My order number is [protected]. From 29th of September to till date that is 8 th of October 2021 still not received my order because the delivery boy not delivered my order at my home. We call customer care but the customer care team always said that wait for 24 hours and the TL also says wait for 24 hours. Customer care always said that the you are compliant is highlighted but still not received my order. Where is my order. E-com not delivered any customer order please close the shop. Main point is the delivery boy always behaviour with gaalis

    I have a worst experience with this ecom express, even after week of actual delivery time also I didn't get my product, they playing with customer time nd emotions they don't even respond properly, I placed another product from cilory my bad luck and it's again went to ecom express.., this time also they didn't deliver me my product till today, status was always shipment scanned at DC, need to take action on this

      On October 6, i got this message from Ecom Express - Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN: 01322 will deliver your online prepaid shipment AWB [protected] today. Share code --- once package is received. Within two hours i got another message saying - Your AWB 2812... is delivered to ...

      But the truth is Ecom Express thiruvalla has not delivered my product yet, though the status show its delivered. When the delivery guy called me up to get the code i thought he was near the home. Only after giving the code he said he was calling from the courier center. Within two hours i got the message saying that the product is delivered where as i didn't get the product at all. I called the customer care number, but no use. Its been 3 days and still i haven't received my package. I am totally disappointed with the Ecom Express courier service, Thiruvalla.

            Address: Picup boy phn nmbr..(+91 93475 96881)

            We have ordered a product and we have recieved the wrong product instead of original product so we have requested for return and they have initiated the pickup but the pickup boy said that we have changed the product and he will register a complaint against us...And he is saying that he will not update the status of product as return pickup had completed so that we cannot receive the refund of product...He is calling for no reason and mesaaging in whatsup and trying to talk unnecessary things...

              My electronic equipment was not working so company provide replacement. So for pickup ecom express was assigned. When courier boy came he just take away the parcel. He did not ask for invoice. Said, aisa chalta he mam, . I know there is my mistake also. But its courier boy's duty to ask for invoice. How can he pick-up parcel without invoice.

                      WD shipped drive under RMA [protected] through Ecom Express with tracking Id [protected] on 01st Oct 2021 but at the date of 7 oct 2021 its not showing status and also didn't get the package at my address.
                      I tried to contact Ecom Express to many number but nothing works also the didn't reply to my mail.
                      Please help me.

The customer service shows that it is under investigation. It is a very important document which affects my child's future. My sincere request is to do needful 🙏

                              As I order some cloth from Punjab as the order is already receive the nearest hub and the hub is nearest walkin distance from my home. two times me and father ask that there is a courier in the name of Gurcharan Singh and that's the order/courier number on first time they search but they dined that they unable to find the courier (Tuesday 05th 2021) they said that tomorrow (06th Wednesday 2021) you will receive a courier but nothing happens so today i just went him just go ask the executive that i didn't receive the courier that executive said that this man (Avnesh) is the owner please talk to him so i ask Avnesh sir i didn't receive my package he rudely said i Don't know come tomorrow for the update its means they didn't courier my package at my home address every time i go the hub for just an update. The Hub already received my package on October 1st 2021. But as of know i didn't receive the package so this type of poor service they are giving

                                I have ordered for an Earphone but the product which you have sent me it's not what I have ordered and I submitted the return request its approved your Ecom Pickup Executive came to pick the item but he is not behaving correctly using bad words we are working in an organization we may be in a different location once the person comes to give the item we use to come to the security and collect the order but today he is behaving very badly, using profane language and showed disrespect. This is not acceptable. we are paying what we ordered and the Ecom Executive also getting a salary for his service then he has to do the good service before so many Ecom Executives delivering the product very good manner this guy is horrible.
                                Please don't send such type of staffs its very hard to work after this.
                                Please look into the matter.

                                    I have a Problem with Ecom Pickup Executive, His Name is "Hemant Kohli" and phone number is "[protected]", This person is behaving really bad with our employees because he is asking for our product free and we denied the same so he is giving threat to tear our all Ecom shipment and damage us financially. kindly take strict action against this person and make sure to replace this person to another pickup person.

                                      I have ordered medicines from pharmeasy, it was reached to my delivery location on 27th Oct 2021, but yet no attempt has been made to deliver medicines. This is so irresponsible behavior from courier company. I am going to file an FIR now.

                                        Ordered my package on 30 September but still didn't get anything the date mentioned by Amazon was 5th October. I tracked and got to know that the delivery attemp was unsuccessful as address was wrong.
                                        You people didn't bother to call or clarify anything. For the past 10 years my address has been same and this is not the first time I am getting my package delivered. For u people my address is wrong .. poor pathetic service.
