I have ordered a courier and ekart courier agent refused to give delivery on my home
And said to take courier from courier office

I ordered 3 shirts and then after delivery I found two shirts totally different than the ones I ordered and more importantly those two shirts are used and rotten

I bought a park avenue shirt of price rs 549. I gave him 600 and instead of giving me 50 rs back, he went away . Even after calling him multiple times he is not receiving my call. Please take strict action against him.

I had ordered Mamy Poko pant from Flipkart with order number OD[protected]. Yesterday on 19th March 21 I got this message (Out for Delivery: MAMY POKO Pants Extra ... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 124).
When I contacted on given number at 2pm. the delivery boy came to me and asked about pin and paid amount. Then he told me that he didn't have the product at that time and told me that he will come with product in few minutes. Then I again contacted at 4 Pm. he replied that he will come soon but didn't come.
In the evening I called at least 50 times he didn't answer he always put my call on hold.

It is a serious mater of fraud. I hadn't received the product then how the product was delivered.
Kindly take serious action against this type of irresponsible delivery agent and make sure that my product will be delivered to me soon.

These people working in Ekart, chumukedima, 797103, Nagaland, near shandi medical store are very RUDE & ARROGANT and does not know how to talk to CUSTOMERs. They don't know their responsibilities and even talk back like we owe them something. One of the guy working there with whom i spoke over the phone said accepting courier returns wasn't his problem. I was like, what the actual ###?? Why the bloody hell are they even providing...

I want to ask y u hv not delivered the product yet and kept the same at bamnoli since 14th of this month. i[censored] hv any issue plz ask me to pick it up

I had ordered two ceiling fan on 14th march from flipkart my order was out for delivery on 16th march as promised but my product is not delivered yet 19th march. I have ordered thread worked anarkali suit but they have sent me a wrong one with cheap quality. I have paid 799, when I called them they told like you will get message for returning but I didn't get any message. And now they are not receiving the call.
