[Resolved]  Ecom Express — my order product not delivered to me

Hello sir, i ordered a tv box on baggood through 6.09.19 which i have not received yet. When i found out, i was told that the box has arrived in ecom express but i have not been deleverd yet. My awb number is [protected]. I have called in ecom express many times and every time i am assured to deleverd the product in 24 to 48 hours but it is not deleverd please help me and please make my product reach me.
If i do not receive my product soon, i will file a suit against ecom express in the consumer forum. So please request me to deleverd my product as soon as possible

Ecom's not delivering the product and always they put wrong address of the customer and at delivery time the courier boy did not called to the customers 😡😠😡

This company is a farce. Only do COD because there is no guarantee that you will receive your good
My tracking ID [protected] says that the good has been delivered, but I have not yet received it. If I call their call centre all that they say is that they have registered my complaint thats it no follow up
