Dear sir
I ordered my package from a store for stationary, and the package was supposed to deliver on 06th oct, the delivery person Boopalan called and I couldn’t able to recieve the call then within 5 mins I called him back but he said he cant come and rescheduled the delivery for next day.
Next day delivery boy from ECOM EXPRESS KALPAKKAM TAMIL NADU (BOOPALAN) called me and canceled my deliver and again said tomorrow.
That tomorrow never came.
I am so upset with standard of service ECOM is offering, I am feeling like scammed and there is no customer value in this company.Their customer number +[protected] is always busy.( NO RESPONSE).
I want to file the complaint against them.
Please update me on my package where it is and why ofd locked applied when I was available to receive the package but deliver person never came to deliver.

I need my refund money or the package.

My AWB number is [protected].

I am out of patience at this moment. Update me when I will receive the package.

I had to ask my shopping portal to file RTO, since your courier service was not responding and delivering my package. Upgrade your service, and value customer time.
Never going to opt for ECOM again. Even the customer service centre also doesn’t take the call to solve the issue.

I Ordered a Product in Paytm at August 3.my product is Dispatched Through Ekart. On Sep 7 I received a sms like today You will Receive a product. But Not Received. Sep 8 Also same Sms Came But They didn't deliver my product. Today 10 Sep They cancelled My order. That Order is very Important for me.. Very Pathetic Service From Ekart Express Kalpakkam. My Awb No is [protected] . Please Kindly Take a Necessary action. I need a package immediately .

    Please deliver the shipment. It was undelivered before as I was not present to pick it up. It shows the shipment is now on hold and contact customer care which I did but got no response. A kind request to you to deliver the shipment as soon as possible.

      I had ordered a jacket. The tracking status was showing it as delivered but I hadn't received it. Ecom express is providing such a poor service of delivering oder to wrong person.

        I have placed my order Flipkart . Amd the shipment was made by ecom express . The agent who delivers my order was asking more than the order value . This is not fair for the company . Kindly go through it and help me to get back the extra amount ive paid to the delivery agent.

          I ordered from. Oswaal books the parcel was put for delivery on 7 th oct and we still. Haven't received the parcel it's 11 oct now plz take necessary action to improve you service I tried calling customer care and they declined the call.

              I have a parcel from oswaal ordered on 28th September. Now According to the tracking details of ECOM EXPRESS it was shipped in my city on 2nd October and today is 11th October. Still I haven't got my order. I don't know how long it will take you guys to deliver my parcel. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

                  According to there site the shipment has reached Bangalore on 6 th oct itself. same day i got a call at 10.30 pm telling that as it is late they'll deliver it on next day. next day they sent a message tgat ut could not be delivered because i was not available. where nobody had contacted me. till now no update on it. wecalled customer care they did not help much just asked to wait further.
                  totally disappointed and hopeless service. No proper customer care e mail available on there site too.

                    This was the worst online delivery experience we had The order was out for delivery on 7th oct the delivery boy called us we couldn't answer and they called us back we answer and he said he will delivery it the next day(8th oct) we waited the whole day he didn't deliver it we tried contacting but he hanged the phone right away without answering. We called again next day (9 oct) he said that there was Some issues with the site and that it will be delivered the next day (10th oct) we didn't receive any call today but we tried contacting but couldn't connect now when I checked the shipment status it says OFD Lock applied. Pls try to improve your services.

                      Hi,

                      I have a parcel that was scheduled for delivery on 9th october 2021 with AWB number: [protected]

                      The delivery person never called me or came to my place. I was available the whole day in my house on 9th october 2021 but no one contacted me. Still I cn see the update in the tracking site for the courier as delivery attempted but residential premise was closed.

                      It is a complete lie and they are putting fake update without even trying to attempt the delivery or contact the recipient.

                      Even the status today i.e.10th oct 2021 is out for delivery but even it didn't got delivered to me today as well and no one bothered to contact me on my phone.

                      Can you please look into this matter and help resolve this issue?

                              I don't need to write much, the delivery guy asked me for a glass of water I went kitchen and he disappeared with the delivered product as well as my new one plus Bluetooth. Complained to ecom and they are still waiting for a response from the hub.

                                  And submitted about 4 complaints in ecom express online site.Even after that no response came and I came to know that it is at the Kottayam centrw but they are not delivering.I tried all possible ways.

                                        From last 2 weeks my order was not delivered. It always show out for delivery then after 9-10 days my shipment show RTO lock apply. When ask ecom express customer care they said you have to contact shopping for rescheduling or shipment RTO revocation regarding. Then I call shopping portal for shipment revocation they revoked shipment and reschedule my order delivery. And then again shipment out for delivery and delivery boy call me at nearly 07:00 PM and said please confirm your address I will deliver your parcel tomorrow I said okay but please deliver it tomorrow It's already 10 days delay. And next again shipment RTO lock apply again same process and shopping portal revoked RTO and now it show OFD lock apply . 😠🤬 Check attached image for order details and AWB
