Ecom Express — my pickup is scheduled every other day | |
I placed an order from myntra.in myntra site it is showing that it has been shipped by ecom express and tgey have provided the awb number to track also. But when i try to track with the awb number it is showing pickup is rescheduled since 6 days. When i asked myntra they told that the order is shipped but when i contacted ecom express they told they haven't received the order to be shipped. I am stuck. What am i to do now? I had ordered clothes from MYNTRA.com they shipped it through ecom express AWB no [protected], on tracking the order it says that PICKUP HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED continuously for 3 days.
