    Sir I baught a product of 499 rupees. It includes 3 shirts. But packet contains only two shirts. Which are also not match with the products showing during purchase.

              The delivery boy was very rude and he was not kind and polite to the customer. He refused to deliver the item in door step. Worst behaviour ever seen. Need to take action.

                This is a long standing issue with the Thalassery, Kerala branch of Ecom express.

                The delivery executives fraudulently keep marking parcels as being "out for delivery" but make no attempt to deliver them. They occasionally place calls to the registered mobile number, but when we pick up the phone, it is dead silent without anything being heard. If we try to call back, all we get is hold music, post which the call is cut.

                Post this, the executive marks the package as "Consignee requested for future delivery"

                Eventually the product gets returned after 5-10 days. This is a repeated issue that has been occurring for over more than a year. This has been reported to customer care multiple times, post which we get the response that our "feedback has been recorded". Post this, there has been no action taken in the last few months that has remediated this situation.

                        Today I received a package from Amazon to my home in Nariambakam, Padappai 601301. The package came from ecom express courier. The delivery person was rude and would not want to come home to deliver the package and asked us to come pick it where he was located in Padappai. I called an executive at his office and told this guys behavior, so the executive promised that he will talk to the delivery person and deliver the package at home. We wee expecting the package home, but the delivery guy marked the package as undeliverable. The idiotic lazy behior of such people give companies bad name. I’m hoping ecom express will fire this guy immediately as he is NOT fit for the job.

                            This is the 7th time we have created a return request for an order in last 16 days (AWB for the current request:[protected] no one ever called, messaged us or visited us yet falsely reported customer rejected the return all 7 times.
                            We thought it's the fault of the local agent so we reached out to customer support multiple times but still there was no action taken.

                            Again we can see the status as "return not complete" today, as usual no call, no sms, no visit was made and this was the 7th time we tried returning the order and got the same result, this is the height of customer harassment and you expect this to be satisfactory resolution, Let us know if the return will be possible at all without going through corporate litigation and making things even more public.

                            The number you have is the correct one, infact that is the number I used to call your support team 5+ times, and it is our main business number so it's always active. I would not allow you to get off this public forum and then face the issue myself in private where no one can see what ends up happening. The last option I have to raise a case against consumer protection act if it does not get resolved this week.
                            Why would I willingly allow you to get off this public forum and face the issue myself in private where no one can see what ends up happening. What you guys are doing is not a bad service it no service at all and failing to manage your own local agents who are confident enough to lie 7 times in a row knowing there is no consequences from ecom express.
                            If your local agent is saying the number I have gives is not contactable than that's a lie again, that is our business number and we get at least 50+ calls each day and without that number being active our business won't run.
                            Also please don't ask for anyone's number in a public forum that just shows how little a company knows about customer privacy.
