The subject order was sent by the seller vide Air Way Bill:[protected] on 11.10.21 from Kolkotta and as per tracking infotmation it reached the destination Office of Ecom Express at 6.20 am on 16.10.2021. On 16.10.21 I received an SMS on my registered mobile ([protected]) informing that Ecom Express Executive ([protected] PIN 99418) will deliver my Kartrocket pre-paid shipment [protected] today also informing the share code. The same day I received a call from +[protected] at 2.19pm enquiring the address details and informed the courier parcel will be delivered on that day. At 7.26pm I received another sms saying that they are unable to deliver the order on that day and will try to deliver on 17.10.21(Monday) But till date I have not received the courrier parcel. When I tried everal times till now, to contact the courrier EE Executive I am only getting a message that I am not calling from a Registered mobile. Yesterday (20.10.21) when I contacted The Ecom Express customer Sevice Section they appologised for the undue delay the assured they will deliver the parcel before 8pm yesterday. Nothing has happened so far and now.

    I had placed an order through oswaal books of tracking id-[protected], and they had shipped it through ecom express on 29th of september, 9 th of oct it was out for delivery but when i called delivery boy he said that due to technical issue we are unable to then i waited for few days and finally raised a compain in ecom express customer service, they said that it would be deliverd by 18th of oct but it got rto lock wow excellent service ecom . Sell your company you should have same on yourselves.

      My nykaa order Awb [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 18 but no attempts was made to deliver it. I later get notifications that my order has been undelivered because I wasn't available. I asked for delivery on 19 but they haven't delivered it yet (21.10.21). When I called on the number given on the site, the call was declined from their point. I need the parcel urgently, please look into the matter.

          I am a seller and I unfortunately chose ecom express as my delivery partner, it's been almost a month now and my product didn't reach the customer nor did it come back to me! The delivery was never attempted! It's currently in RTO lock! I want my product back!!! My AWB number is [protected]. I want it delivered back to me or I'll move forward to the consumer court!

            Very poor notification service. No notification was received before arrival of my shipment hence i was out of reach. The service provider thereon kept redirecting the shipment date and ultimately returned the item to the seller stating in the status that: CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT ORDER. What? On the first place the order never came to me and on the second place, how they can put up a unjustified explanation to their fault o[censored]ndelivered item?
            Very poor service, i need my money back(pre paid order). This is unacceptable, ECOM EXPRESS is a disgusting and worst service provider ever.

                  Shipment was not delivered to me, i have received only one time call from delivery agent, unable to pick the call due to i was in other call at the same time.

                  Later i have tried multiple times for calling the same and no use.
                  I have raised request with Ecom customer care for delivery and i got Podili Ecom office number and informed them to please deliver the same.

                  They have tried only one time and updated two fake attempts in system and updated as Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer refused to accept.

                  Please deliver my product with me or confirm its available in Delivery center in Podili, i will come and collect.
                  But no response and support so far and not received product, eve estimated delivery was 16th October 2021.

                        I had initiated a product return through ecom express and they haven't taken it back even after 10 days. I tried calling there customer care but I should say they have the worst people recruited there. They are not even helping me properly and just say they'll raise a complaint about it. I checked the return status online and it is marked as the return not completed multiple times. The irony here is that they haven't even called me once to schedule the return in these last 10 days

                          I have placed an ordered on Nykaa on 13th Oct. It was out showing out for delivery on 16th Oct at 10:30 am. At 8:30 their delivery executive called me to say that he can not deliver the product today as it is late and will positively deliver the product on 17th Oct. For 3 days there were no sign of delivery, they never contacted me and on 20th Oct the status is "OFD LOCK MAX ATTEMPT UD OFD LOCK MAX ATTEMPT UD". I have tried to call their office, email them, but I got no response. Ecom express is the worst service provider. Their customer case number is also non-functional. There is no way to contact them.
                          My AWB # is [protected]. Please deliver the product as soon as possible.

                          It was out for delivery today at 12:37 pm. I was at home for the whole day, no one from Ecom express contacted me, but the reason for not delivering is given as "UNDELIVERED Shipment attempted - Residence/Office closed"! Why do Ecom express keep on lying about the reason of non-delivery? Deliver my order at the earliest.

                            My pickup is done but status not updated

                            16 Oct delivery boy pickup my return parcel and I got message your pickup successful, but on 16 Oct evening time another delivery boy come and said mam parcel return tha, I said mai de chuki hu, then continuosly 3 days delivery boy come and said mam parcel return tha, so I don't know where is parcel? What happened?? Kyu update nhi kiya hai?? Please check where is my parcel...

It was supposed to be delivered by their executive vinod shinde but he made no delivery attempt and now its showing delivery was attempted but its undelivered.                                 I have ordered some stuff from ajio a few weeks back and delievery was by ecom express.They didnt contact me and i got an email that they will reschdule the delievery two more times.but what this company has done is they didnt contact me on further days and send me messages saying that they have attempted for delievery.and after that two days before too, i ordered a product which was delievering by the same company.i asked them to reschedule for next day and they agreed too.but it was same as the previous experience, they are sending messages saying that they have attempted without attempting it.its a pretty shamefu act.why do they do this if they cant follow the rules.
