I called your delivery agent to receive my Delivery but he is addressing me very rudely and showing hurry to Deliver my product. The item was ordered Cash in Delivery and Now after this behaviour, of your delivery agent I am refusing to accept the Delivery. Because, even previously I have experienced same kind of ill treatment and arrogance behaviour of your Delivery agents. And even after complaining you people don't take any serious action against these goons.

I have purchased a lot from Amazon since the lockdown started and this guy Arun MV ph no: [protected] has been delivering product for me all the time. Initially it was fine then later on this staff's behavior has been highly unprofessional. Finally I had to make my parents interfere in this matter and fearing that this guy would come I do all my deliveries in another address. Now, this guy has been walking around and talking ### about me and very coincidentally a friend of mine heard about that. When I enquired it was this guy! And he texted me in whatsApp also in an unproffessional way. Expecting a response to this issue. I'm a lawyer my parents asked to move legally but then I felt like lodging a complaint here. Thank you.

I beg to say that.. i ordered a product via flipcart.. Your delivery boy call me 7 feb 2021 no [protected]..
At that time i am out of station i said that delivery boy please keep this product for next day i will receive it..
But your delivery boy misbehave with me..
He said i am not your servant don't order next time i will block your id .. You are a beggar You don't have money to buy.. and use slang language..
If you not solve my problem i will go for court..

Im raising a return request to flipcart but no one reach here for collect the return product.
Kindly do collection of my order from me as soon as possible otherwise you are responsible for my refund.

I ordered a jacket which was requested for the replacement. Pickup was done by delivery boy arif. I wanted to complaint about his bad behaviour. Even the massage recieved for feedback is showing error for giving feedback the link showing that it is expired but I got this link today thats why I have to submit a complaint through this site.

Hello, yesterday I was called by ekart for my pickup of shoe which I ordered earlier but was not satisfied by that so I requested to return.My return was scheduled.The ekart wish master called me, I handed him the parcel. He told me you can go now. Now it is still not showing that it has been picked up. Meanwhile I was in tension whether why it is not showing pick uped and by mistake I pressed the cancel button.Now it is showing that you have cancelled it but my product is with the wishmaster. Kindly resolve as soon as possible.

Delivery boy is very mis respect to customers and he was used many abusing words

Yesterday Ashu Singh named pick up guy from EKART came at my place, asking for the return packet. I was not at home, my mother in law thought that the recent purchase from Flipkart may need to go for return, she handed over that packet to him. It was a Buddha idol however after sometime I received a message for return picked successfully for an old order of Shoes for my daughter. I contacted at my home, since I never initiated any return, got to know that the very new product has been taken by the pick up guy.

I checked the tracking number at EKART website and found that that belongs to Panipat, however my product is incorrectly been picked.

Could you please urgently look into the matter and send my stuff back to me at earliest.

I received unknown parcel. I didn't ordered anything on flipkart. But i received parcel from flipkart via EKART. And my grandmaa gave 1100 rs to them. Please review my complaint....

It's very shameful to face such a behaviour from your delivery expert Mintu Das Coochbehar West Bengal Ekart Logistics.Due to some severe and critical reason I have to go for my work out of the station, and when your delivery executive called me to recieve the parcel I said to cancel it for the above mentioned reason in a gentle & polite gesture, but in return what I got is such an insulting and rude behaviour...He just shouted on me and said why I didn't cancelled it before I beg my sympathy to him and asked his name in response he threatened me by saying his name and shouted me that whatever I can do I may proceed he doesn't care about any complain... It's an insult to me and now am complaining to you...If you don't take an appropriate action we customer have to take much more severe action towards such things. I hope the concerned authority will look into this matter and find an appropriate solution of it. Sorry to say because of such behaviour I can't trust your service any more. Apologise.

I rais this complaint against your one delevry exicutive. The delevry exicutive is too much illitrate or rude behaiviour. So kindly punshd him and give her a lesson. How to talk with customer ok.
