Item is supposed to have been delivered by 9th October. But till 13th October, there has been no delivery. The status days OFD lock applied. Unable to even reach the customer care.
Take action to immediately deliver the item.

These people changed my parcel

I placed a order on Myntra and my order was about to deliver on 12th October through Ecom Express but i received a message from Ecom Express on 10th of October that your order has been placed
I have not received any product and also no delivery boy called me to deliver the order
I am not getting any proper response from the exom express customer care
Whenever i am calling they are saying that your complain has been taken...

I placed order on oswaal books according to website my order should have been delivered on toth of october but its 12th october and i havent recived my order yet (tracking id: [protected])...

Still no response.. Approximately 10th time i will complaint..
This is big fraud service..
I can order quality gents shirts.. But received ladies waste material.. I need my product/money.....

Dear All, I have booked one product from flipkart and its arrived to Bailhongal on saturday, same day evening I recieved call from ecom Express but I was un available and told him to deliver my neighbor then he told and I shared him OTP also .
Now he still not delivered since 3days .
He didnt respond the call .
I will also escalate it in Twitter and flipkart
Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

I had urgently ordered some books for my upcoming examination. The shipment began on 4th October and had a fairly swift progress, until it was 9th October; when it reached the hub. For the past 4 days, there has been no update whatsoever regarding the product and it is still stuck on the 'In Transit' status. I urgently need the product and I really hope that Ecom Express provides me assistance regarding the status of my package....

This is the message i received from them, but they didn't called me
When i track my order it shows 'Delivery attempted" but they were literally lying..i want strict action against these frauds.....

I have take a another product I want to refund my money immediately...

I had 3 parcel that were scheduled for delivery on 8th october 2021
The delivery person never called me or came to my place. Still the status in the tracking site for the courier was delivery attempted but residential premise was closed.
I tried contacting the warehouse but the given numbers are invalid and the costumer contact took me 13 attempts to get connected but the executive didn’t resolve my problem

But it hasn't arrived yet.

My AWB no. [protected]. Delivery boy called me due to network issue I can't communicate with him. Then he updated my address is wrong. He can call me twice but he don't. Very bad manner this is. our parcels is important to us they have none of any right to do this. disgusting....

My package Awb number:[protected] has reached the delivery Hub ooty on 6th of October but they haven't delivered it still.. There is no proper phone number to contact them as well. Kimdly ask them to deliver it ASAP....

Ecom express hoskote executive Mr. Uday kumar has to deliver the product to Mr. Dileep Kumar N. But he didn't meet him and also product not delivered in the mentioned address also. Delivered message received without a pin confirmation from customer.
