    I have ordered a iphone and it is shipped on 11th October .Together with it have ordered screen guard, charger and some other stuff which is also shipped on 11th october through same courier ecom express and all were from same location gurgaon.Today its 13th October, i have recieved all the product except my iphone of awb number [protected] .I am sure definately the ecom service people were planning to cheat on me by taking mobile from box and putting something else
    Please help me out my awb number of ecom express is mentioned above twice.

    Sir now my package ha lost the route.My delivery location is in Jammu city but its went to kasmir Anantnag and there is no status update since 2 days. Also i am your regular service consumer always product is taken to my nearest hub in jammu but this time its different its i phone sir.Please help

      Dear sir,
      I ordered books from OSwaal for my Children on 14th September 2021 and i was supposed to receive it by 19th September 2021 by Ecom express courier service. It was urgent as my children's board exams was to start on 22 September. Almost for 1 month it was showing transit status and then on 12th September, I received a message saying your order is arriving today. I was eagerly waiting for the person, then suddenly i received a message that your parcel is undelivered, could not reach the person etc. I didn't get any call from anybody, how can they write like this after making me wait for so long time and today morning it’s showing RTO lock. Ecom expresses contradictory to its name express, the worst delivery service. I need my ordered product and compensation also as these books are not completly helpful as term I exams are over for my children.

          Hello sir,

          This is regarding Ecom Express service at our area (Chepurupalli) branch. They never deliver in a proper way and they don't try to deliver the product. Most of the times the product gets cancelled by them by saying customer not responding.

          Ex.. Today's case they didn't even called me to deliver but I got the message saying customer not reachable.

          We are experiencing such a pathetic service and such a worst service which we have never seen anywhere.
          I would request you to take an action on the same.

            There is a parcel from a shopping app which was out for delivery since 5th october but is not delivered till date.

            The delivery person updated the status to undelivered with a wrong reson saying that consignee requested for future delivery.

              Ur delivery boy has collected the amount 415/- from the customer . As it was prepaid order. Im in bangalore i ordered a dress from meesho on 4th january 21 to my friend as a surprise birthday gift my friend lives in Gabbur Raichur district.
              Ecom express delivery boy collected the money from my friend 415 on 10th january21. It was a prepaid order . I called ecom customer more than 20 times but they tell to wait for 48 hours . Now 8months over stil i dint get refund . Order no[protected]. AWB [protected]

              Wow ecom express u hv given wonderful reply tht u are unable to get shipment details .i hv given AWB number . And also u told me contact shopping portal . Wch is stupid meesho app .where i called more than 30 times there reply was it was not there mistake its is ecom express delivery mistake. They told me to cl u people now u people tell to contact them . Better take my 415 as charity . U pple are really a fraud . Cnt solve customers problem .only giving reply as sorry for the inconvenience .

                Dear Sir,
                recently i order a mobile from flipkart, which is delivered by Ecom Express. tracking no. for that courier is [protected]. Delivery asking for money if you want to product at home, otherwise you have to pick up product at Chhaigaon Makhan which is 9km far from My home.
                Kindly check so that we will not face this problem again.

                        I placed a order on Myntra and my order was about to deliver on 12th October through Ecom Express but i received a message from Ecom Express on 10th of October that your order has been placed
                        I have not received any product and also no delivery boy called me to deliver the order
                        I am not getting any proper response from the exom express customer care
                        Whenever i am calling they are saying that your complain has been taken and it will get resolve in 72 hours

                                  Dear All, I have booked one product from flipkart and its arrived to Bailhongal on saturday, same day evening I recieved call from ecom Express but I was un available and told him to deliver my neighbor then he told and I shared him OTP also .
                                  Now he still not delivered since 3days .
                                  He didnt respond the call .
                                  I will also escalate it in Twitter and flipkart

                                    I had urgently ordered some books for my upcoming examination. The shipment began on 4th October and had a fairly swift progress, until it was 9th October; when it reached the hub. For the past 4 days, there has been no update whatsoever regarding the product and it is still stuck on the 'In Transit' status. I urgently need the product and I really hope that Ecom Express provides me assistance regarding the status of my package.
