      My package is undelivered to customer
      Delivery is delayed by 8 days
      I have been calling customer service daily sice 8 days to get no good solution
      They say they will deliver within 24 hrs for past 8 days
      But the tracking status is undelivered
      Customer care is of no use I am not sure where my package is .

        I've ordered t-shirt from meesho app and courier was ecom express with AWB no [protected] and order no [protected]_1_cpk
        On[protected] it was showing out for delivery but at 15:20 same day shows undelivered as customer refused to accept.
        But I didn't get any call from delivery boy so how can I refuse to accept.
        I need my order to be delivered.
        Please ecom express deliver my order.

          I have ordered my product on 5th October and it was undelivered because I couldn't answer the delivery call as I my phone was on silent. Later I changed my delivery date to next day but it wasn't delivered so I called customer care they again changed the delivery date to 15 and again it was not delivered then again I called and they changed the delivery date to today. But when I track my order, it's showing as shipment RTO. I really don't know how more long should I wait. The main problem is I already paid for it, so im more concerned. I either want my product or my money. Please help!

              Hi Team,

              I need to report a concern related to rude and arrogant behaviour of Delivery boy. I received my parcel today Shipment number - [protected].

              My Mother dropped a bag from first floor which was connected to a rope, so that the delivery boy can put the parcel in the bag. He rudely spoke to my mother and was saying that you are supposed to come down and pick the parcel. My mother was cooking and I was in a office conference call and hence dropped the bag to save time.

              I asked the delivery boy what is his concern in taking few steps and putting the parcel in bag, he started abusing me and was very much arrogant.

                I recd a sms stating " YOUR POCKET COMMERCE ORDER AWB [protected] WAS UNDELIVERED AS I REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT"

                This is absolute false and your delivery person never called to deliver.
                Do ask him to call me and deliver it on Monday after 12.30 pm.

                  The product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery...
                  I was waiting from 4 days but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery...
                  I didn't even got any call or any prior information... Then how could i tell them for future delivery...
                  They are not even responding to my calls

                      I had ordered a camera style coffee mug from Cennet enterprise on meesho on 11th October. I paid online ₹160 for it through google pay. The estimated delivery time is 25th October. But I got the delivery today. It was a soap dispenser instead of the coffee mug. There was no packing. I received a wrong & tampered product which was totally different than what I had ordered. The status in meesho is still showing it is being shipped & yet to be delivered. I want my refund back ASAP. I have sufficient proofs to show everything needed. I just want my money back ASAP. Help.

                          The shipment no[protected] is not delivered has put a status OFD lock in the tracking page . The delivery never called us or reach us he is doing fraud, the delivery location area is also not a Covid 19 area. All fraud is being done by the delivery guy. I need the parcel to get delivered by today.

                                I ordered a keychain from mango people shop website and it was supposed to arrive on 13th and it still has not been delivered despite being 5 days after. The customer service says that the product has been rto locked and now I have to personally contact the seller. The service is very bad and I wish I could choose another shipment service but sadly the sellers chose this. It was a gift for a relative and now it’s too late and I hope to receive it anytime soon.This is very dissapointing…

                                Yes the shipment is still undelivered and I was told by the customer support to coordinate again with the seller due to an RTO lock ???? I was not contacted by any delivery person and I have yet to receive the product…

                                  The product came ahead of time and I wasn't in house so I wasn't able to receive it. I thought I can get it next day when they try to re-deliver it but I still haven't received any message from the ecom service and when I try to track my order [protected] it's in undelivered status. I'm also unable to contact the person for the delivery of the order.
