    I have a Problem with Ecom Pickup Executive, His Name is "Hemant Kohli" and phone number is "[protected]", This person is behaving really bad with our employees because he is asking for our product free and we denied the same so he is giving threat to tear our all Ecom shipment and damage us financially. kindly take strict action against this person and make sure to replace this person to another pickup person.

      I have ordered medicines from pharmeasy, it was reached to my delivery location on 27th Oct 2021, but yet no attempt has been made to deliver medicines. This is so irresponsible behavior from courier company. I am going to file an FIR now.

        Address: 84 new sular opposite sagar street new sular road 147001

        Ordered my package on 30 September but still didn't get anything the date mentioned by Amazon was 5th October. I tracked and got to know that the delivery attemp was unsuccessful as address was wrong.
        You people didn't bother to call or clarify anything. For the past 10 years my address has been same and this is not the first time I am getting my package delivered. For u people my address is wrong .. poor pathetic service.

                      I am Dulal Das, buyed a product from an e-commerce website and it's shipped through ecom express the website shows that its delivery date was 4th october 2021( AWB No- [protected]). On this day when I contacted with customer care executive, they have told that due to some technical error, delivery not done on 4th, also they have suggested to collected the item from delivery centre. When I went to the delivery centre( according to address given by customer care executive), there is no ecom express office. It's totally fake address. When I complain about the issuse on the same day at evening, the executive told me that your shipment was rescheduled for delivery on 5th october. But today (05/10/2021) when i checked the track status, it showed that "Shipment RTO Lock". I need my ordered product.

                        This is Shreya Majumder. I have ordered some products from WoW Skin Science which were being dispatched on 25th Sept, 2021.

                        The order ID is - 2293972
                        AWB no. is - [protected]

                        Although the delivery date was 30th of Sept, 2021 but still I've not got any package till now. I have contacted several times again and again to your customer service but still there is no such effort to send the package.

                        Moreover, I stay in Kolkata and it is showing that the package has arrived at kolkata but still left inside the store house. This is completely disgusting service. Please tell me what is the reason of such delay?

                          I would like to bring your attention towards the unprofessional behaviour of the delivery executive. I had called him 5 or 4 times in the working hours but the delivery executive had not answered any of the calls. Earlier he told me that he would surely call me back within 14-15 minutes, but nothing has happened as such. I am waiting for my order since the last two days. This is not what we expect from a delivery executive to behave. How can we reach to our orders if the guy who has been delivering the parcel behave like this. So inappropriate service.

                            I tried to pay the delivery guy on cash via gpay but the app wasn't working so i paid the guy in cash. But later my bank sent a message informing that the amount was cut from my account regardless. So, i paid in double to ecom express for my order. I have lodged a complaint to the team but they extended the time of resolution from 24 hours to 48 hours. I just want my money back without any compensation, please help.

                                    Vizag centre of ECom is very annoying. Centre refused to make delivery due to distance and non arrangement of vehicle. Even after 10 days the couldn't arranged it. Purpose of airway shipping has no meaning.

                                    Yesterday customer herself went at ware house and collected the parcel.

                                    This vizag Ecom centre is thief and do not have any allegiance. They just don't care whether shipment booked via air or surface.

                                    If you care then read reviews posted on google about centre, you will understand.
