    I have ordered a shirt from flipkart on 19th january with order id OD[protected]. The delivery guy from Ekart logistics called me on 24th of january 2023 from the number [protected]. and I was not available at the time of delivery. I told him to give the parcel to my friend who is available in a couple of minutes. He had agreed for the same and asked for the otp. but after sharing the otp he just cheated me and escaped with my parcel. I tried to call him through the number which he had given but it is always not reachable.

    Now the status is showing delivered

    Tried to call ekart customer care but responds. connected with flipkart customer care and they are saying helpless.

    I need to either get the parcel or refund

      I am trying to return it from December but no one picked up it after so much request courier boy picked up but he asking for 2500₹ for putting it in return process kindly help me he just saying do whatever you want to do

        On 01/02/2023 I received a product which was addressed to me on my name from ekart logistic, it was cash on delivery and my daughter had taken it from delivery boy by paying him 999 rs. as she was unaware that product was ordered by us or not.
        When we opened the seal we found a four in one vegitable slicer but it seems to be a duplicate one as many parts were missing...
        Also below the address label one other address was pasted...and a note was also found within the box...adding the photos of all...below.

            I ordered a mobile phone through Flipkart which is to be delivered by Ekart logistics. The Item reached near by hub but somehow they are not delivered. They say that it's a wrong adress and returned the product to mother hub. The delivery person near my hub is doing same kind of thing multiple time. I also encountered this things previously.

                  FMPP[protected]- order with Flipkart.
                  Last Delivery schedule is 30th jan 2023.
                  Daily delivery boy is out for delivery otp also received in msg but delivery not done by delivery boy & demand for current location when i shared my current location then other second delivery scheduled on next day.From last 2 days same thing happened.Delivery person cannot contacted.Oredered product is very important for my 1 month child.its urgent requirement.Understand situation.I am ready to receive my product any time.

                    I placed an order from flipkart on 25th Jan 2023 which has arrived at my nearest Ekart Delivery Store (Ghumarwin) on 27th but till now I have not received any call from the delivery guy .
                    I am plus member of flipkart, I should have got the delivery in just 3 days, which was not received.
                    I have not seen worse delivery service than this till date,

                      I submitted a return request of my last order
                      from the registered number [protected] and when i visited ekart office azadnagar hub sewrahi Tamkuhi Road District-Kushinagar Uttar Pradesh, the employee of the ekart team misbehaved me and specially a girl employee posted there also abused me and threatened me.
                      I am hyper afraid of this unfair behaviour of Flipkart and there team and writing this email in this context to file a legal complaint against your shameful and so humiliating behaviour to a customer.

                          Hi there, please put bird eye view over your customer care team they are miss leading customer, . Today morning I received an message from ekart for my Flipkart order it's being deliver today but delivery boy mobile number is switched off [protected], when I call to customer support for my query for this tracking number FMPP[protected]. His told me item is hold and ask for verification through Anydesk and TeamViewer. This are screen sharing app. And make payment while sharing screen so they can Theft my card number and other data. When I told him your company is flashing disclaimer over your site do not ask for verification and any payment from Flipkart customer, then he told me don't call us again and your item will be stay hold. number of customer support executive is [protected]

                            Sir I’ve purchased 3 puma tshirts from tata cliq app I wanted to return all of them same day i got delivery but during first attempt of return no one came to me from ekart logistics but they replied to my return request that all tshirts are mis matched Then i contacted tata cli customer service I sent them products images on there whatsapp number nd got approval for return During second attempt i got pickup call but i was out of town for my brothers marriage i told to delivery guy for rescheduling the pickup service but again he cancelled pickup by saying products arw mismatched Today i made third attempt Still i have faced same issue No one contacted me no one came to me But got the message that products are mis matched. Respected sir please help me i am very harassed by ekart logistics.. i am student i have made payment from pocket money savings

                              I ordered redmi-10 mobile back cover from your website (flipkart) on 26/01/2022 which I received today. When I opened the parcel, I found the back cover of the mobile I had ordered was badly bent. I am unhappy with this parcel. I have received parcels from the website many times before, but all the parcels I received were defective. Another parcel of mine is about to arrive, which I have ordered from this Flipkart website. Now my mind has changed. From today onwards I will never order from Flipkart nor will I ask anyone else to order. I have completely lost faith in Flipkart.

                                This is regarding my product from Myntra ( Yuris Women Grey & White pure cotton Printed Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta) delivered on 17th Jan 2023 due to a product issue I placed a return request from the Myntra app and got a message from the Myntra team that your pick up scheduled on 18th Jan 2023.

                                On 18th Jan 2023 at 10:05 a.m got a message from Ekart: Out of Pickup: Yuris women Grey white with Tracking ID MYNR[protected] from myntra.com will be picked up by a EKART wish master(call [protected], PIN168) Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for Verification.

                                The agent picked up my product and got a message from Myntra stating that the return got canceled, mentioning, "Unable to pick up my return request". I called the agent person from the above-mentioned contact no. and he said he will update the details in the system after that till now whenever I am trying to call in that Ekart no. it is not getting connected, because of the agent's negligence my amount also stuck as Myntra team not able to process my refund as they have not received the product from the logistics team.

                                Kindly do the necessary action on the agent who was allocated to that particular area on 18th jan 2023 as my Zip code: 689624(Kerala), i want my money back, you people have to do the needful action.

                                  I ordered a guitar on 21st January 2023, before ordering Flipkart was showing "order within this specific time to get your order till 28th January" which i ordered but it later said product will be delivered on 3rd February. On 23rd January i got an update of product shipped, and no updates after that day. I tried to check the tracking id on ekart website but it says "ops there is some issues with the tracking id". I talked to customer support at Flipkart as well as ekart, even they didn't knew where my guitar was since the last update.
                                  Kindly help me with this, i need the updates where my product is and will it be delivered within the given time.

                                    I ordered new laptop from flipkart Asus vivobook s14 oled with old laptop exchange offer.On the delivery day when I called the delivery boy He said that I will not accept your old laptop, like this you first bring the D/O slip and bill, while all this was not mentioned in Flipkart.I asked what would be the D/O slip, he said, go to Acer service center, they will give everything there, then when I went to the service center, they said there is nothing like D/O slip. They are fooling you and the delivery boy without seeing my old laptop is saying that I will not take your laptop, even he did not even check my old laptop.And repeatedly asking me for unnecessary D/O slips which do not happen.My laptop was found in Phagwara_Mitra_Hub all the delivery boys and they were saying give me the money and take the new laptop, we will not take it without checking These people have kept my laptop and are not delivering it.                                         The AWB number for the package is - SRTC[protected]. It was booked through bigfoot retail - shiprocket service. The shipment was COD order. It was lost and wrong product is delivered to us. We rejected the wrong product as a seller and the delivery agent marked it as wrong delivery and proof of delivery was given as wrong product. This happened on 9th Jan and till now no formal information regarding the refund from ekart services.
