Fake status update

After comparing delivery time on many online shop i bought a laptop from snapdeal. Because i wanted it urgently. It suppose to reach me by 24th of feb. Snapdeal has done their part very promptly. I have been tracking the consignment on the ecom express site. It reached bangalore before 24th and it was out for delivery on 24th morning. Ecom express office is just 3 km away from my house.

But till now i havent received the consignment. Everyday they are updating the status as "consignee not available".

While i am available in my home for the compete whole day since i am working from home and we are 4 members in the house. Yesterday (25th feb) i received a call from the delivery guy asking for the exact location. He was not able to even read the address properly.

I asked him by when he will reach here. Very rudely he gave an impression that when ever he like to come he will.


It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

This is one of the worst courier I have seen.
I purchased from christy set of 5 colourfull cott on 26/10/2014

It has not yet been delivered to me. Don't know who is playing the game.

Please suggest some remedy. I have to go to consumer court, at last.
worst ever courier service. Wonder why snapdeal is partnering with them.
There can not be worst service than ECom Express. They are bunch o[censored]nprofessional people, semi literate and need to be thrashed (not the delivery boy though). I do not know who whole is proprietor/Manager of this maha third class courier. They do not even pick up phone up phone given on their web site or if at all they pick up the moment you ask them for status of your parcel they hang the phone.

I bough an item from elitify it was shipped through Ecom Express with tracking id #[protected] on 28th Oct but till date it is lying in their Delhi office. Pathetic. In fact due to sudden surge in on line sale good courier companies are totally tied up and third class courier like Ecom becomes only option for any e-commerce site. The tremendous growth in online shopping has also exposed so called good couriers like Blue Dart, Fedex etc that they are not ready for this and can not handle business of such magnitude. Till the time they improve their infrastructure consumer and seller will continue to face this problem.

same thing happening for me. my status is showing as delivered but the product is never delivered.
Very dirty service, I had purches mobile from Flipkart on 21 Oct 2014, It has been shifted from ware house of supplier on 22 nd, it was bagged number of times at hub 001, 002, 003, 005 etc at mumbai, finally status shows that after long period it reaches to jalgaon, on 2nd oct., neither it is deliverd or call by logistics.the webside do not responds for way bill.The service provided by Ecom is worst . The indian Post service is much better than Ecom

Hi All Yes ECom Express is the worst Service provider. I purchased one Tata swach 18 litre water filter on 30 Oct 14 Snap Deal had handed over the product the same day. IO was told that this wud be delivered on 03 Nov 14. I yried to contact the given telephone number but there was no response. Hence reject any item which is being given to this Ecom Express for delivery
I ordered a Mobile phone from FLIPKART ON 22th Oct,
They Couriered it on next day and given me 28th as Delivery Date by Ecom Express.
As per there Tracking Detail(PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED PICTURE) it has reached Bangalore City on 30th Only.
Office is just 6km from My Home, and It is Not Deliver till date[protected]
when I tried to call them, which is never reachable(You can give a try on[protected].
then after So many calls and Mails to Flipkart, Now they are sending the Package again.

this whole issue, Flipkart Executive have No idea about how to deal with this and have given so many Fake dates of Delivery.

I ordered a nikon d3100 dslr camera from snapdeal.my expected delivery date was 6th november.but still i have not received my product.i have tried all the number of ecom and informed snapdeal also.my order no is [protected]

This is with reference to Captioned Shipment which is lying with your Dombivali office since
15/11/2014, till date I have not received the delivery and every day the status of the Shipment is
updated as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 213 - Scheduled for Next Day Delivery)".

I have placed this order on snapdeal on 05/11/2014, the expected delivery date was 17/11/2014, in spite
of calling on the call center number I did not receive the delivery of said shipment, today I spoke to
Vinita at your call center who told me that the shipment could not be delivered due to heavy backlog at
courier office. I was also advised to collect the shipment from the Courier office. the customer care
do not have office telephone number.

This is pathetic, If you can not able to deliver the shipment why do you mention the EXPECTED DELIVERY
DATE ? if there is backlog, to which shipment do you give preference to ?

I dont want any reply from your side, just ensure that the shipment is delivered to my home before it
is too late.

Yes i agree with you, , , i have ordered a Bike body cover on Nov11th, estimated delivery date is nov 19 :D, , , , , I'm checking status today (Nov 20), , status is consignee not available, , No one has called till Nov 19th and they have updated like this, , , Snap deal should avoid these kind of cheaters, waste fellows, , for delivering a simple bike cover they are taking hell of 8days and still counting, , useless, , , , i should not give a single star, , need to give -100 stars, , no other way need to give at least one,

Ecom express is bull . I placed an order on snap deal for D link 150 and the order no is [protected] which was handed over to Ecom and thier tracking number is[protected] and the expected delivery date was 12 Nov 2014 but i have not recieved the consignment till date.
I am also suffering from such type of experiance. I have booked order from snapdeal on 27.11.2014 and ECOM site has shown in transit from 29.11.14, but till date i have not recd my order.
worst courier company ever. my Snapdeal order gotta get delivered 2 days ago (last date) but i am finding no clues where it has gone. It's better Snapdeal can send the consignment over a donkey or a bullock cart. It would have reached me by today

I should have read these comments before placing order in Snapdeal, I ordered on 10th December, they dispatched on 11th December according to status. After that in status it not showing anything. Expected delivery was today. But not hearing any thing from these guys, even they are not peaking the phone. My Waybill No :[protected]. Really they need to be banned. We need to take legal action against these , Otherwise they continue doing these work. Hell to Snapdeal, After having these much comments, complain they are still using this courier. Both are . We should avoid buying anything from Snapdeal.
Hi, I have purchased mobile from snapdeal on 17/12/2014. Snapdeal shipped on 21/12/2014 from jaipur to kurnool(Andhara Pradesh) thought ecom express.But the ecom express tracking status shows that it still in jaipur only. I was expecting that it will reach on[protected]. But after 1 week of shippement also the status shows that it is ready for connection only.They not yet connected my package. The service of ecom was very bad and worst. My way bill no.is[protected] and Order No :PI[protected].
