Sir,
This is to inform you that I have ordered a product from AJIO site with Order iD FL[protected]/[protected] and has been received on 11.09.2021. I have paid Rs.528/- for the same above order from my Phone pay account with transaction id: T21109111228323817649890 and the amount was debited from my account and not credited to delivery boy account ([protected]@okicici). He delivered the product to me and told me to confirm the payment status till evening. He later gave me another account (karthik.[protected]@oksbi) (Karthik Shajahan, Mb:[protected] and told me to send money to this account for same. I tried from my colleague account (yuvan.[protected]@oksbi) and the amount credited to the concerned account he shared. When I contact with the Phone pay Customer service and from their server it shows payment has also been credited to his earlier account ([protected]@okicici). When I contact him, he denied it and told that he had not received any amount and misbehaved. I send all documents and screenshots to his whatsapp, no response from his side. However, I waited for more than 3 days and check the payment status and it was not credited back to my account it means it is credited to his account. When I Called him now he use abuse words and don’t have time to speak and not bothered about the payment status. I have lost the amount debited from my account. Due to damaged product, I return the order with id RT45504872. I am very disappointed with your delivery boy (Name and contact number) I am hereby attached the screenshots to you and please do needful. If required I can provide the call recorded clips to you sir.

    I got iteam delivery via iteam ecom.express which I ordered through Ajieo but I made the online payment on the same day, the cash of that staff account did not fall that day but that evening the payment was made through another account 'Ajieo app gave me cash return' delivery iteam I have returned but the staff in their institution is very bad attitude I put the screenshort of cash fall in the account with this I put it twice I got paid ajieo got cash return but that staff account does not give cash return staff Kerala thiruvananthapuram korani branch staff name (Anudas) plz return my cash

        i want to report a issue regarding to a delivery guy i ordered a mosquito racket from amazon and its delivery date is 18 sep but now its 20 sep the delivery guy delayed my order without my permission amd asking me to delay it.

          The customer care promised me that I'll receive my order at the earliest. I had to receive my order on 25th of August and today it is 19th of September. The order status shows it's locked at rto. What does that mean? I mean the service is pathetic

            Its been 15 days but the consignment is not received yet. Pathetic Service. Called Customer Care several times but they are of no use. AWB No. [protected]. From last 15 days they are saying that the parcel is under investigation and ll be deliverd shortly. But no resolution provided so far.

              My parcel with AWB [protected] shiped on 5th Sep'21 yet not delivered after repeated follow up. Not responding to my grievance.

              It is informed that Delivery centre has some "internal issue"/"Covid-19 issue"

              But this are false statement since delivery centre is within my 4 KM radius and there is no such Covid issue in that area.

              So, I request from this plateform to delivery the parcel at earlier. Its already 13 th day!!

              Not seen such pathetic service like Ecom express.

              Change your name "Express". Does Not suit to you.

              You people need how many days to deliver a shipment in india. Its picked on 5th Sep. Till now its untraceable.

              So the name same the customer care, "Pathetic". They dont know anything about where the parcel currently at. They buy time for resolution of issue and keep mum...

              I wish soon it dissolve and perish as courier service. Ecom should do some other service not courier. You are running a very inefficient and irresponsible bunch.

              All the abusing word in vocabulary be less for you guys.

                      I ordered few items in flipkart and it send the items through Ecom express but the agent didn't give my product it was horrible they attempt to out for delivery three times and it automatically cancelled my order. Agent is over smart first time he asked the pin to refuse my order he said that technical issue you need to give the pin and he said I'll definitely gives your order at evening but I didn't get the items

                        I have already returned the product which was bought from Myntra, but the status has not been updated yet at the ecom express. The delivery boy has taken the return but it is not showing in the status, due to which Myntra has refused to refund because Myntra has not received the product yet. This is utter negligence from the side of ecom express. I never expected this from ecom express. Such a fraud company. Resolve the issue asap.

                            I have scheduled a Paytm door step kyc of my PayTm number at home and the timings were 8am - 12pm but no one came nor any call was received from anyone.

                            The reference no of my request is 115743.

                            The following message was received today in the morning but no one came yet:

                              Man, hands down it's the worst delivery service all over India. The delivery boy isn't even calling me to deliver my product, and at the end of the day they are saying delivery unattended due to wrong address, like wtf ? Please deliver my product asap!! There is nothing to delay it !

On that day I received msg it was undelivered.but I didn't get the chance to see the delivery boy It never reach to me. It was the wrost service I have seen in my life. Since a week the order status is showing OFD lock applied. The least you could do is get your courier boys to give me call when you were delivering.

                                    I have already returned the product which was ordered from Myntra, but the return has not been accepted yet by the ecom express and the myntra has not got the product, so they aren't refunding the amount in my bank. This is a complete failure from ecom. Myntra is not helping me as they have not got the product and this a fraud from the part of ecom.

                                        My name is Advocate Ravi Choudhary and I am really frustrated from your field delivery team and calling issues the delivery team Mr Ramesh Patel called me this afternoon and was around 800 m away from my home and I was busy somewhere so I said I will call you back in 5 mins but my call couldn't be connected even after several attempts and late in the evening today they have cancelled my delivery and raised issue that I had refused to accept what a pathetic employees do you hire he didn't even called me back 2nd time and raised false issues according to his whims
