[Resolved]  Ecom Express — product not delivered - awb[protected]

I have ordered a product through amazon and it has to be delivered on 11th may as per the msg received. But they called me one time and i could not pick up the call. They mentioned wrong address. I dont know if they call not picked up, how can they say wrong address. They didnt attempted to deliver after that, in spite of complaining twice through customer care. First time the customer care executive promised me to deliver on 12th but didnt. Again today i raised a complaint and they said by tomorrow they will deliver. The worst part is i cannot contact the executive with the number given in the msg. [protected].
Also i went multiple times to the delivery centre in maraimalai nagar, but it was locked and i do not know the timing when they close.
This is the first time i am experiencing this kind of issue. Even after this i have received a product delivered to the same address by other courier service.

They have told that they delivered the above mentioned product on 28 April at 5:20 pm but I didn't receive that product yet and I raised a complaint on date 8th May but after two days they didn't call me back and on asking about complain number they r denied to provide. This courier service is totally an unfaithful one and should be ban for ever.
