This is to inform you that i bijoy roy today i received my percel through ecomexpress (As/guh/guc), dated 04.10.2018 waybill no[protected], invoice no-dhss997206, gst no-07aagct2432a1zv, found the product seal open condition and mobile phone also not getting switch on. So i wants to return the product so kindly collect the product and get back my amount.

    Whenever an item is delivered by e-com express, the delivery boy asks for an identity card for photograph which is incorrect. After contacting the customer care, it was revealed that they have no rules to ask identity card but delivery boys are asking the same in case any mishandling of the personal identity card of a consumer the same may lead to leakage of personal information or any cyber crime.
    Rude behaviour of delivery boys and behaving like uneducated. Worst customer service. Worst ecom express service they are threatening the customers based on locality.

      My order tracking no is[protected] and order no so4866* when will it be delivered to me its been 3 days yet its saying redispatch when will be it delivered to me, i hope its not fake or useless delivery hub. I didn't got any call from your courier agent unlike they updated shipment status that customer not available or incomplete address although my address is totally correct and my phone is always in network. I also called there customer care the contact number are unavailable. Please send my package as soon as possible please.

        I have ordered on Myntra. They packed and gave to Ecom courier[protected] on the same day (28-Oct-2018) from Guwahati. It has to reach Silchar . But Ecom is daily rescheduling its dispatch since five days.What is the problem??? Do they have any responsibility towards customer not... I am in urgent requirement.

          Ecom Express customer care executive are rude and not helping. They always cut the call whenever I complaint an issue on their customer care number. They are not helping me about my product return and refund. They also had a tie up with fraud Company i.e TIME MACHINE 99 and engage with that company in a fraudulent activities .They deliver fake and wrong products. I want action against them.

            I really had very very bad experience with delivery boy, he was very offencive in talk he said he will not come to deliver my order on my giving address and hence he asked me to come at different location than my mentioned delivery address... This caused me lot of frustration... I asked him i will not accept delivery at that address i hope you will look into this matter very seriously... I really would like delivery boy to say sorry to me... Otherwise i will use all my social connections to highlight this matter if you don't take proper action...               I placed an order on flipkart and yesterday 27 se 2018 received a message of out for delivery my packet. I called courier boy for confirmation and he said packet will deliver till evening. But packet not delivered. Today 28/09/2018 i called him several times and he said still i am in village and till evening i will deliver packet. Now approx 6.00 pm he said i[censored] want this packet visit on my office and i vl not deliver your packet.
              He abusing me and i request him that i[censored] can't visit my home address then deliver my packet on my shop, it's near by your office. But he clearly denied.
              I am asking from you that why u giving salery to these boys when they are deliver packet to customers. Please take a action for this boy. Delivery detail sharing with you...

                  Sir/madam,
                  I had ordered a pair of headphones on 18th september, 2018 at 11:43pm on paytm shopping mall with order no. [protected] to asansol, west bengal. The awb no. Of the order is[protected].
                  The expected delivery date was given as 27th september, 2018. Though it normally takes 5 days, i decided to wait. The tracking details weren't available after 21st september, 2018 and the last location was at katni, madhya pradesh where the bags were scanned. Now today (27th september, 2018) when i am tracking the details of the product, the product is at surat further away from the desired destination.

                  In continuation to the registered complaint with respect to AWB no.[protected], the product is being shipped from Sagar, Madhya Pradesh to Asansol, West Bengal roughly around 900km distance. Now as per the current tracking details on 29th September, 2018, 2 days after the expected delivery date, the product is in Ahmadabad, Gujarat whose distance from Asansol is 1800km roughly double the initial distance. I am appalled at the way Ecom Express are treating their customers.

                    The phone has issues/problems in connecting to wifi properly, in my case though the phone was connecting to the wifi but it was acquiring the wrong ip address due to some internal bug in the mobile software/hardware, so was unable to run internet, however it works on some wifi networks, the call centre said my wifi network is faulty, if that was the case then why would my iphone, ipad, htc mobile, samsung mobile, chromecast connect would connect properly to the home wifi. I had even ordered a replacement, but the same problem persisted even in the replaced phone. Also i found that location updation is completely erratic and unpredictable, i use life360 app for monitoring location of mine and people in my circle. The static ip facility even though is present but is not operational as one is not able to save the static ip address. Thus though there was a chance i could have browsed internet using static ip addresses, even this feature was not operational. I am sorry oppo, completely let down. Mr. Madhav sheth (Ceo) oppo, kindly make sure that bugs and such grave issues are not present in the phone, proper and robust testing should be done before releasing the product. Very saddened indeed.

                      I have order a battery from snapdeal. When i received it, the product was wrong, so i made a return order and the return parcel was to be picked up by the ecom express of aizawl, 796001. But when they came to picked up the parcel they are saying that they can't return battery item through their courier. But as far as my knowledge, if a reverse pickup is given to a courier than any item should be return. I have complaint at the snapdeal customer care for more than 3 times and every time, the reverse picked up is given to your courier and the courier of the aizawl always didn't picked up the item by saying it's a battery. What kind of courier yours which can't give customer satisfaction. Very bad performance.

                          I bought a jumpsuit for 700 rupees from fashion bazaar online store... But the quality was cheap and doesn't worth for 700.. When the courier boy delivered the packet i gave him 700 rs and now when i asked them to return the product and refund my money dey simply decline my request and again send the courier boy to collect the packet however they are not ready to give my money back... Both are cheating me to get the dress back without refunding. Kindly do the needful

But the product was already defected, the defect is, that the product is not functioning in any respect so plz inform us what we have to do. Either in exchanging or refunding.                                 Delivery boy reached at the flat at duty time at 10am in morning with unsuccessful delivery, when i contacted him within few minutes after his attempt delivery, the person didn't picked up the call. After many attempt when he receiced the call he said dellivery will be done by 4pm.
                                When i called at 4pm, he said delivery will be by 5pm, at 5pm when i called he said delivery will be by 6pm max for which i insisted to attempt delivery ealier than 6pm as i have to leave for airport.
                                I waited till 6pm and called over 10 times for which he ignored all my call.
                                Very pathetic service by ecomexpress and very bad behaviour of delivery man.

                                  I have availed your servise through club factory the product shoe that was bought product no - SO46094817
                                  It was found in pathetic condition i wanted to return it there and then so i search for your helpline number for return of the product and i found [protected] as the helpline number . I called then he asked me about my card details i gave him and he was frequently sending OTP and finally he took away 30000 rupees from the debit card . This is a really a shameful act in the name of your services . I hope this complain will be taken into consideration as soon as possible and my money should be refunded .

                                    My tracking number[protected] showing false updates from 15, sep, 2018 08:31 hours. Next update from rajkot should be jamnagar not manendragarh hub.
                                    Now it is at delivery center at india one named place. Now they will post update o[censored]nknown address and not deliverable.
                                    But i do not recognise the place where it is currently. I think it is going to dwarka (Delhi), but they did not examined address have pincode 361315, dwarka which is in gujarat.

                                      On 9th sept rcd msg that my parcel is out for delivery with ecom executive phone no.[protected].
                                      I requested delivery before 1.30p. M as i was supposed to betraveling.
                                      Inspite of repeated calls.. He didn't deliver on time. When i asked for the parcel to be delivered the next morning... He said that if not today... It'll be delivered after a few days
                                      Very unprofessional staff.
                                      Highly disappointed.
