Refund my money iwant to products
Missing return

I have received only 2 shirts, but I have booked a pack of 3, and those 2shirts are also of worst quality, I do not want any exchange i want total refund of my amount that is 499/- my product details are Customer id: 71047, MAP ID : 18890473

Your delivery boy promised three times to delivery at the time we decided but every time he did according to himself not that we have decided to deliver, just too poor experience from your company

I had bought a three shirts of rs 499 from apextailors and got women's dress which is torn and used ones

Intensionly he is paying with my order and he abusing and very rude

1)ordered an item for same day delivery, but item was not delivered on promised time and mentioned a revised date of 3 days later.
2) for a shipment to be delivered in Noida, item started from Gurgaon to noida then Noida to Delhi and again delhi to noida. i don't understand why and for what intention?
3) on 17th morning it was shown that out for delivery but the given delivery agent's number is not connectable.then at 10 am it was mentioned on Ekart website that- "Delivery attempt failed(No response from customer)". no one contacted me on phone or on my address. I have evidence of CCTV footage of my gated society.

the mentioned ekart toll free numbers are not reachable and service is very bad from both ekart & Flipkart.

Hello EKart, I have ardered a product on Flipkart on march 1 2021, and the expected delivery date is 9th march which is very late considering the timeline and it is okay to wait for 9 days but it's being 16 days since I ordered my product and still I didn't get my package.

You know what the funny and most irritating part in this. The product is in an infinite loop between Vizag and Vijayawada. I don't know why Flipkart and...

With due respect, this letter has been written to inform you that I have placed an order through flipkart 2/3 weeks ago.I was expecting delivery by today itself but I have got no response from your end. I have also visited your courier office at Jorethang, South Sikkim several times but I have got no response instead of that they are talking with us in a very bad manner and they didn't even gave me call for my product and they also returned my without my concern. Why so irresponsible? They lack so many things to handle the customers. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? I am waiting for my goods from the last 2/3 weeks. This sort o[censored]nprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers.

I hope you will take action on my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.

I ordered a combo shirt pack from apextailers.com worth Rs. 499.
It was delivered by ekart and COD was made.

The product was disastrous. absolytely different and fake product.

Kindly help me to to get refund. also stop delivering any items form apextailers.com to avoid hampering your reputation.

I have ordered a product through naaptol and it came through your logistics and i this delivery guy who provided the order to me, the order was cod and my mom went to pick it up the order with the very rude manner he told don't open it give the money within 2 seconds of parcel in her hand, he has already called me before handing the parcel and i have accepted the cod then why he should tell that way, it was very insulting

Mujhe mera product abhi tak mila nahi hai but wo delivered show kar raha hai, aap jald se jald meri order ki delivery karwaye, aur mujhse iss nunber par contact kare...[protected]

I was a worker in ekart logistics at vapi I work for ekart more than 3 months and total earning over there was total 31000 approx, I am a student so I have to quit the job in January but they have only given me 27000 and the remaining payment is still remaining to pay from more than 2 months now but they are still making excuses and now giving me the remaining amount.

My order has been scheduled to deliver by March 9th and its got rescheduled to March 14th due to some unfortune reasons. My order has been already reached to the nearest hub (Naidupeta) by 9th morning itself. Till now i didnt get any update regarding the delivery of my product. Requesting you to kindly make a solution asap.

सबसे पेहले ये बताता हू की मेने ekart logistics मैं 3 महिने काम किया हैं. सांगली office 2 दिन पेहले पार्सल आया हुवां था . तो दीन हो गये मेरा पार्सल अभि तक मुझे deliver करणे के लिये भेजा क्यू नही ऐसा जब मैने विद्यानंद कामत नाम के employee हैं आपके सांगली ऑफिस मैं तो वो पूछते हैं की ''अगर तेरे को पार्सल चाहिए था तो तूने यहा से काम क्यू छोडा ". मैने उनसे कहाकी कीधर काम करना है वो मेरा निजी फैसला हैं मैने as a customer आपको कॉल किया हैं आप मेरी हेल्प किजिये तो वो मुझसे ऑर बत्त मिजी से बात करने लगे ऑर चिल्लाने लगे. मेरे पास recording हैं...

4 दिन से मेरे पार्सल कासगंज पर है और मुझे अभी तक डिलीवर नहीं किया जा रहा है यह कब तक डिलीवर होगा और डिलीवरी ब्वॉय मेरे पास नहीं फोन करता है नहीं ऐसे में मेरे पास कोई कांटेक्ट नंबर भी नहीं मुझे पार्सल की बहुत आवश्यकता थी लेकिन पार्सल नहीं दिया जाएगा तो मैं अब नहीं ले सकता

Payment is two times debited from my account and credited to the delivery boy account and not pay back the one payment to me
