[Resolved] Ecom Express — product got misrouted | |||||
I ordered samsung galaxy s8 from flipkart on 11th oct with awd no.[protected]. It was told to me that the product will be delivered to me by 11th. Till date my product has not reached. I was provided by a local supervisor number whose name is nagesh. Phone number - [protected]. This person picks my call and disconnect whenever i ask about my product. Noone has reached me out and no one is telling me where my product is. They lie repeatedly and never delivered it. Moreover, their is no coordination among them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hello sir, today my shipment coming through e-com express site but unfortunately product is not delivered due to lake of communication .I am also trying to call but receiver not respond my call.

I spoke to delivery boy and he said he will call me when he reaches my place. But he submitted status as customer not available which is not at all true.
