Hi Team,
I am swagatika pati, I brought a shoe from flipkart and requested for exchange. Pickup is scheduled 3 times, I am not getting calls after 1st attempt. Post that I am trying to connect but no response.
Every time wish master disconnecting my call.
I am gettimg message like pickup rescheduled.

    I oreder a product of wireless earphones.
    My name is s krishna chaithnya this is my tracking id.FMPC[protected]
    It has to be delivered to me on 23rd but it was cancelled yesterday
    I contacted ekart office for the cancelled and why it has cancelled. The delivery boy has put it as order rejected.
    If i didnt pickup the call. It has to be as no respnce then why did the delivery boy kept as order rejected.
    I want my product back to me and they are not giving to me. Please solve the issue asap. He called me only once i didnt picked up and i called him again he is disconnecting the call. Please take seroius action..

      I have placed an order on 5th of October and the order is been delayed day by day and today when the order has to be delivered the ekart deliver agent is making excuses of location is far away and misbehaving not to come to the correct location. also the delivery agent too close to my location he is saying "he will come some another day to deliver at my location" also he is just 300 meter away from my location.

        Dear Sir,
        Its jawed alam. I bought a product named Urban Scottish men white and grey striped lounge of size M on 20, sep 2021 ( Tracking ID- MYNP[protected]) from myntra. A return request was initiated by me and the product picked up on 22, sep 2021 by an ekart delivery agent. But due to product mismatched, request was rejected(Tracking ID-MYNR[protected]). Delivery agent called me and said your return request cant be processed due to product id mismatched and further said that your product will be delivered to you. After that neither i got my product nor refund. I am trying to contact but there is no solution till date.

          they dnt contact us n doesnt dlivering my priduct so for their faukts my products got canceled m facing harrasment n when i called today tht delivery boy n asked when at what time he will dliver my product he hanged tge call shouted at me also...plz look into this matter when we oay for delivery charges n we get such behaviour

            My order no.OD[protected]GUMBOOT NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE. message came on 17th October saying that"delivered"by delivery boy IPPA ANIL of Ekart sainikpuri secunderabad branch, Telangana.without an OTP how can he deliver at 11p.m.in the night. If I'm not receiving my order within one day I will put a case on Ekart

              I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart.It reached my nearest hub 3days ago.Expected delivery date was 20th Oct .The order was out for delivery but not delivered and at the end of the day the status says that customer unreachable delivery failed.how is that possible .I received other orders from ekart on the same day but not the phone order.Theyvare making fool o[censored]sers.I am stuck as I have no phone to use and I have already paid so I am unable to buy from outside too.

                    My laptop was supposed to deliver on 18 oct but deliver boy was not ready to give home deliver he said you have to come with laptop to a nearby square so i said ok i will be there in 5 min but when I called him again after reaching that square he said now I am far away from your location after one hour I will make deliver, I was driving my bike all the day but at the end when I reached delivery boy he said right now I don't have the serial no of the product which he have to pick so go to airport Road ecart hub and ask our sir to check product and I will come with your order at 6.30 pm in ekart hub, I was waiting in front of ecart hum for 2hrs I did many calls but he have not received, finally he said my vehicle is stopped working and then reschedule delivery two times on 22 oct in same day I have also reached ekart hum again after one day but they said no sir we can't give your product even if it is in our hub untill the reschedule time comes(Tracking ID - FMPP[protected])

                    I have faced so much mental harassment, if my replacement got rejected just because of that ### delivery boy I am going to post it on Twitter and aslo going to file a case against Ecart for this harassment

                        I have booked a item through flipkart. As per tracking i saw on 18.10.2021 as out of delivery. After waiting whole day i did not received any call for delivery upto 6.00 pm. At near about 6 pm i called the delivery agent but he denied to deliver the item in same day. But after one hour i saw that the oit of delivery status has been removed. Subsequently i get a massage near about 10.00 pm that my order has been rejected. At what basis my order has been rejected and cancelled. My order no. Was OD[protected].

Kankarbagh patna on 9th october but it is still not delivered after 11 days.kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis as i am leaving the city tomorrow for 1 month, please get it delivered today.Thanking you in anticipation.

                              Sir i have ordered my phone and on 17 oct delivery boy comes immediately to exchange my phone but by reason I am not present but i told to wait 10 min but delivery boy told me to can't wait and residuled for 18 oct and after that no attempt taken and cancelled by hub manager but on 18 oct i had visited hub and they told me to give delivery. And on 20 oct he marked as ORDER REJECTED BY CUSTOMER that is totally lie. That products price increased to 1500 more amount can we know who is responsible for increase price who will give me 1500 price

                                The deliver person is very rude with the customer, i will cusomer forum also, is this the way they behave during there deliver .. I will not purchase anything from flipkart ... The Ekart person are not well mannered in Jorhat(Assam) 785001.

                                    I have ordered mixer grinder on 8th October from flipkart. It has to get delivered to me by 14th October. It has reached nearest nearest hub but no response from logistics. This was the third time that they are delaying the delivery without proper reason.

                                      I'VE made an order from flipkart and the delivery partner was ekart. Both flipkart and ekart ar showing the product status as delivered while it is still undelivered. As a customer this is a really bad experience from ekart delivery. Please provide a solution for this ASAP.

                                        I am very much disappointed about service of ekart delivery boy, I have placed three order in Flipkart which is supposed to be delivered to me by Ekart
                                        1. My first order OD[protected]
                                        I called the delivery boy about each and every day for 5 to 7 days but everytime We told me ok I am trying to deliver today I am personally visited his house for receiving the goods but suddenly he cancel my order, and I have got an SMS product return due to location not found ( he know my address) he done this intentionally

                                        2. My second order OD[protected] cancelled by the same delivery boy without any phone call after getting cancellation SMS I had asked him he told me I don't know about this delivery

                                        3. Same delivery boy do the same with my third order OD[protected]

                                        So I am requesting kindly take strict action against the delivery boy cause this is very unprofessional thing he have done with his customer.
