On 10th september 2021, I ordered a product from an online book store and my product was to be delivered on 17th September 2021 through Ecom Express, but they didn't do it as they said and assured me that they will delivered it the next day. I waited the next day, but neither the delivery guy called me nor my call is reaching him. I waited till 8pm, at that moment a call came from Ecom Express asking me to reschedule the delivery. So, I did as they said but they kept waiting me till 27th September. And, today on 26th September it is showing that the shipment is locked for rto. So, please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
