Our order with AWBNumber:[protected]. Is not delivered, but they mentioned undelivered without even informing us.when I communicate to customer service, they provided wearehouse address and we reached there to pick parcel by travelling 30 km.As customer care executive informed, go before 8pm. we reached there by 6.10PM toda. But supervisor said, its closed come tomorrow.such a careless and rude behaviour I never expected.At least that person dont know how to respect customers even we were talking politely.Please consider this and take necessary actions.
