    Your customer care service is pathetic. That is the same case with the delivery office in Hyderabad. They switched off the call when i was following up on the delivery. I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do not see that status. See the attached screenshot. They do not take any extra initiative to solve the customer's issue. Its been highly disappointing. I would never recommend you for any further service.
    The package is in the delivery center for 5-6 days now. My package was supposed to be delivered on 29th Sep 2021, i didn't receive it still its 3rd October 2021 today, it is in the DC in Hyderabad, my location is also in Hyderabad. Get me my package ASAP.
    THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THE DELIVERY CENTER NEAR MY PLACE . RESOLVE THIS.

      Today I got my parcel, but delivery boy from Ecom express after reaching In my landmark he called and told to come, then I told him to come in front of my house and I told him my location then delivery boy said no I will not come you have to come at landmark. This is the attitude of this delivery boy.

        I lose my website customers trust and loyalty only because of ecomexprees express service. I generate 3 times pickup but no pickup boy and call came for pickup and it mention that shipment is not ready.

              Pathetic service. No, updates on the delivery. I requested for address for self collection of package from their hub but the address shared was in correct. It almost 20 days and still I am struggling to get my package delivered.

                    Its an online order from amazon

                    Without even trying your people (Ecom express) in vatakara are just marking it as delivery attempted and executive failed to contact the consignee and in actual i didn't receive any calls /miss call alert from Ecom express executive number.

                    Shut down your Ecom office in Vatakara or at least replace the staffs in concerned office to serve the customers well.

                    Still waiting for the Ecom executive to call me.

                      I ordered from meesho something the deleivery guy behaved very rude to deleiver the product.as we were not available in office where we gave our address as deleivery point we asked to bring to our house which is just near to our office he said this not my work i cannot bring to your house if you want come and get in office .because of people like this the organization name is completely spoiled .i am also working in retail i have never seen such attitude person .please take a proper action for this kind of people

                                        This is a long standing issue with the Thalassery, Kerala branch of Ecom express.

                                        The delivery executives fraudulently keep marking parcels as being "out for delivery" but make no attempt to deliver them. They occasionally place calls to the registered mobile number, but when we pick up the phone, it is dead silent without anything being heard. If we try to call back, all we get is hold music, post which the call is cut.

                                        Post this, the executive marks the package as "Consignee requested for future delivery"

                                        Eventually the product gets returned after 5-10 days. This is a repeated issue that has been occurring for over more than a year. This has been reported to customer care multiple times, post which we get the response that our "feedback has been recorded". Post this, there has been no action taken in the last few months that has remediated this situation.
