The product came ahead of time and I wasn't in house so I wasn't able to receive it. I thought I can get it next day when they try to re-deliver it but I still haven't received any message from the ecom service and when I try to track my order [protected] it's in undelivered status. I'm also unable to contact the person for the delivery of the order.

    I have placed order on Flipkart. Which as to be delivered by 12 th Oct 2021
    But there was no any attempt, when I contacted the hub they told that it has been off lock and it is returning to the address

      Sry to say that but not working properly. It take to much time. I order on 25 sep but yet not received. When I called customer care they told me order you eill recived but when. I order was in only lock and unlock process. Please check and confirm. And give me my order.

        I have not received my order . As it says under shipping policy order will be delivered in 6-7 days . And it's been 10+days and I have not received yet.           The delivery agent is not delivering my product order number [protected], instead mentioning remarks that undelivered it's been 3 days now.

          I am getting agent's number in message on which I continuously trying many times in past 3 Days but either he is disconnecting my calls or putting the same on hold an in conference.

          He is never replying me.

            I ordered on Amazon one product, it is not delivered during the given time. They said it may be late due to unavoidable circumstances and other reasons, I track the order in ecom express it is near to my village 10 km it stopped since 2 days.

              My adress is bluedart express ltd . Which is very famous courier in kurukshetra . You delivery boy daily attempts my courier but not delivering may be he doing intentionally because I am working in other compatition courier company so pls do needful . He didn't try to call on me . I am very upset of this type of service

                Delivery guides from malshiras ecom not delivering product, they just send out of delivery messages and evening that, undeliverable bcz you are available which is wrong, they didn’t even came to deliver product

                  Very sad to say that it was worst delivery company ever i seen . My product from flipkart reached at the nearest hub on 9/10/2021 and the exact delivery date was 12/10/2021 still now 16/10/2021 i don't get my product .They were so irresponsible and not attending phone calls .It was very irritating i have already registered an complaint in flipkart . I want immediate action against this if the product not deliver today i don't buy that . Such an irresponsible company and staff ever seen

                    I want to know what are you doing guys first of all my product is shipped on 11 it usually takes 2 to 3 days to deliver but there is no status update till 14 october after that it has been in anantnag which means its dislocated from the actual root as my delivery pincode is in jammu.After that it took 3 day to send my product from anantnag to sringar which just took 2hours by road .NOW DELIVERY DATE IS OVER YOU GUYS ARE FOOLING THE CUSTOMER TAKE ACTION AND DELIVER MY PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND DO NOT EVEN DARE TO CANCEL MY PRODUCT OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO FACE VAROIUS CONSEQUENCES.MY AWB NUMBER IS [protected].

                          I've ordered my product on 6th Oct and the product was to be delivered by 10th of October 2021 it has not been delivered till today .ie. 15of October 2021 .
                          Very poor service . Cannot trust on it because my product can be tampered .And what is the guarantee .

                            The product was marked as delivered on 12th Oct 2021 but no product was delivered to me. We have been calling Ecom Express everyday and till now there has been solution from them, status of package is still "Delivered" on the Ecom portal but we have not received any product even after 3 days.

                            Ecom express is not ready to do anything and now my thousands of rupees are stuck or lost.

                            Delivery agent was able to update status to "Delivered" without any further authentication which means they can simply steal the product or replace the items.

                              Ecom delivery peoples are not delivering the product, they are sending wrong pin as message, but not delivering and giving missed to call to my no and making wrong propaganda that I was not responded. Instead coming to my place and collecting the personal phone no. And blocking my mobile no in their customer care portal where I not to contact them. May be this group is pinamies network who is torturing me for many years.

                                My order [protected] got shipped at 7 October 2021. The current status is at Guwahati, Assam. It's showing ready for pickup but no one is picking up the parcel and it's getting delayed daily and postponed to the next day. It's taking too much time. Do something. I ordered the item during sale. So i won't get the same at the price. You will be responsible for it.

                                        With due respect i would like to inform you that i have ordered an product which was shipped through courier ecom express having tracking id [protected] which was not deliverd yet. Though they were showing that they were tried to deliver the parcel on 11/10/21 but failed due to wrong address.But actually delivery boy called me and told to come forward to collect my parcel but i denied. After that they never tried to deliver the parcel.
                                        So it is my humble request plz do the needful so that they deliver the prepaid parcel as soon as possible. Thanking you.
