It's a matter of disguise that companies like ECOM Express have come under the evil shadow o[censored]nethical work culture. I believe the foundation of a courier company is the trust between the customer and the delivery executive but I was wrong.
I, Subrata Guria was waiting for a parcel since 14th October 2021( Order No : [protected], AWB NO: [protected] ). After so much delay or laziness, I got a call from a delivery executive on 20th October and he confirmed to me that he is coming to deliver that package within 5 minutes. So I started waiting beside the main door but after one and half hours when I called the same person he didn't pick up, and in the evening I got one SMS that my package is undelivered because " Customer not available".
Now I don't know what should I say. Surely I will get my money back as ECOM express manifested an RTO request. But what about time, expectation, and trust?
