      I have ordered a product from amazon on 4th october.It was shipped by Ecom express.The product has not delivered yet.It almost taking one month to deliver.Product has arrived in Guwahati on 13th october but i have not seen any move from the last location Guwahati.What is the problem behind this matter? I am very upset with Ecom Express delivery service.Why the product still not delivered to my location(Morigaon).Kindly Solve the issue.

        I have order one product in meesho and it has come but the product was damaged so I have exchanged it and it has shipped by the company of ecom express but still now I didn't receive the product in my hand I have many time called customer care but they didn't took the call they didn't respond itself I am gave money too now I am struggling to get my money when I am tracked it is telling undeliverable and unlocatable very worst ecom express very bad in meesho experience

            I have ordered 2 products and they are going to be delivered through ecom express. I am waiting for a long time and I got no response from them. I have called multiple times and they reply the same always i.e. to wait for sometime... The expected time of order already passed and i want my order urgently but the company isn't providing services as expected. I hope my complaint helps me to get my delivery soon.

                It's a matter of disguise that companies like ECOM Express have come under the evil shadow o[censored]nethical work culture. I believe the foundation of a courier company is the trust between the customer and the delivery executive but I was wrong.

                I, Subrata Guria was waiting for a parcel since 14th October 2021( Order No : [protected], AWB NO: [protected] ). After so much delay or laziness, I got a call from a delivery executive on 20th October and he confirmed to me that he is coming to deliver that package within 5 minutes. So I started waiting beside the main door but after one and half hours when I called the same person he didn't pick up, and in the evening I got one SMS that my package is undelivered because " Customer not available".

                Now I don't know what should I say. Surely I will get my money back as ECOM express manifested an RTO request. But what about time, expectation, and trust?

                Kindly answer if you have any.

I have called there more than 3 times and they reply the same always i.e. to wait for more 2 days...                     I ordered a product and they shipped the product by ecom express.
                    My tracking number is [protected]
                    When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery...
                    I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery...
                    I didn't even got any call or any prior information... Then how could i tell them for future delivery...
                    I contacted their helping number for clarification.. Without clarifying the issue he was being rude...
                    Trust me this is the worst thing and the worst one I have ever seen

                      My order was to be delivered by ecom express, the worst delivery service provider. I wish i had a choice to choose from whom i want to receive my order. They themselves don’t deliver the product and later write the wrong reason. Seriously? My AWB number[[protected]] came out for delivery but never reached me. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery person. It's been a long time I have ordered the product from Khadims but haven't received. But it’s showing RTO lock. And now Shipment RTO lock. What is this?

                          The subject order was sent by the seller vide Air Way Bill:[protected] on 11.10.21 from Kolkotta and as per tracking infotmation it reached the destination Office of Ecom Express at 6.20 am on 16.10.2021. On 16.10.21 I received an SMS on my registered mobile ([protected]) informing that Ecom Express Executive ([protected] PIN 99418) will deliver my Kartrocket pre-paid shipment [protected] today also informing the share code. The same day I received a call from +[protected] at 2.19pm enquiring the address details and informed the courier parcel will be delivered on that day. At 7.26pm I received another sms saying that they are unable to deliver the order on that day and will try to deliver on 17.10.21(Monday) But till date I have not received the courrier parcel. When I tried everal times till now, to contact the courrier EE Executive I am only getting a message that I am not calling from a Registered mobile. Yesterday (20.10.21) when I contacted The Ecom Express customer Sevice Section they appologised for the undue delay the assured they will deliver the parcel before 8pm yesterday. Nothing has happened so far and now.

                            I had placed an order through oswaal books of tracking id-[protected], and they had shipped it through ecom express on 29th of september, 9 th of oct it was out for delivery but when i called delivery boy he said that due to technical issue we are unable to then i waited for few days and finally raised a compain in ecom express customer service, they said that it would be deliverd by 18th of oct but it got rto lock wow excellent service ecom . Sell your company you should have same on yourselves.

                              My nykaa order Awb [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 18 but no attempts was made to deliver it. I later get notifications that my order has been undelivered because I wasn't available. I asked for delivery on 19 but they haven't delivered it yet (21.10.21). When I called on the number given on the site, the call was declined from their point. I need the parcel urgently, please look into the matter.

                                    Very poor notification service. No notification was received before arrival of my shipment hence i was out of reach. The service provider thereon kept redirecting the shipment date and ultimately returned the item to the seller stating in the status that: CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT ORDER. What? On the first place the order never came to me and on the second place, how they can put up a unjustified explanation to their fault o[censored]ndelivered item?
                                    Very poor service, i need my money back(pre paid order). This is unacceptable, ECOM EXPRESS is a disgusting and worst service provider ever.
