[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Making fool of the customers (consignee not available )

I am expecting a consignment from snapdeal.

Fake status update

After comparing delivery time on many online shop i bought a laptop from snapdeal. Because i wanted it urgently. It suppose to reach me by 24th of feb. Snapdeal has done their part very promptly. I have been tracking the consignment on the ecom express site. It reached bangalore before 24th and it was out for delivery on 24th morning. Ecom express office is just 3 km away from my house.

But till now i havent received the consignment. Everyday they are updating the status as "consignee not available".

While i am available in my home for the compete whole day since i am working from home and we are 4 members in the house. Yesterday (25th feb) i received a call from the delivery guy asking for the exact location. He was not able to even read the address properly.

I asked him by when he will reach here. Very rudely he gave an impression that when ever he like to come he will.


It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

Same here guys 3rd class service by ecom. I request all e-commerce sites not to tie up with ecom.
Worst courier company in india. They steal products packed inside specially at noida office. I have been a victim thrice. They give you empty packets filled with stones inside and insist you to accept it. We will never do business with them and suggest the same to everyone.

..OMG its like you are telling my story dear, I had the same experience the Ecom Express, I tried to call them several time but there was no proper response(call not picked) and 17 days they said your order has been RTO and each and every time they updated there status "customer not at office" but never called me.. I don't know company like PUMA(in my case) giving a bad impression by using such courier service...
some how I got a cell number of delivery boy and when I contacted him he said I am on leave. I'll join after 5 days but after 17th day of my order they updated RTO(return to origin)..
…there must be an option for RIGHT TO REJECT for rating...

such a pathetic service...

Take their numbers and harass them. stupid ### holes acting like kings when they dont even have food on plate. The most annoying thing in the world when a person acts smart ### when he doesnt have food to eat.
Simply in one work *worst courier* service.
My shipment awb no.[protected] refused by self ecom express without contant customer. Customer don't know that his shpment already cancellled by ecom expess and one massage come from ecom express that customer resfuse shipppemt. This ecom behavior with customer is very worst and this show that ecom is how much sincere with customer. Very Bad service...
