This is regarding my product from Myntra ( Yuris Women Grey & White pure cotton Printed Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta) delivered on 17th Jan 2023 due to a product issue I placed a return request from the Myntra app and got a message from the Myntra team that your pick up scheduled on 18th Jan 2023.
On 18th Jan 2023 at 10:05 a.m got a message from Ekart: Out of Pickup: Yuris women Grey white with Tracking ID MYNR[protected] from myntra.com will be picked up by a EKART wish master(call [protected], PIN168) Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for Verification.
The agent picked up my product and got a message from Myntra stating that the return got canceled, mentioning, "Unable to pick up my return request". I called the agent person from the above-mentioned contact no. and he said he will update the details in the system after that till now whenever I am trying to call in that Ekart no. it is not getting connected, because of the agent's negligence my amount also stuck as Myntra team not able to process my refund as they have not received the product from the logistics team.
Kindly do the necessary action on the agent who was allocated to that particular area on 18th jan 2023 as my Zip code: 689624(Kerala), i want my money back, you people have to do the needful action.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
