I have order my part but my order is in my area but not going to out for delivery
Plz check this matter and solve my problem.

My product pickup is approve but delivery boy not recive my product and missbehave me... My product pickup not recive the delivery boy to many problems face to me... Please slove the issue sir.

Details is given below -
Item VVoodland wooland gc1040111... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] was picked up on dated 06.01.2023 at 18:55 pm by EKART courier person with all accessories and tags from my address.

But behaviour and language of courier person was rude and uncivilized.
We are unhappy with your services.
So, kindly take necessary action against ekart courier person so that such incident may not happened with other in future.

I had ordered a mixer & grinder from flipkart but wrong product was delivered to me. So I requested a return pick up . the boy picked the return packet but I didn't recieved any OTP . pick up is on 31st january 2023
yoy are requested to explore the matter with e kart manali Himachal branch as I have vidio clip while picking the return parcel.

Does ekart prompting fraud sellers/shifters? does any one can come & send ileagal things via ekart? easiest way to make people fool?

i have ordered track pants via TOP wearz website which pop up in YouTube, order made on 28 jan 2023 today the date[protected] i have received a parcel via ekart, the thing is no sellers details were mentioned, no verified CONTACT number mentioned on that, moreover the product which i received its damaged old pant that also smelling like ###. now my concern on this is does ekart SUPPORT fraud peoples to make peoples fool by sending anything without verifying the seller/sender/shifter? received parcel bar code details - NMBC[protected], I WANT JUSTICE ON THIS I HAVE PAID 699 PLUS MY EMOTIONS TOWARDS THIS SHOKING DELIVERY OF PRODUCT, THERE MIGHT BE MANY PEOPLES WHO GOT FULL AS THIS JUST BEACUSE OF NONSENSE EKART DELVERYWITHOUT VERIFYING THE SELLER. it might be small thing for ekart but its my whole days salary hence i request you to please do the justice

Flipkart order not delivered but showing delivered fraud ekart person and ekart thorrur branch

Order Not Delivered Yet Even After 30 Days. I have ordered some books from Booksvala.com as on 6th Jan 2023, this order is with Ekart but Ekart not delivered to me even almost 30 here to come, it shows rejected 2 times.

Ekart is doing really fraud they send me a fake parcel of rs 794 when I'm not in home my mom take it, there is no shopping site avail in bill, i want my refund back

I had an order pick up from flipkart, crocs worth 1400rs approximately which were picked up by Palanpur ekart logistics on 23rd December 2022 and they don't have any details about that and flipkart claims they didn't get the product and the return was cancelled and I have proofs from ekart courier pick up person that he confirmed me on WhatsApp that he picked the shoes and then they have misplaced from their office and now I am suffering from loss and even ekart is not even responding my calls and blocking my all the contact numbers

We have received wrong order as per our request we wanted to order and instead we got something different, so I presumed you'll take considerable actions according to our situation.
P.s. the payment method was cod.
Another P.s. we're unable to contact you through any of your email and number.

I have ordered a shirt from flipkart on 19th january with order id OD[protected]. The delivery guy from Ekart logistics called me on 24th of january 2023 from the number [protected]. and I was not available at the time of delivery. I told him to give the parcel to my friend who is available in a couple of minutes. He had agreed for the same and asked for the otp. but after sharing the otp he just cheated me and escaped with my parcel. I tried to call him through the number which he had given but it is always not reachable.

Now the status is showing delivered

Tried to call ekart customer care but responds. connected with flipkart customer care and they are saying helpless.

I need to either get the parcel or refund

I am trying to return it from December but no one picked up it after so much request courier boy picked up but he asking for 2500₹ for putting it in return process kindly help me he just saying do whatever you want to do

On 01/02/2023 I received a product which was addressed to me on my name from ekart logistic, it was cash on delivery and my daughter had taken it from delivery boy by paying him 999 rs. as she was unaware that product was ordered by us or not.
When we opened the seal we found a four in one vegitable slicer but it seems to be a duplicate one as many parts were missing...
Also below the address label one other address was pasted...and a note was also found within the box...adding the photos of all...below.
