Ekart is the logistics partner for the product which I ordered. Apparently, the product should be delivered by Jan 23, 2023, until now I have not received the product. The track shows it is near to my place. I thought of talking to the hub and pick the parcel by myself. I am surprised to see that there is no "available" customer support. as per law, any e-commerce should provide legible customer support and they blatantly violated it. I need my parcel to be delivered by today by all means.

I ordered a laptop from pincode 500042 and the product is at 500037 cwhich comes completely under the Hyderabad City and the product was under 1day delivery but it's been delayed continuesly since 4days..when ever I call them they say it's been escalated but it's of no use i feel please take action on idpl facility specially i faced it many times, it's not just my problem everyone are facing this please take action on it

My delivery is expected by 22 jan when I didn't get my order delivered to me then I visited the nearest hub in Phagwara 144411 and the person is saying that I will not do the product for out for delivery and he is having the product of my order with my name and he is not making it for out for delivery that's why delivery is delayed. I don't like these things from ekart logistics Make the delivery of my product. I have already paid the money.

I have ordered some other products and recieved som other.and they donot refund my money when I ask him to refund my money as this was not the right product.

Day before yesterday some person called saying that I am ekart person. The parcel sent back and he asked to install some apps for refund of amount. Actually I ordered one boat airpod in Flipkart on 17th Jan delivered on 18th Jan delivered person contact me in ekart system call So many times I ordered in Flipkart before the delivered I paid I share the OTP my neighbour will receive the product So far I have been in the snow but this time delivery person contact me I am in near by your home please share the OTP ask I share the OTP but lastly my neighbour Didn't receive any product I confirm iam not blame anybody I can't reach the delivery person again because that call systematic call so I can't reach again. I need who can deliver my product who can receive the product I want to know Only your delivery person knows it who can receive the product

My brother is under training in cisf mprtc, behror, alwar. As he is under training he cant attent the call or pick up the phone from 4.00 am to 7.30 pm. So i gave my contact number for recieving the OTP at the time of delivery. Today[protected] morning i recieved OTP and soon got the call from ekart logistics and he told that he is standing in front of the training centre and requested the otp for delivery. And i gave him the OTP and told to deliver to the security in the gate. He told he will give it to the security. But in the evening after training, my brother went to the gate and checked for the product and it was not there.
I called flipkart customer care and enquired about this. But they told after providing OTP to the delivery partner they cant do anything in this.
The same thing happened to some of his friend also.
Kindly enquire about this in ekart logistics alwar.

I purchased a pair of jeans from Myntra and that was defected and when I tried to return it, Myntra accepted the return, but Ekart delivery boy is not taking my product and denying my pickup. Ekart delivery boy cancelled my pickup 12 times and still not taking my product.
