From yesterday it's out for delivery, no calls from courier but keep updating customer unavailable, your not answering customers calls also, are you just wasting our time, please deliver it fast...

When the product was delivered, I was not available at that time at morning . But now, at afternoon, I want to take my delivery but I am not able to call back delivery man . Whenever I try to call him, it wants AWB NO ., Which I am writing correctly but it has been saying that it's not correct . I want my delivery today, it's emergency ...please solve my problem ....

I recently made a purchase with Nykaa and they assigned Ecom express for the delivery. Without any call or any other notifications from the delivery centre, they sent some message saying address mismatch to Nykaa and when I contacted your customer care, they are asking me to travel 27kms from my house to pick it from the DC. The delivery executive has very bad attitude. He doesn't have any sense and don't know how to speak with the customer....

Till date product against AWB No: [protected] has not been received. delivery executive confirmed over phone to deliver the item on 24/09/2021 but till now the same has not been delivered yet....

Recently i bought a pruduct from Amazon.
The shipping was done by Ecom express, but during delivery they refused to deliver at my door step as the executive told me to walk 1-2 km and take the product despite having paid for the home delivery.
Earlier All ecom platform used to send the products through india posts, the employee of the india post delivered the product at our door step.
But Ecom express executives are behaving...

I hv ordered an item in myntra.after i checked the item it's not good quality so i decided to return back..in Myntra they accepting return but ecom express workers they are cancelling my refund request..that ecom express service is not good..those service guys they don't know how to speak with customers this so sad..now i want my money refund..i hopw you can understand..please alone my problem as soon possible...

I ordered products worth Rs.6500 from Ishalife.com on, which they had shipped via Ecom Express on September 15th, 2021 and the order was shipped from WALEYAR on September 17th, 2021 as per the tracking information in Ecom Express. The shipment has reached the target DC - Technopark campus, Trivandrum on 20th September. From there, it has been countless lies, and false updates from Ecom Express. There was no use raising...

Order a item worth 5k on flipkart. Ecomm express delivery agent called me and asked for OTP saying he is on the way to deliver the item. I have shared the OTP and item was marked delivered. However, product was not delivered till date.

Raised complaint at ecomm express, but there is no update even after almost 4 months time. I have called ecomm express multiple times to get a resolution without any success....

The drees which I ordered is not of my size so I want to return...

On 10th september 2021, I ordered a product from an online book store and my product was to be delivered on 17th September 2021 through Ecom Express, but they didn't do it as they said and assured me that they will delivered it the next day. I waited the next day, but neither the delivery guy called me nor my call is reaching him. I waited till 8pm, at that moment a call came from Ecom Express asking me to reschedule...

The delivery executive has very bad attitude. He doesn't have any sense and don't know how to speak with the customer.

He came very near to my home, but he didn't wait for 2 minutes also. He went back. I went 2 kms far from my home to collect the product.

Very poor experience with the delivery. I am very frustrated regarding this. If it happens again I will not order anything in flipkart anymore. Kindly take...

This is to bring to your concern that I had placed an order on messho. I even recieved the delivery message mentioning the date which was day before yesterday but I did not get the delivery package till date. It will be a great help if you look towards the issue....
