I had purchased some products worth 3000₹ from shopper_goods_store_001 Instagram account.
I had given them my information so they delivered the products via ecomexpress delivery services.I gave the money to the delivery boy and opened my product, but the product was old used saree(fake)., so I requested the delivery boy to take the product back, but he refused and ran away.The day after I called the customer service of ecomexpress delivery services but they didn't give me any information about the pick up centre nor anything related to the delivery boy.
Hence, I am filling a complaint against them, I hope you'll help me in this regard asap.
