[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Pathetic Service and Fake Status Updates

One of the worst eTailer and Courier service combination I found in the recent times. I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014. Wonderful speed. Ecom customer service no gets connected after atleast the tenth try. Their website doesn't show the real status. They don't commit realistically. Snapdeal customer service replies "The product is already shipped from our end. The delay due to courier service is BEYOND OUR CONTROL" What does that mean? Aren't they paying to Ecom Express to deliver?
