I am order in pant but courier person rude speaks, fakely and wrong words speak I'm records in call...

We have order one courier via porter with ekart .on Saturday we received a message like today we will deliver but no one delivered the parcel. on sunday while tracking they are showing as delivery failed.worst experience in my entire life.
Parcel contains some medicine and clothes.

Khadims sent me shoe through e kart the delivery boy called up and spoke to me very rudely and stating I have given wrong billing address i am recieving items from Amazon and Flipkart to the same addresse ....

Tracking ID MYNR[protected] from myntra.com . Delivery boy is denying to pick up my product. He is making excuses by saying he is disturbed, will come to pick the product by tomorrow. And when I trying to call him isn't answering my phone calls. Please take a strict action against the delivery boy.
This is the 2nd time he is cancelling the order without my permission...

With reference to Tracking ID - PTMP[protected], I ordered the Fasttag from PAYTM on Friday 25th November 2022. The same ordered was supposed to be delivered at Model Town by 27th November 2022 but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for this to get delivered.

Please do the needful immediately as this got delayed for 9 days already.

i bought a product from flipkart and i got to know from his talk that the person assigned by ekart to do door delivery was not satisfied, unfortunately the product is not working, i sent a request for return and cash refund, the delivery person contacted me and i delivered the product to his place I got the reply that they can take the return if given...

Ordered phone case and received empty parcel without phone case....

Fraud order delivered and Rs 2000 was taken as it was COD order. I was supposed to det the order delivered via BLUEDART. Attaching the order summary and images...

I had made a purchase from LetsDressup website, and the order was supposed to come by BlUEDART, however EKART has taken the data from BLUEDART and delivered a fraud product worth Rs 2000 and taken the money....

I got a delivery which I did not ordered and it is delivered from EKart and its a fake order please take the product back...

Manager don't know how to talk to a customer, he use bad league and root behaviour...

Muje yeh product nahi mila hai but tracking me dikha raha hai ki prodect delivered ho gya hai......

Ekart has delivered order of the fake package while the order was (later informed by the source was Cancelled) delivered and given after payment.

The Payment was 849/- and after opening it there was scrap cotton inside.
