I had 3 parcel that were scheduled for delivery on 8th october 2021
The delivery person never called me or came to my place. Still the status in the tracking site for the courier was delivery attempted but residential premise was closed.
I tried contacting the warehouse but the given numbers are invalid and the costumer contact took me 13 attempts to get connected but the executive didn’t resolve my problem
Now the parcels are in ofd lock and I can’t get connected to anyone who can help me with this.

Can you please look into this matter and help resolve this issue?

      My AWB no. [protected]. Delivery boy called me due to network issue I can't communicate with him. Then he updated my address is wrong. He can call me twice but he don't. Very bad manner this is. our parcels is important to us they have none of any right to do this. disgusting.

          My package Awb number:[protected] has reached the delivery Hub ooty on 6th of October but they haven't delivered it still.. There is no proper phone number to contact them as well. Kimdly ask them to deliver it ASAP.

                        AWB no [protected], from 9th October, this order is out for delivery, customer is trying to call the delivery executive but they haven't responded to the customer after 2 days they said order will be delivered today (10th of October) but Delivery executive mentioned as customer wants future delivery, really your service is worst.. to get our product we come and beg with u deliver, it's not happening for first time, last time also I raised complaints, only aft that product is delivered, when u take amount frm company for your work, why are you so irresponsible.

                        No action has been taken, product is not delivered yet. Really customer is waiting patiently from 6 days, now still they are not ready to deliver. Ecom express don't have vehicle facility to deliver tables, please help me with this issue

                        No action has been taken from concern business, they waste our time, how many days to deliver one product, from 9th October we are waiting for the product, but they are not either answering our calls, no response. V worst ever

                          I ordered my package from a store for stationary, and the package was supposed to deliver on 06th oct, the delivery person Boopalan called and I couldn’t able to recieve the call then within 5 mins I called him back but he said he cant come and rescheduled the delivery for next day.

                            I have placed my order Flipkart . Amd the shipment was made by ecom express . The agent who delivers my order was asking more than the order value . This is not fair for the company . Kindly go through it and help me to get back the extra amount ive paid to the delivery agent.

                                  I have a parcel from oswaal ordered on 28th September. Now According to the tracking details of ECOM EXPRESS it was shipped in my city on 2nd October and today is 11th October. Still I haven't got my order. I don't know how long it will take you guys to deliver my parcel. Please deliver it as soon as possible.
