Order was placed on 28th November and promised date was 2nd December and today is 3rd December and still shows that it is in transit. very disappointed by the service and there are no updates either.

      Item regarding tracking ID FMPC[protected], Your delivery agent out for delivery with this item in 28th nov.but without contact with me he updated that he is unavailable to contact with me.In 2nd December he also out for delivery with this item, I got his no.through sms, I tried to contact with him but his phn is always switch off and also he didn't contact with me.

              Sir I book mu product with filpcart but last two day I conect your service or deleivery person but not any conect you service person or delevery man while ekart send me a msg and entered your delevery Person contact number so your service is very poor or not any response of any customer so clear me or receive my product as soon possible.

                  I know the ekart logistics in Tura area is the worst. Why the hell people are not aware of this. We should all stand against this company. And remove their office from Tura. Someone working in Ekart Logistics show your true face. We are waiting to teach you good lessons.

                        I purchase one product from Flipkart on COD option but that courier boys are taking like this sir please send online money sir I can't accept cash he said to me i said no I don't have online money i have only cash ok he received my cash and he said sir please give 500 are 2000 rupees note dont give me 100 rupees note why Ekart Logistics can't accept 100 rupees notes

                                    I ordered my laptop from Flipkart on 13 Nov 2020 and it reached my nearest hub on 17 Nov but the delivery guy delayed it every day by saying there's no guy to come to my area.
                                    (My delivery date was 21 Nov)
                                    Then I talked with Flipkart support they extended the date to 27 Nov but they didn't show up and eventually my order got cancelled.
