I have a worst experience with this ecom express, even after week of actual delivery time also I didn't get my product, they playing with customer time nd emotions they don't even respond properly, I placed another product from cilory my bad luck and it's again went to ecom express.., this time also they didn't deliver me my product till today, status was always shipment scanned at DC, need to take action on this
