    Our order with AWBNumber:[protected]. Is not delivered, but they mentioned undelivered without even informing us.when I communicate to customer service, they provided wearehouse address and we reached there to pick parcel by travelling 30 km.As customer care executive informed, go before 8pm. we reached there by 6.10PM toda. But supervisor said, its closed come tomorrow.such a careless and rude behaviour I never expected.At least that person dont know how to respect customers even we were talking politely.Please consider this and take necessary actions.

      Dear Concern,

      There is very poor service of Eco Express in Lucknow (transport Nagar).

      Form last 5 days courier company is not delivering my package sent by WOW company.
      Every time they just saying you will receive your packet by today EOD by no one call me till end of the day.

      Instead of asking courier buy contact details so that i can guide him way to reach me, but they are not sharing the same. even not sharing office landline no.

        I have see 3 times messages is coming to deliver but the delivery person is not coming and also not answering any calls and they are doing their personal work

          Hello team, this is to tell you all that I had ordered a saree for myself from Meesho and the Ecom Express executuve had to deliver the order. But I think the executive is unable to place a call as when he is trying to call me and I receive it, the phone automatically cuts abd if it rings sometimes, it rings for just 1-2sec and then cuts automatically and a message pops up that the executive could not locate the address. Its really frustrating when you wait for your parcel and its shows this type of problem. This has happening since 3 days. Kindly look into the matter and come up with a solution so that no other custoner have to face the problem. Thank you.

              I had paid the amount twice for the same order due to inconsistency in the app.
              And they're not refunding the amount even after I have raised complaint on several times.every time they are telling amount will be refundedin 24 hours but it didn't for almost 2 weeks AWB NUMBER[protected]

                I, ashok kumar gumansingh want to complain that my shipment with awb no-[protected] was not delivered to me on 08 sept 2021 since i was not available at home. So i contacted the customer service and had scheduled for the shipment on 09 sept 2021 by 1500hrs but now i received a message that the person bering phone no [protected] with pin 2499 is out for delivery.
                Now when i contacted him he says he hasn't got my shipment. I don't know what is happening. So today also i will not be able to get the shipment by 1500 hrs. If you can't deliver the shipment by the scheduled time then why do you promise the same. For this reason i have taken one day leave. Who is going to pay for this.

                    I have ordered product on 23rd Aug 2021. The product is supposed to delivered by ecom express by 29th Aug 2021.I have not received my product till date. Initial it shows that delivery address is wrong while placing my order I have given the exact pincode and checked the availability of the product delivery, then only I have placed my order by giving the correct address. After tried calling the customer care raised multiple compliants on the same and asked me to wait for couple of days each and every time. Now the status showing me as "shipment RTO lock".

                    Note: After multiple calls to the customer care they confirmed that the product will deliver to the address. Now the status is showing RTO lock.

                    Could you please help me to get my product asap.

                      I ordered some products from jiomart on 02/09/2021. Its delivery date is 08/09/2021. But the items were not delivered yet. Its delivery partner is ecom express. I comlained jio mart by emailing them and they assured delivery will happen before end of due date. But there is no further actions from courier service(ecom express).

                        The Delivery boy(EXECUTIVE) talking rude with me and he doesn't called me from the morning but telling lie he calls me 4 times. I didn't receive any call from him and he arguing with me speaking with me volgure language (Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN 23760 will deliver your ONLINE order [protected]. Pay Rs 187.0(CASH, UPI, Payment Link). Code to refuse is 745877) I got this message in the morning. That ### delivery executive PIN no is 23760.
                        please take immidiate action other wise you people are loose valuable CUSTOMERs. I don't know his name but you people must take an action on him.

                          My order was supposed to arrive half a month ago...it is stuck in the nearest delivery center for more than 8 days.they wont pickup any of the provided numbers...I tried emailing them many times too...I wanted to ask if I could just pickup my package from there, as they will take too many days to bring it themselves...but never pickup the given phone number

                            I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from your prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately I can't help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for fast and adequate resolution On 31st of August I ordered pcb books for class 11th and 12th ncert and the expected delivery was 3rd of September . The product was out for delivery but due to some circumstances i could not lift the call at the moment and requested for future delivery. Delivery man told the product will be delivered out by tomorrow .
                            When I tried to contact the person the next day there was no reply from him and I didn't receive the product yet.
                            Now whenn I tract the order it is in lock
                            I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable. I trust you will deal with this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible

                              My name is Mallesh Babu and my AWB No is [protected]. On 12 th August 2021 the item which belongs to me has arrived to Ecom express delivery point at Vijayawada. From 28.08.2021 onwards I continuously contact with delivery agent, Vijayawada whenever I received message regarding delivery with Pin number. The delivery agent lift my phone only two times and Stated that the package would be delivered today evening itself. Later, from 4 th of this month onwards I continuously contact with your Ecom express customer care executive regarding delivery issue. They also told me that, they have raised a complaint with high priority and my item will be delivered as early as possible. This process is running continuously since 5 days. But no action taken sofar. My product didn't receive yet. Please take action immediately.

                                I was supposed to receive an exchanged pair of earphones from jbl centre via ecom express by 08/18/2021. It hasnt been delivered yet. I got messages saying 'product was undelivered as you were not available' although I haven't been contacted about the same. Now the status is changed as 'Shipment RTO lock' AWB No: [protected]. Could you please resolve this
