    Hi

    I have order samsung galaxy smart watch on 09th september 2021 in which it was mentioned delivered by 11th September 2021 while tracking order I got to know that my shipment has reached on time to Dehradun facility on time but they delayed the delivery due to unknown reason. I have order it as some occassion is there and I needed it on time so I personally went to the ekart logistic company for taking my order but they told me that order is in some other location in dehradun and given contact number of concerned person Mr Vinod. But it's strange as the branch where parcel was nearby to my delivery address but they transferred it far more distance don't know why. So I went over there to other location but I found that there is no office situated over there and even Mr Vinod he didnot receive a single call rather attending other calls.
    This was the pathetic experience of mine in this and I seriously dnt want to refer anyone to go for flipkart as his courier partner has worst services apart from other delivery brand.

      I have ordered mobile phone and the expected date of delivery is 9th sep. In the tracking it shown that the item already reached your neatest hub and it is showing item dispatched to mother hub and i couldn't understand any thing. Why this is happening?

          I did my order through naptol which is to be delivered by ekart it's being 2 days still the order is reached to the nearest hub but not delivered still and no phone call from the delivery boy my order ID is : EKART STD (AWB No.: NAPC[protected])

                -I ordered a POCO M3 (64gb, 4gb) (with exchange) on 31 august from flipkart with a promised delivery date of 5 September to jodhpur, rajasthan. on 5th september when i call wishmaster he informs me " bhaiya its late, will deliver tomorrow (6th september) morning".
                -On 6th september and 7th september no activity from their side at all, no update, nothing.
                -8th september upon tracking it shows 'out for delivery'. i called the wishmaster 31 times!! but he cut all my calls. still not delivered, later in the night recieved a message from ekart informing me that delivery will be done on 9th september.
                -I am writing this complaint on 9th september, still havent gotten my phone, again dealing with total radio silence from the logistics team here. I do not understand why such incompetent service when the product is in the nearest hub.
                Solution:1. I want the item to be delivered at the earliest
                2. please provide the number of someone responsible for delivery of my product in jodhpur and for wishmaster to not cut my call!!!

                --- who knows they might even be using my phone. the google reviews say they do not deliver the product for 10 days sometimes

                  I was supposed to receive a delivery through Ekart however at the time of delivery when the courier asked me for the OTP...there was none on my phone number. He resent it multiple times yet I did not receive any OTP. Unfortunately he could not deliver the parcel and said that he will try to deliver it tomorrow again. This is the first time something like this happened with Ekart. My tracking ID is SRTP[protected]. Kindly assist.

                    I got my stuff earlier today and the delivery guy’s rudeness ruined my whole morning!! He was so impolite and even when my house number and address is mentioned there in detail, he still told me to come far .. When i called back and asked him to come a little further and tried to give directions, he didn’t even listen and instead so rudely told me to come to the place he mentioned and wait for him.
                    I’ve had encounters mannerless agents before but today, he topped the list!!! And oh my God, to add to my anger, he drove pass me in the same route to my home (he drove by my house) after delivering my parcel. Gosh!!! That guy!!! The way he talks!!! Please train your agents to be polite.

                      I had made acourier on[protected] from Delhi to Chennai. Courier reached Chennai on[protected]. Courier tracking Id- WSPP[protected]

                      Package was out for delivery on[protected], saturday, my office was closed. Then they tried to deliver it on Monday i.e.[protected], but it was shrikrishna janmashtami holiday. So I requested for delivery on[protected] but package got rejected on the said date. Since then I am unable to track where my package is. Kindly get it delivered to the mentioned address of chennai.

                          Respected sir/ma'am,
                          I'm not getting any update of my parcel shipping through E-kart logistics whose merchant is Pickrr technologies Pvt. Ltd.
                          (Tracking ID : WSPP[protected])

                          The last update which I've got is "Item dispatched to Pune Sort Facility" (on 25th Aug)
                          After that, I haven't got anything update.
                          It's been 15 days now.

                          Earlier, when I got the parcel from you, it was pretty quick service.
                          Kindly look into the matter and please help me out.

                            Actually i ordered a battle rope from flipkart which was delivered to me by ekart but i didn't like the product so i apply for return within half an hour of recieving, within one hour of return two person came from ekart they were having a bag of ekart and they didn't gave me any receipt as usually they don't give the receipt never gives the receipt so i thought this time also no need of that, and one person was covering his face by helmet and other one was showing his back but i recognize there face pretty well, now the case is that a message arrived at me was that we haven't recieved the product so your refund is being cancelled, see i want my money back or the product other wise i can for logging FIR also because i remember there faces and there bike number, if these delivery agent think that thwy can befooled the customer then this will be there greatest mistake this time

                                      Hello All,

                                      I had a product ordered from myntra which was out for delivery on 4th Saturday. They had brought the product home and was calling me. But our whole family had gone to church due to which I couls not attend the call during mass prayer. There were no reattempt made. And product was cancelled . There has always an issue with Ekart Kollampadi. They directly cancel by creating a new issue with the tags or another reason.

                                        Flipkart Logistic Partner (Ekart logistic) cancelled my order without any valid reason, even they doesn't try to inform customer on such stupid decision.
                                        I have the right to know the reason for cancellation. Previously Ekart team stolen some grocery from the customer's order. After raising several requat or complaint against facing such kind of issue continuously. I have asked from customer about one of my order which should be delivered on 30/08/2021 on 02/09/2021 resulting this my next order would be delivered on 03/09/2021 also cancelled on the 02/09/2021 while asking previous order status from customer care. Now my 3rd order which should be deliver on 06/09/2021 also cancelled while escalating the previous issue. if am not fit your religious, caste, colour, area, gender then please delete my account with immediate effect.

                                        Why the Ekart Logistics team targeting continuously. Why Flipkart management unable to take action against such kind misbehave done by logistics partner on regularly. Why Flipkart management completely fail to safeguard the customer right even the didn't try to stop stolen grocery while logistics team deliver order.
                                        It would be great if flipkart management able to take action against this kind of fraud, misbehave., otherwise it would create a problem for other customer and company goodwill too
