[Resolved]  Ecom Express — not received parcel yet

Dear Sir/Mam,

I ordered two parcels thru your shipment service. Order nos. are[protected] &[protected] on 08-Jul- 18 & 09-Jul-18.

But due to changes in contact no. i could not received my parcels till date on mentioned address during shipment.

I want to change my contact no. from +91 [protected] to +91 [protected].

Please help to solve the issue.

I had given package for returning to club factory on 25/06/2018 and it's been 09/07/2018 but still the parcel had not reached. Got frustrated by slow speed of ecom express.
