      I have ordered a POCO M2 Pro from flipkart on the 17th of October and it was expected to be delivered on the 6th of November. But it has been delivered till today. I have contacted flipkart customer support multiple times, I have received the same reply which was that are sorry for the delay and to wait till such and such day. In my last phone call with flipkart customer support, I was asked to wait till 20th November which is today, but I still haven't receive my order.
      I have also tracked my order through their courier ekart logistics tracking, and it says that my order has reached the nearest hub. Can you please help me to get my order delivered faster. I'm at my wits end. Kind regards.

      Same problem bro, i also ordered poco m2 pro on 10 nov and still not delivered, complain multiple time but they don't know where is exactly my product, very disappointed, don't know what to do now

        My order no FMPP[protected] which was prepaid. Without my knowledge the delivery boy delivered the product on 19/11/2020. But did not showup physically neither placed any call or msg . On enquiry about the issue at the delivery point, that same delivery boy became abusive and misbehaved . Such behaviour is intolerable and these people are responsible for defaming e-kart .
        Moreover the product has no return policy hence it made us more anxious. Please do the needful action against the concern person( Delivery boy Name- Samiran )

            I don't get my parcel and they don't even call me and when i go to their office they don't help me they said the next day your parcel will be delivered so i came back home bt now 2 days gone no parcel or no calls.parcel.number FMPC[protected].

              This is such a disapoint for me when i was got a job i have order the laptop on 10th november hoping that 15th will be the delivery and 16th is my joing date in comoany ( work from home) but i havent recieved yet now how can i do my work. when ever i make a call to customer care and they said that your product will be deleived on or before 21st november now they are saying thta 24th november. gow can i tolerate this without laptop i cannot do anything if it continued i will lost my job so please speed up my delivery sor its a request sir. mY name is magesh kumar tracking id is FMPP[protected]. please speed up delivery i will pay a extra cash for speeding up so please speed up the delivery of product because its my life. my order was dispatched on 12th november but still there is no response from the ekart logistics i m very disapointed with that they are behvaing very rudely. if i didnt get any response from u also i m going to cancel the product

                Today, the courier person called me around 1pm for delivery. I wasn't present at home at that time so I asked him to ring a bell for delivering the item to my mother but when I came back home I found out that the item was never delivered at all. So please look into it and either re-deliver it or refund my money.

                      SRTP[protected] our order tracking id.This courier was placed for khamnore but it couldn't reach the destination and you guys have rejected the same but this return courier is taking to long to reach source place. We have been in problems since long as it contains clothes which we were supposed to wear in wedding of my brother. This is a very wrong way to do this kind of esteemed business. And even the customer care personnel are not good enough to reply to querries. We are Very Disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

                        The delivery man did not deliver the order to me and we did not reject the order. The delivery man did not stand for a while when taking amount for package he went without delivering.

                          I have ordered for a packet of almond from Flipkart.It shown delivered on 16.11.2020, but it was not.Here after feeding the tracking no.FMPP[protected], showing product delivered.We received the message with the name of the delivery boy prasanta sardar coming for delivery, but he didn't turn up.It is causing unnecessary problem.The product was prepaid.Kindly arrange to deliver the item within next 24 hours or else strict action may be taken.

                            As per site item reached to city on 15th Nov but still it is not delivered and everyday only promise is made that it will be deliver.

                            Talk to customer care multiple time but they are also not able to help.

                                  Todays is last delivery date of my order after 12 day it's not deliver. First You take 12 day where Amazon give that in 3 day and after 12 day it's not deliver. That's very bad

                                    I ordered a camera on 30th October and it was shipped by the seller on 9th November. The delivery was supposed to be on 13th November and its 18th November and till now it hasn't reached to me. The product has been out for more than 3 times. No one contacted me and are mentioning " no response from customer" on their tracking site.

                                        I had booked a product on flipkart its expected delivery was on 16th November 2020. The item had reached to the nearest delivery hub on 13th November till 16 th is was not delivered but on 17th when I went to ekart logistics Gudivada they told that the baggage of 30 mobiles from Vijayawada which was arriving on 13th November the baggage was missed. Then I asked when will it reach. They ge told very rudely I don't know go. Is this the was to treat a customer.
