I am supposed to get the delivery on 27th September 2021 as per Ecom express customer support. Now it's not delivered till now on 1st October 2021...

Hi! We’ve shipped 9 order from beawar on 15th September through Shiprocket pannel, till today the shipments are showing pending at the source hub jaipur.
Our customers have canceled the order for very late delivery.
Now we want to take the orders back along with complete shipping & orders value.

The delivery boy was very rude and he was not kind and polite to the customer. He refused to deliver the item in door step. Worst behaviour ever seen. Need to take action....

This is a long standing issue with the Thalassery, Kerala branch of Ecom express.

The delivery executives fraudulently keep marking parcels as being "out for delivery" but make no attempt to deliver them. They occasionally place calls to the registered mobile number, but when we pick up the phone, it is dead silent without anything being heard. If we try to call back, all we get is hold music, post which the call is cut.br...

I bought 3 combo shirts from ecom express. And I got 2 shirts which are damaged and useless .so I wanna return my order or product...

Today I received a package from Amazon to my home in Nariambakam, Padappai 601301. The package came from ecom express courier. The delivery person was rude and would not want to come home to deliver the package and asked us to come pick it where he was located in Padappai. I called an executive at his office and told this guys behavior, so the executive promised that he will talk to the delivery person and deliver the package at home. We...

Shirt cloth is very poor quality damage and colour damage clothe very bad...

This is the 7th time we have created a return request for an order in last 16 days (AWB for the current request:[protected] no one ever called, messaged us or visited us yet falsely reported customer rejected the return all 7 times.
We thought it's the fault of the local agent so we reached out to customer support multiple times but still there was no action taken....

Bahut dirty product Diya hai madrachod sala dikhao...

Mujhe mujhe yah short nahin chahie aur yah bahut hi Ganda hai...

I was given a complete different 100rs watch instead of what i ordered. I need a person to resolve this. The company the casters is also responsible for this. Ecom should verify before taking shipment from them. Its their job to check.

Actually main jo product order diya tha Sony head pH ka wo nehi aya..
Ushke badle 2 lady's inar pant ahh gaya jo bilkul galat hai... Or mere se product ka value many 1700rs le liya...
Apki company jo fraud product de rehi hai na uska mai report or complane police dairy main karungi agar meri money refund nehi kiya to... So plz back my money... Thank you...

And my order was shipped on 23rd september 2021tracking id [protected] and i didn't recive any call or the shipmemt was not brought to my address and it has been 4 days that my order is in ofd lock.. From last 4 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.

I am supposed to get the delivery on 27th September 2021 as per Ecom express customer support. Now it's not delivered today too i.e 28th September 2021.
So tried reaching customer support of Ecom express, no use. It's been delayed for 48hrs again. Customer support won't even give specific date of delivery and I need that delivery at any cost today.
