Yesterday Ashu Singh named pick up guy from EKART came at my place, asking for the return packet. I was not at home, my mother in law thought that the recent purchase from Flipkart may need to go for return, she handed over that packet to him. It was a Buddha idol however after sometime I received a message for return picked successfully for an old order of Shoes for my daughter. I contacted at my home, since I never initiated any return, got to know that the very new product has been taken by the pick up guy.
I checked the tracking number at EKART website and found that that belongs to Panipat, however my product is incorrectly been picked.
Could you please urgently look into the matter and send my stuff back to me at earliest.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
