in order status it is showing that RTO lock Shipment. Plz do the needful and deliver the order as soon as possible
