I am Dulal Das, buyed a product from an e-commerce website and it's shipped through ecom express the website shows that its delivery date was 4th october 2021( AWB No- [protected]). On this day when I contacted with customer care executive, they have told that due to some technical error, delivery not done on 4th, also they have suggested to collected the item from delivery centre. When I went to the delivery centre( according to address given by customer care executive), there is no ecom express office. It's totally fake address. When I complain about the issuse on the same day at evening, the executive told me that your shipment was rescheduled for delivery on 5th october. But today (05/10/2021) when i checked the track status, it showed that "Shipment RTO Lock". I need my ordered product.
