With due respect, this letter has been written to inform you that I have placed an order through flipkart 2/3 weeks ago.I was expecting delivery by today itself but I have got no response from your end. I have also visited your courier office at Jorethang, South Sikkim several times but I have got no response instead of that they are talking with us in a very bad manner and they didn't even gave me call for my product and they also returned my without my concern. Why so irresponsible? They lack so many things to handle the customers. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? I am waiting for my goods from the last 2/3 weeks. This sort o[censored]nprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers.
I hope you will take action on my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.

The delivery was scheduled two days back (14 of September) but I haven’t received the order yet and no contact and information about the status of the product from your side . This long delay is causing inconvenience.
