reason has product exchange in your company so I want 1550 rupees for my product please help me and give me back my money.

    The worst delivery partner is ekart. Today 2 delivery boys came to deliver my consignment at my office. They were too rude in talking. Will request ekart to give proper education and manner to the delivery executive. They were telling that they are suffering due to the delivery of my consignment. I have taken the photo of both of them, i will also lodge complaint with Flipkart to just throw out ekart from their delivery partner list. I want a callback from ekart customer care representative ASAP.

        They call me up and ask me to collect my package from the delivery office because package was huge so they can’t deliver. So my question was that what the use of your delivery service if customers have to collect package by themselves. And when I ask them to deliver my package they just cancelled my order without my concern. This issue was from aalo branch of ekart . Worse delivery service ever. Whoever the owner of this branch please look after this matter otherwise your business wil be soon closed.

          I have ordered ps5 on July 26 th with promised delivery on 9 th august then it was postponed to 12 th and so on. The order comes near my hub and goes back to motherhub.its been three times. Why ??? I have tried contacting all ekart and flipkart. Atleast provide me the hub address so I myself can pickup. I am tried of this.

            Hi I have booked combo offer JBL Bass buds and Sony head set for Rs.1699 on COD Basis, I have recieved the consignment thru EKAT Shipment number SMPC[protected], EKART KKNAGAR HUB_CHN order dated 9th Aug 2021. I recieved the consigment and paid the amount to your Executive and the article in the pack is useless and not worth more than 100 BUGS. Tried calling the seller but no address nor Invoice is there in the consgiment. Tried calling you person and no response.

                  I received a parsal from your courier service which is totally opposite to my order. I ordered for 3 combo pieces of kurtis. But I get a so chip dress material. Returns my money and get back your order.

                    My order from Myntra with tracking id: MYNP[protected] is pending for the delivery by ekart. The site shows expected delivery by 12th August, but its 14th August today and the order is still stuck on the way. Ekart site showing no update on status of my order, since 10th August they are showing the same status. I think order is stuck at one place. Please resolve the issue.

                            I was supposed to get a order delivered from Flipkart (order number : OD[protected] today, your delivery boy contacted me asking for my location, I informed him that I was at work and told him the location of my home, which he could have understood without even asking me. I repeatedly told him the location and he played dump and told that he didn't understood the place. Later I informed him to deliver that in one of my friends shop, instead he delivered the product to some other guys and informed me that he have delivered the product to the address I told him and asked for the OTP, as I haven't had any previous bad experience with ekart I gave him the OTP number. Later when I enquired at the shop I came to know that it haven't been delivered, then I called the delivery boy asking him about the issue, HE WAS SOO RUDE AND NEVER EVEN GAVE ME ANY PROPER REPLY, HE ASKED ME TO GO TO THAT SHOP WHERE HE HAVE GIVEN THE PRODUCT AND COLLECT IT FROM THERE. AND I BELIEVE THAT IT WAS YOUR JOB TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT TO THE REGISTERED ADDRESS.

                                  I have placed order for this item on 5th of aug and it supposed to delivered on 6th of aug but now its 12th of aug and still there is no proper status on my order.

                                  I needed this to gift my sister on her birthday but you totally ruined for me still no proper resolution provided by ekart or flipkart.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and please deliver my order as soon as possible.

                                    I had ordered a mixie in flipkart. The product had reached the ekart office on 9th Aug. For two days I had received 'out for delivery' message but they didn't contact me. On 11th Aug I called delivery person and he said that he would deliver the product at 3 pm. I called him at 5 pm and he said that he couldn't carry that product on bike, so he asked me to collect the product in ekart office. I said I would collect it on tomorrow.Today(12th Aug) I went to the office, they said that my product was cancelled and if the product was not delivered within 3 days, it will be automatically cancelled.

                                    Due to their irresponsibility, now I need to reorder the product and wait for another one week. If I reorder the product I don't have any guarantee that they will not repeat this thing.

                                    Because of their irresponsibility, they wasted my time and money.

                                    Please take a necessary action on this and make sure this won't repeat again.

                                        My replacement product Realme Narzo 30 pro was supposed to delivered on 8th August. It hasn't been delivered yet. It was rescheduled to 11th August. And today is 12th August. No delivery till now.
                                        As I can see here, other customers are facing the same issue.
                                        And My product is an expensive product. Why am I getting bad services from Flipkart?!
                                        Since one month, most of my product delivery is being delayed or rescheduled as well.
                                        If you can't promise fair services, your website should stop functioning.
                                        This has been the most frustrating experience in my life!
